Description

The present invention relates to an eaves unit attached to various buildings such as a house, and in particular, it is possible to perform eaves work safely without installing an external scaffolding around the building and to enable ventilation in a shed. Regarding the eaves unit.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to simplify construction work on site, a technique for attaching an eaves unit in which eaves parts such as eaves members and nasal cover members are integrated in advance to a building frame is known (Patent Literature). 1).

Generally, even in a building to which an eaves unit is attached, an external scaffold is installed around the roof of the building from the ground or the like in order to ensure safety during eaves work. However, for example, when a building is constructed in a narrow area, it may be difficult to install such an external scaffold.

In view of this, an eaves unit having an arm part having an eaves scaffolding fixture attached to the building frame and an eaves part arranged on the arm part has been proposed. According to this eaves-end unit, the fall-preventing member can be attached to the eaves-end scaffolding fixture provided in the eaves-end unit without installing an external scaffold around the building (see Patent Document 2).

On the other hand, ventilating holes have been provided below the eaves, that is, at the top of the eaves, in order to ventilate the back of a hut in a residential building. Such vents are mainly provided on the eaves top plate or parting material, and many vents communicating with the back of the hut are often provided. However, when a vent hole is provided in the eaves top plate or the parting material, there is a problem that an opening of the vent hole is visually recognized from under the eave, which is not preferable in appearance.

On the other hand, a technique in which a vent hole is provided in a nose cover that rises substantially vertically from the eaves ceiling has been proposed (Patent Document 3). Thus, by providing the ventilation hole in the upper part of the nose cover formed integrally with the eaves ceiling, the ventilation hole is not seen from under the eaves, and a good appearance can be obtained.

特許第3798587号公報Japanese Patent No. 3798587 特開平10−046803号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-046803 特許第3078702号公報Japanese Patent No. 3078702

The fall prevention member described in Patent Document 2 is configured to be attached to an eaves scaffolding fixture from the outdoor side of the building after the eaves unit is attached to the building. Therefore, until the installation work of the fall prevention member to the eaves scaffolding fixture is completed, there is a problem that the fall prevention member is not installed around the roof portion of the building, and safety at the eaves work is not sufficiently secured. there were.

Further, in the eaves unit described in Patent Document 2, the eaves part is supported from below by the upper arm part and the lower arm part, and the eaves scaffolding mounting part protrudes from the end of the eaves part building in the outdoor direction. Therefore, when the eaves end unit is viewed from below, the upper arm part, the lower arm part, and the eaves scaffolding attachment part are exposed. For this reason, there existed a problem that the appearance was bad and the beauty | look on the external appearance of a building was impaired remarkably.

On the other hand, in the technology disclosed in Patent Document 3 regarding the configuration relating to the ventilation in the back of the hut, ventilation holes are provided in the nose cover formed integrally with the eaves ceiling. However, although the operability is improved by forming the nose cover and the eaves ceiling integrally, the nose cover and the eaves ceiling are separately formed because the nose cover and the eaves ceiling are formed by a continuous plate material. Compared to the case, it is necessary to use a plate material having a large area, and the brittleness is also increased. And when the vent hole opened to the nose cover which consists of a board | plate material of such a large area was formed in this way, there existed a problem that intensity | strength was remarkably impaired.

Therefore, it is possible to attach a relatively lightweight member such as a rain gutter to the nasal concealment / eave heaven member disclosed in Patent Document 3, but it is more heavy or a member that is loaded. Can not be installed.

The present invention has been made to solve the above inconveniences, and an object of the present invention is to perform eaves work more safely without installing an external scaffold around the building, and to improve the appearance of the building. It is to provide an eaves unit that does not impair the beauty of the house. Another object of the present invention is to provide an eaves unit that can perform eaves work more safely and can provide sufficient hut ventilation without installing an external scaffold around the building. .

