Description
(a)少なくとも次の化合物:
・A:ポリアミド
・B:ポリウレタン
・随意にC:少なくとも1個の酸官能基、好ましくはカルボン酸官能基を有する化合物
を含む組成物を、該組成物のポリアミドAの融点以上の温度で加熱し、
(b)得られた気泡構造を安定化させること
を含むポリアミド発泡体の製造方法を提供する。
R1−N=C=O+R2−COOH→R1−NH−CO−O−CO−R2→R1−NH−CO−R2+CO2
ポリアミドの酸及びアミン末端基の含有量を電位差測定により定量する。AEGはアミン末端基を意味し、CEGはカルボン酸末端基を意味する。
ポリアミドの粘度指数(VI)は、基準法ISO EN307に従って、90%の蟻酸に溶解してなる0.5%重合体溶液から測定する。
使用した化合物は次のとおりである:
・PA1:138mL/gのVIを有し、かつ、1500ppmの水を含むポリアミド6,6。末端基の含有量:AEG=42meq/kg、CEG=79meq/kg。
・PA2:163mL/gのVIを有し、かつ、900ppmの水を含むポリアミド6,6。末端基の含有量:AEG=35meq/kg、CEG=67meq/kg。
・PU1:ハンツマン社によりKrystalgran PN03−214という商品名で販売されているε−カプロラクトンを主成分とする脂肪族熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
・PU2:ハンツマン社によりKrystalgran PN3429−218という商品名で販売されているポリエステルを主成分とする脂肪族熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
製造された組成物及び押出条件を表1に詳細に記載する。化合物の割合は、組成物の重量パーセントとして示す。
押し出した組成物を水中で周囲温度にまで冷却し、顆粒の状態に切断する。
例1の発泡性顆粒の発泡を、溶融相中において、サーモプリズム型、型式TSE16TC、25の長さ/直径の比を有する同時回転二軸押出器を使用して実施する。
押出条件及び得られた密度を表2にまとめる。
例1の発泡性顆粒の発泡を、溶融相中において、80×10×4の直径(mm)の「プレート」型の型を有するBewe Plast社製のBOY 12M 129−18射出成型機を使用して、実施する。
射出成形条件及び得られた密度を表3にまとめる。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも次の工程:
(a)少なくとも次の化合物を含む組成物:
・A:ポリアミド6,6及びポリアミド6よりなる群から選択されるポリアミド、及び
・B:ポリウレタンであって、該組成物の該ポリアミド及び該ポリウレタンの重量に対して0.5〜20重量%のポリウレタン
を、該組成物のポリアミドAの融点以上の温度で加熱し、
(b)得られた気泡構造を、該ポリアミドの融点よりも下若しくはガラス転移温度よりも下の温度にまで冷却することによって及び/又は該ポリアミドを架橋させることによって安定化させること
を含み、ここで、該組成物は、該ポリウレタンを溶融ポリアミドに275℃以下の温度で導入することによって製造されたものである、ポリアミド発泡体の製造方法。 - 前記ポリアミドが、10000g/mol以上の数平均分子量を有する重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、2000g/mol以上の数平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミドがポリアミド6,6であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、該組成物のポリアミド及びポリウレタンの重量に対して、1〜10重量%のポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記工程(b)を前記ポリアミドを架橋させることによって得ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、C:少なくとも1個の酸官能基を有する化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
