Description
蓄電体セルに電気的に接続される内部接続部と、前記ケースの外部に露出する外部接続部とを備えた通電部材と、
この通電部材の外部接続部に形成された通し孔にケースの内方から通されてケースの外部に一部を突き出させると共に、この突き出された一部により複数の電池モジュールの電極同士を電気的に接続する部材を締結する締結部材と、
この締結部材と蓄電体セルとの間に位置する絶縁部材とを備えてなり、
外部接続部には、ケースの内方に延びて、間に前記絶縁部材を受け入れる一対の挟持部が形成されていると共に、
この挟持部と前記絶縁部材とにそれぞれ、前記受け入れに伴って係合し合う係合部が形成されてあるものとした。
2011年7月28日に出願された日本国特許出願第2011−165106号の明細書、特許請求の範囲、図面及び要約書の全内容をここに引用し、本発明の明細書の開示として、取り入れるものである。
Claims (5)
- 蓄電体セルをケースに納めてなる電池モジュールの電極を構成する電極構成体であって、
蓄電体セルに電気的に接続される内部接続部と、前記ケースの外部に露出する外部接続部とを備えた通電部材と、
この通電部材の外部接続部に形成された通し孔にケースの内方から通されてケースの外部に一部を突き出させると共に、この突き出された一部により複数の電池モジュールの電極同士を電気的に接続する部材を締結する締結部材と、
この締結部材と蓄電体セルとの間に位置する絶縁部材とを備えてなり、
外部接続部には、ケースの内方に延びて、間に前記絶縁部材を受け入れる一対の挟持部が形成されていると共に、
この挟持部と前記絶縁部材とにそれぞれ、前記受け入れに伴って係合し合う係合部が形成されていることを特徴とする電池モジュール用電極構成体。 - 絶縁部材の一部は、締結部材に対しケース内方から当接される当接部となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール用電極構成体。
- 締結部材はボルト体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電池モジュール用電極構成体。
- 電極構成体の外部接続部側は、ケースに形成されたその内外を連通する角穴状の連通部に挿通されるようになっていると共に、
前記絶縁部材に、前記連通部への前記挿通時に、前記連通部の内隅部の内側に位置されてこの内隅部に当接される外隅部が形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール用電極構成体。
- 連通部の内隅部以外の内面に、挟持部が当接するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池モジュール用電極構成体。