According to the eaves-end unit of the present invention, the subject is an eaves-end unit that is attached to the eaves of the building main body and can be retrofitted with an eave ridge. A nasal concealment member erected so as to cover an end of the building body on the outdoor direction side of the top member; and a projection projecting from the outer surface of the nasal concealment member toward the outdoor direction of the building main body and above the eaves A support member that supports the fall-preventing member from below so that the fall-preventing member can be attached and detached from above, and projects from the outer surface of the nose cover member toward the outside of the building body, The eaves-receiving member that can support the eaves eaves arranged along the direction of the line and the inner surface of the nose cover member on the building main body side, and fixes the eaves end unit to the building frame and the nose cover member Via the support member Includes a eaves unit mounting member to be sintered, the out of the fascia member, the portion located above the position where the trough receiving member is provided, penetrating the outdoor side of the building body to the indoor direction A plurality of ventilation holes are formed, and each of the ventilation holes is formed by cutting and raising a part of a portion located above the position where the flange receiving member is provided. The part cut and raised in order to achieve this is solved by forming a rib at a position covering the opening of the vent hole .

As described above, in the above configuration, the fall prevention member is detachable from the support member provided in the eaves unit. With this configuration, for example, it is possible to previously install the fall prevention member in the eaves unit and then attach the eaves unit provided with the fall prevention member to the building. Therefore, even without installing an external scaffolding around the building, it is possible to provide a fall prevention member simply by installing the eaves unit as described above in the building, and as a result, it is possible to ensure the safety of eaves work. .
Moreover, in the said structure, the supporting member which protrudes in the outdoor direction of a building main body from the outer surface of a nose cover member is arrange | positioned above the eaves. That is, when the eaves end unit is viewed from below, the support member is disposed behind the eaves bowl, so that it is difficult to visually recognize the support member from below. Therefore, after the work on the roof is completed and the fall prevention member is removed, for example, after the new construction of the building is completed, the aesthetic appearance on the exterior of the building is impaired by the support member placed in the eaves unit. It will not be.
Furthermore, even after the new construction of the building is completed, it is possible to attach a fall prevention member to the support member that is placed in the eaves unit without damaging the aesthetics of the building. Even in the case where the operation is performed, the safety of the work in the eaves work can be ensured.
As described above, according to the present invention, when it is difficult to install an external scaffold around the building, for example, even in a narrow area, the surroundings of the building main body are not impaired without deteriorating the appearance of the building. A fall prevention member can be provided.
And in the said structure, the ventilation hole penetrated from the outdoor side of the building main body to the indoor side is provided in the nose cover member. Accordingly, the eaves ceiling member that is separately installed becomes a uniform surface when viewed from under the eaves without visually recognizing the air holes from under the eaves, so that the aesthetic appearance is not impaired. Furthermore, even if such a ventilation hole is provided in the nasal concealment member, the support member supporting the fall prevention member can be bonded to the nasal concealment member so as to be able to be joined.
That is, the eaves unit mounting member to be joined to the building body is disposed on the back surface of the position where the support member is joined to the nose masking member, and the eaves unit mounting member and the support member are fastened through the nose masking member. Thus, the nasal concealment member has a sufficient strength.
Furthermore, in the above configuration, the eaves top member, the nose cover member, the eaves unit mounting member, the support member, and the eaves receiving member, which are the eaves parts, are integrated in advance as a unit, greatly increasing the work process of the eaves construction. It can be reduced and the working efficiency can be remarkably improved. Further, since the eaves unit can be manufactured at a factory or the like, the quality can be made uniform.
Furthermore, the strength of the vent hole and the nasal concealment member can be ensured by cutting and raising the nasal concealment member and forming a rib at a position covering the opening of the vent hole as compared with the case where the opening is simply provided. it can. Moreover, since it is possible to prevent rainwater, snow, and the like from entering the ventilation holes by the ribs, a large amount of water or the like does not accumulate in the eaves unit.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the upper side of the vent hole and the outdoor side of the building body are covered with a draining material. Thus, rain water and snow can be further prevented from entering by covering the upper part of the vent hole and the outdoor side of the building body with the draining material.

Furthermore, it is preferable that a plurality of the eaves-end units are continuously arranged along the direction of the building main body. By comprising in this way, since a ventilation hole can be installed over the perimeter of an eaves edge, sufficient ventilation amount can be ensured. In addition, since the eaves unit itself can be made compact, it is possible to facilitate the work of attaching the eaves unit to the building body, the carrying work, and the production work in a factory or the like.

According to the eaves-end unit according to the present invention, even if an external scaffold is not installed around the building, it is possible to reliably prevent the operator from falling or falling during the eaves-end work without impairing the appearance of the building. And even without installing an external scaffolding around the building, the eaves unit can be safely operated by providing the eaves unit with sufficient strength to prevent the eaves from falling. An eaves unit that can be ventilated can be provided.

May be provided.

The nasal concealment member 22 is disposed at a position that covers the end of the eaves member 21 on the building body 1 side, and is formed of an iron member such as SUS or an iron plate.
The nose-hidden member 22 includes a front surface portion 22a formed in a substantially plate shape, an upper surface portion 22b that bends and extends obliquely upward from the upper end portion of the front surface portion 22a, and the upper surface portion 22b on the building main body 1 side. From the upper projecting portion 22c that bends and extends downward from the end portion, the lower surface portion 22d that bends and extends from the lower end portion of the front surface portion 22a to the building body 1 side, and the end portion of the lower surface portion 22d on the building body 1 side A lower projecting portion 22e that bends upward and extends, and a projecting portion 22f that bends and extends from the upper end of the lower projecting portion 22e to the building body 1 side from the end on the building body 1 side. Are integrally formed.

(Vent hole 28)
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a plurality of ventilation holes 28 penetrating from the outdoor direction of the building body 1 to the indoor direction are provided adjacent to each other in the row direction on the front surface portion 22 a of the nose masking member 22. The vent hole 28 is mainly provided for ventilation in the back of the cabin, and is formed at a position above the front surface portion 22a and covered with the draining material 27 (see FIG. 2). The vent hole 28 includes a rib 28a formed so as to cut and raise the front surface portion 22a to cover the opening portion, so that the strength of the nose mask member 22 is ensured and a sufficient number of vent holes 28 are provided. Therefore, it is possible to secure an air flow necessary for ventilation (see FIG. 8).

In addition, since the air holes 28 are provided with ribs 28 a, the air is vented from the side of the ribs 28 a, and there is an effect that rainwater and snow hardly enter from the outdoor side of the building body 1. In the present embodiment, an example in which the rib 28a is provided in the vent hole 28 is shown. However, if the draining material 27 can sufficiently prevent the entry of water or the like and the sufficient strength of the nose mask member 22 can be secured. The shape of the vent hole 28 may be a cutout shape without the rib 28a, that is, an open shape.

Rather than providing a vent hole in the eaves top part, eaves parting part or the like as in the prior art, the vent hole can be visually recognized from below by forming the vent hole 28 in the front portion 22a of the nose cover member 22. Since it does not exist, it is suitable in terms of design. In addition, when a vent is provided in the eaves parting part, it is necessary to install a separate member to prevent intrusion of rainwater, and moreover, the shape of the eaves parting material becomes complicated, which increases the cost. As described above, by forming the vent hole 28 in the nasal concealment member 22, it is possible to reduce the cost without using a complicated configuration. Furthermore, if the nose-hidden member 22 of the eaves-end unit 20 is provided with the vent holes 28, it is possible to ensure ventilation over the entire circumference of the eaves-end, so that a sufficient amount of ventilation can be ensured.

And it is good also as a structure by which the fire prevention damper 29 is attached to the surface at the side of the building main body 1 of the front-surface part 22a of the nose masking member 22 like FIG. The fire damper 29 is provided at a position corresponding to the vent hole 28 and is locked on the front surface portion 22a of the nose cover member 22 on the indoor side of the building body 1 by a joining means such as a bolt-nut.

(Eave member 21)
The eaves runner 26 provided at a position facing the nasal concealment member 22 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and is formed of a metal member such as SUS or an iron plate, or a member such as a synthetic resin. The eaves runner 26 extending in the direction of the beam of the building body 1 is disposed in contact with the outer wall panel 2 and the eaves member 21 of the building body 1.

And the eaves top board 21a of the eaves top member 21 becomes a structure fixed from the lower part with respect to the nasal concealment member 22 and the eaves runner 26 which are mentioned later.
The eaves top plate 21a formed by a substantially plate-like plywood or the like includes stepped portions 21c protruding upward at the indoor side and outdoor side ends of the building body 1 respectively. It is extended along. The substantially horizontal surface of the stepped portion 21c is disposed in contact with the lower surface of the protruding portion 22f of the nose masking member 22 and the lower surface of the eaves runner 26, and is joined by a joining means such as a screw (see FIG. 6). ).

Moreover, the eaves top plate 21a is provided with an uneven portion on the side surface of the end of the eaves top plate 21a in the column direction. When a plurality of eaves top plates 21a are arranged adjacent to each other in one eave unit 20, or when a plurality of eaves units 20 are arranged side by side in a row direction, adjacent eaves top plates 21a The connection portion, that is, the concave and convex portions are provided and engaged with each other to form an actual joint, so that rainwater and flame can be prevented from entering, and the strength of the joint portion is improved. In addition, the eaves top plate 21a may be configured to cut half the plate thickness and attach them to each other at the portion in contact with the eaves top plate 21a of the adjacent eaves end unit 20, that is, a joint succession.

As described above, in the eaves end unit 20 of the present invention, notches (uneven portions) are provided on the end of the eaves top plate 21a in the row direction, that is, the side surfaces of the eaves top plate 21a, and the eaves top plates 21a adjacent to each other. It is the structure provided with the part which mutually overlaps. And it is not set as the state joined completely in the edge part of the adjacent eaves top board 21a, but by setting it as the state which a part meshes and contact | abuts, it arrange | positions with a clearance (play) in a row direction. Can do. As a result, when the eaves unit 20 is installed, the adjustment can be easily performed without causing the positional accuracy in the column direction.

Moreover, the eaves top plate 21a is arrange | positioned under the eaves top runner 26 and the nose concealment member 22 so that the heat insulating board 21b, such as a rock wool, may be covered from the downward direction. Since the heat retaining plate 21b is supported by the eaves top runner 26 and the protruding portion 22f of the nose masking member 22, the heat retaining plate 21b does not fall even if the eaves top plate 21a is removed. Therefore, even after the eaves unit 20 is installed in the building body 1, the eaves top plate 21a can be easily attached and detached.

Furthermore, in the eaves top unit 20 having a configuration in which the eaves top plate 21a is fitted above the nose cover member 22 and the eaves top runner 26, if it is desired to replace the eaves top plate 21a due to damage or the like, it is necessary to replace the entire eaves top unit 20 was there. However, when the eaves top plate 21a is fixed from below, only the eaves top plate 21a can be easily attached and detached, so that the working efficiency is further improved.

Furthermore, as described above, the nasal concealment member 22 is provided with the vent hole 28, and sufficient ventilation in the back of the cabin is possible. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide the vent hole in the eaves top plate 21a. Therefore, when the eaves top plate 21a is viewed from below, the eaves top member 21 having a good appearance can be provided.

(Adjustment device 30)
The adjusting device 30 of the eaves unit 20 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the eaves unit adjusting device 30 includes a plurality of arm members 10 fixed to the eaves girder 3 of the building body 1 and an eaves unit mounting member 23. The adjusting device 30 includes an arm member 10, an eaves unit attaching member 23 that contacts the arm member 10 from below, and a fixing bolt 31 that joins the arm member 10 and the eaves unit attaching member 23 by vertically penetrating the arm member 10. And a fixing nut 32.

The brace member 10 includes a frame portion 11 that is fastened to the eaves end unit attachment member 23.
The frame part 11 is formed of a metal member such as iron or SUS. The frame portion 11 provided in the brace member 10 protrudes substantially horizontally from the side surface extending along the direction of the eaves girder 3 toward the outdoor direction of the building body 1. It is fixed with bolts. The frame portion 11 is attached at a predetermined interval in the column direction of the eaves girder 3 corresponding to the position where the eaves unit mounting member 23 provided in the eaves eave unit 20 is disposed. The frame portion 11 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and includes a bottom surface portion 11a and a pair of side surface portions 11b that are bent upward from both ends of the bottom surface portion 11a in the row direction.
The bottom 11a of the frame 11 is provided with an angle adjusting bolt 13, an angle adjusting bolt insertion hole 12a, a loose hole 12b, and a sino hole 12c. The configuration and operation of the angle adjusting bolt 13, the angle adjusting bolt insertion hole 12a, the loose hole 12b, and the sino hole 12c will be described later.

The eaves unit attachment member 23 is a member for installing the eaves unit 10 with respect to the building body 1, and is fixed to the arm member 10 attached to the building body 1.
The eaves unit attachment member 23 includes a support portion 23a having a substantially L-shaped cross section that is attached to the side of the building body 1 of the front surface portion 22a of the nose masking member 22, and a frame that protrudes substantially horizontally from the support portion 23a to the building body 1 side. Part 23b, and these are integrally formed of a metal member such as iron or SUS.

The support portion 23 a has a plurality of bolt insertion holes (not shown) at predetermined positions, and is fastened and fixed to the nose cover member 22 by bolts 43 and nuts 44. The support portions 23 a are respectively arranged at positions slightly inside from the end portions 22 g of the nasal concealment member 22 in the column direction. In addition, regarding the attachment position of the support part 23a, it is not limited to the case where it attaches to the edge part 22g of the nose concealment member 22, For example, it is also possible to attach to the intermediate part etc. of the nose concealment member 22 in the row direction.

The frame portion 23b is formed, for example, in a substantially L-shaped cross section, and has a substantially horizontal upper surface portion 23d that extends from the nose cover member 22 in the indoor direction of the building body 1 and a side surface that extends downward from the upper surface portion 23d. A fixing bolt insertion hole 23e and a sinus hole 23f are formed in the upper surface part 23d. The frame portion 23b is fixedly joined by a technique such as welding so as to be substantially perpendicular to the support portion 23a. Further, the lower end portion of the side surface portion 23c is bent and joined to the upper surface of the eaves runner 26 (the surface on the side where the eaves top plate 21a is not in contact).

Moreover, the frame part 23b is arrange | positioned at the both ends of the eaves-end unit 20, and when the eaves-end unit 20 is continuously arrange | positioned along the row direction of the building main body 1, the adjacent eaves-end unit attachment member 23 is provided. The frame portions 23b are close to each other and locked to the frame portion 11 of the arm member 10 respectively. Accordingly, the frame portion 11 is provided with at least two (one set) or more of angle adjustment bolts 13, angle adjustment bolt insertion holes 12 a, loose holes 12 b, and sinus holes 12 c.

The upper surface portion 23d has a fixing bolt insertion hole 23e through which the fixing bolt 31 can be inserted at a predetermined position, and a Shino hole 23f through which a Shino used for adjusting the mounting position of the eaves unit 20 can be inserted vertically. Is formed. In the present embodiment, an example in which the sino hole 23f for inserting the sino is formed on the building body 1 side (on the side surface part 23c side in the upper surface part 23d) is shown, but the relative position of the arm member 10 and the eaves unit 20 is adjusted. If possible, it is not limited to this position.

As shown in FIG. 5, the frame portion 23 b includes a projecting portion 23 g formed such that the upper end of the side surface portion 23 c projects upward. The protruding portion 23g protrudes upward in the frame portion 23b of the eaves unit mounting portion 23 and extends in the direction of the row. In FIG. 5, the protruding portion 23g is drawn large for the sake of explanation. However, in reality, the protruding portion 23g may be slightly protruded from the upper surface portion 23d, and the height of the upper surface portion 23d and the side surface portion 23c is several millimeters. Any different configuration may be used.

The upper surface portion 23d is disposed in contact with the tip end portion 13a of the angle adjusting bolt 13 inserted through the frame portion 11 of the arm member 10. With this configuration, the protruding portion 23g abuts on the bottom surface portion 11a of the frame portion 11 formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the degree of insertion of the angle adjusting bolt 13 disposed away from the protruding portion 23g. Depending on the angle of the eaves unit mounting member 23 with respect to the arm member 10 is adjusted.

The frame portion 11 of the brace member 10 is provided with an angle adjusting bolt 13, a fixing bolt 31, and an angle adjusting bolt insertion hole 12 a for inserting the Shino, a loose hole 12 b and a Shino hole 12 c.
The angle adjustment bolt insertion hole 12a provided on the outdoor side of the building body 1 in the bottom surface portion 11a is inserted with the angle adjustment bolt 13, and adjusts the angle formed by the arm member 10 and the eaves unit 20 as described above. Can do.

Further, a loose hole 12b is provided adjacent to the angle adjusting bolt insertion hole 12a provided in the bottom surface portion 11a. The loose hole 12b is a long hole having a long axis in the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1, and a fixing bolt 31 is inserted vertically into the loose hole 12b. Then, the fixing bolt 31 is inserted into the fixing bolt insertion hole 23e provided on the frame portion 23b side of the eaves unit mounting member 23 and screwed with the fixing nut 32, so that the eaves unit 10 is connected to the arm member 10. 20 is attached.

Thus, since the loose hole 12b is a long hole having a long axis in the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1, the position of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the arm member 10, more specifically, the indoor or outdoor direction of the building body 1 The position can be adjusted as appropriate.

Further, the sino hole 12c is inserted into the bottom part 11a, and the sino hole is inserted into the sino hole 23f provided in the frame part 23b. Can be easily adjusted and installed.

(Support member 24)
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the support member 24 includes a plate-shaped plate support portion 24 a attached to the outdoor side of the building main body 1 of the nose cover member 22, and the building support 1 outdoor from the plate support portion 24 a. And a mounting portion 24b for mounting the fall prevention member 41 provided so as to protrude in the direction. The support members 24 are respectively disposed on the end portions 22g of the nose cover member 22 so that the pair of lower end portions 41d of the fall prevention member 41 can be inserted.

A plurality of bolt insertion holes (not shown) are formed at predetermined positions of the plate support portion 24a, and are attached to the end portions 22g of the nasal concealment member 22 in the row direction. The support member 24 is a bolt insertion hole provided in each state in which the front surface portion 22a of the nose cover member 22 is sandwiched between the support portion 23a of the eaves end unit mounting member 23 and the plate support portion 24a of the support member 24. The bolt 43 is inserted into the nut and the nut 44 is tightened to fasten the nose cover member 22. That is, the support member 24 is fastened to the eaves end unit attachment member 23 via the nose cover member 22.

The attachment portion 24b has a substantially cylindrical shape into which the fall prevention member 41 can be inserted from above, and supports the fall prevention member 41 so as to be detachable from above.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the fall prevention member 41 is disposed substantially parallel to the horizontal portion 41a, a pair of vertical portions 41b that bend downward from both ends of the horizontal portion 41a, and the horizontal portion 41a. The fall prevention member 41 is formed of a pipe-like member made of metal such as iron, and the weight thereof is reduced. The inner width between the lower end portions 41d of the pair of vertical portions 41b is set to be approximately equal to the interval between the attachment portions 24b attached to both end portions of the eaves end unit 20. The lower end portion 41d of the vertical portion 41b is formed in a shape that can be inserted into the mounting portion 24b of the eaves unit 20 from above.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the scissor receiving member 25 is spaced from the outer surface of the front side 22 a of the front part 22 a of the nose masking member 22 on the outdoor side of the building body 1 by a predetermined interval along the direction of the direction of the building body 1. A plurality of attachments are provided so as to support the eaves ridges 42 arranged along the crossing direction of the building body 1 from above. The scissor receiving member 25 includes a plate portion 25a fixed to the nose cover member 22 with screws or the like, a protruding portion 25b protruding from the plate portion 25a in the outdoor direction of the building body 1, and a protruding portion 25b. The building body 1 includes a front end portion 25c on the outdoor direction side and an elastic locking portion 25d provided at a lower end portion of the projecting portion 25b.

Moreover, the eaves wall 42 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and has a bottom surface part 42a capable of draining rainwater and the like, and a bowl-shaped part provided at the end of the bottom surface part 42a on the outdoor direction side of the building body 1. The hook part 42b and the protrusion part 42c which protrudes in the opening direction of the eaves ridge 42 from the building main body 1 side edge part of the bottom face part 42a are provided. The eaves 42 is attached to the eaves receiving member 25 and is inclined and arranged from one end side to the other end side in the longitudinal direction in order to promote drainage of rainwater or the like. A drainage port (not shown) that can be connected to a vertical hook (not shown) is provided at the lower end of the eaves wall 42 in the inclined direction.

Next, attachment of the eaves basket 42 to the eaves receiving member 25 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 7.
For attaching the eaves hook 42 to the eaves receiving member 25, first, the hook part 42b of the eaves eaves 42 is fitted to the tip part 25c of the eaves receiving member 25. Next, in this state, the building body 1 side of the eaves wall 42 is moved upward. When the eaves basket 42 is moved upward, the elastic locking portion 25d is elastically deformed in the outdoor direction of the building body 1 by the entrance of the protrusion 42c of the eaves basket 42. When the eaves rod 42 is further moved upward, the elastic locking portion 25d is fitted into the protrusion 42c of the eaves rod 42, and the state is maintained. In this way, the eaves hook 42 fits the front end portion 25c of the eaves receiving member 25 and the hook portion 42b of the eaves eaves 42, and the elastic locking portion 25d of the eaves receiving member 25 and the protrusion 42c of the eaves eave 42, respectively. Thus, it is attached to the collar receiving member 25. In a state where the eaves ridge 42 is attached to the eaves receiving member 25, the support member 24 is located at a position covered by the eave ridge 42 from below and spaced apart from the bottom surface 42a of the eave ridge 42 by a predetermined distance. It arrange | positions in the height position which does not inhibit 42 drainage function.

(Connecting device 50)
Next, the connecting device 50 of the nasal concealment member 22 that connects the adjacent nasal concealment members 22 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11.
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, when the plurality of eaves-end units 20 are continuously arranged along the direction of the row of the building body 1, the connecting device 50 is between the end portions 22 g of the adjacent nose cover members 22. It is arranged at the position straddling. The upper connecting member 51 includes a side surface portion 51a that contacts the upper upper surface 22x of the nose masking member 22 via a water blocking material 51d, a bottom surface portion 51b that bends and extends from the side surface portion 51a to the building body 1 side, An upper projecting portion 51c that is bent upward from the building body 1 side of the portion 51b.

A water-stopping material 51d such as ethylene / propylene / rubber (EPT) is attached to the outer surface of the side surface 51a (that is, the outside of the building body 1). The water-stop material 51d is configured so that the water-stop material 51d can be in close contact with the upper inner surface 22x of the nose cover member 22 in a state where the upper connection member 51 is ejected upward by the lower connection member 52 described later. Yes.

The lower connection member 52 is bent obliquely upward from the side of the building body 1 from the side surface 52a that contacts the lower upper surface 22y of the nose masking member 22 via the water stop material 52j, and the upper end of the side surface 52a. An upper surface portion 52b that extends, an inclined portion 52c that bends and extends obliquely downward from an end portion on the building body 1 side of the upper surface portion 52b, and a grip portion 52d that extends and bends obliquely upward from an end portion on the building body 1 side of the inclined portion 52c. A lower projecting portion 52e extending downward from the boundary line between the inclined portion 52c and the gripping portion 52d, a bottom surface portion 52f extending from the lower end portion of the side surface portion 52a to the building body side, and a bottom surface portion 52f. The upper projecting portion 52g extending upward from the end of the building body 1 side, the projecting portion 52h extending from the upper end of the upper projecting portion 52g to the building body 1 side, and the projecting portion 52h upward from the end of the building body 1 side An extending grip 52i To have.

For example, a water-stop material 52j such as ethylene / propylene / rubber (EPT) is attached to the outer surfaces of the side surface portion 52a, the bottom surface portion 52f, the upper protruding portion 52g, and the protruding portion 52h. The water stop material 52j is configured to be in contact with the upper connecting member 51 and to be in close contact with the lower inner surface 22y of the nose cover member 22 when fitted in the nose cover member 22. Yes.

The lower connecting member 52 is a leaf spring, and after the upper connecting member 51 is disposed between the upper inner surface 22x of the nose masking member 22 and the upper projecting portion 22c, the bottom surface portion 52f is disposed below the nose masking member 22. The upper connecting member 51 and the lower connecting member 52 are fitted into the nose cover member 22 by inserting between the side inner surface 22y and the lower projecting portion 22e and bending the upper surface portion 52b.

When the lower connecting member 52 is mounted, the upper surface portion 52b is biased downward with respect to the side surface portion 52a, and the boundary portion between the inclined portion 52c and the gripping portion 52d is the upper projecting portion 22c of the nose cover member 22. The contact state between the upper connecting member 51 and the lower connecting member 52 is maintained.

Next, attachment of the connecting device 50 to the nose cover member 22 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 9, the attachment of the connecting device 50 to the nasal concealment member 22 is performed by first fixing the upper connection member 51 to the inner surface of the nasal concealment member 22 from the building body 1 side.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the lower connection member 52 is attached to the inner surface of the nose cover member 22 from the building body 1 side while the upper connection member 51 is maintained above the nose cover member 22.
At this time, the lower connecting member 52 presses the side surface portion 52a toward the lower inner surface 22y, and further the bottom surface portion 52f is applied to the lower surface portion 22d of the nose cover member 22, and the upper protruding portion 52g is connected to the lower protruding portion 22e. It is attached in a state where it is in contact with.

Then, it presses so that the lower side connection member 52 may be inserted with respect to the nasal concealment member 22, and it presses until the holding part 52d contact | abuts the upper protrusion part 22c of the nasal concealment member 22. At this time, the lower connecting member 52 made of a leaf spring engages with the upper connecting member 51 by retracting the upper surface portion 52b downward by elastic deformation, and is housed inside the nose cover member 22.

Thus, by fitting the upper connecting member 51 provided with the water stop material 51d and the lower connecting member 52 provided with the water stop material 52j to the nasal concealment member 22, the end portion 22g of the adjacent nasal concealment member 22 is fitted. It is possible to prevent rainwater and the like from flowing into the upper inner surface 22x and the lower inner surface 22y of the nose cover member 22 from the gap formed therebetween. Moreover, since the upper connection member 51 and the lower connection member 52 having the above-described configuration need only be fitted into the nose cover member 22 as the connection member 50, the installation process is simplified.

(Building method)
Next, the construction method of the building using the eaves-end unit 20 of this invention is demonstrated with reference to FIG.1, FIG.2 and FIG.12.
As shown in FIG. 12, the building construction method using the eaves unit 20 according to the present embodiment includes a building frame construction process S1, an eaves unit temporary fixing process S2, an eaves unit adjusting process S3, and an eaves unit main fixing. A step S4, a fall prevention member attaching step S5, and a fall prevention member removing step S6 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the building frame construction step S <b> 1, a framework of a structural body such as a pillar (not shown) of the building body 1, an eaves girder 3, a roof beam 5 is constructed. In the present embodiment, an architectural frame is constructed by joining structures such as eaves girders 3 and shed beams 5 that are iron members by bolts, welding, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 12, the eaves unit temporary fixing step S2 is performed after the building frame construction step S1.
This process is started in a state in which the frame portion 11 of the arm member 10 is fixed to the eaves beam 3 with bolts or the like.

The eaves top member 21, the nose cover member 22, the eaves end unit mounting member 23, the support member 24, the eaves receiving member 25, and the eaves runner 26 are connected to a plurality of eaves units 20 in advance on the outdoor side of the building body 1. The frame portion 23b of the eaves unit mounting member 23 provided in the eaves unit 20 is brought into contact with the bottom surface portion 11a of the frame portion 11 of the arm member 10 from the indoor or outdoor direction of the building body 1.

The frame part 23b of the eaves unit mounting member 23 is brought into contact with the frame part 11 of the brace member 10, and the Shino is inserted from above into the Shino hole 12c and Shino hole 23f, and the fixing bolt 31 is loosened through the loose hole 12b and the fixing bolt. By being inserted into the insertion hole 23e from above, the eaves girder 3 is temporarily fixed. With this configuration, the eaves unit 20 is prevented from falling.

Then, after the fixing bolt 31 is inserted, the fixing nut 31 is screwed into the fixing bolt 31 and temporarily tightened. This temporary tightening is performed to such an extent that the mounting angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building body 1 can be adjusted by tightening an angle adjusting bolt 13 described later.

In the eaves unit temporary fixing step S <b> 2, the eaves unit 20 is temporarily held with respect to the eaves girder 3. In addition, it is not restricted to the case where the eaves unit 20 is lifted on the outdoor side of the building body 1 and the eaves unit mounting member 23 is disposed on the arm member 10, and the eaves unit 20 is carried in from the indoor side of the building body 1, It is also possible to dispose the eaves unit attaching member 23 on the brace member 10.

After the eaves unit temporary fixing step S2 is performed, in a state where the eaves unit 10 is temporarily held with respect to the eaves girder 3, the fixing bolt insertion hole 23e, the sino hole 23f of the eaves unit mounting member 23, the frame portion 11 holes loose 12b and Shino holes 12c are aligned.

Also, the other eaves unit 20 adjacent in the direction of the row of the building body 1 also has the frame 23b in contact with the lower side of the frame 11 in the same manner as the one eaves unit 20, and the fixing bolt 31 and the fixing nut. 32 is screwed together, and the other eaves end unit 20 is temporarily fixed to the eaves girder 3 (see FIG. 4).

As shown in FIG. 12, the eaves unit adjustment process S3 is performed after the eaves unit temporary fixing process S2. All the operations performed in the eaves unit adjustment process S3 are performed from the indoor side of the building body 1.

The eaves unit adjustment process S3 is performed by the following two processes.
First, the installation position of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the building body 1 is adjusted.
As described above, the loose hole 12 b of the frame portion 11 of the arm member 10 is formed in a long hole shape along the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1. For this reason, in a state where the fixing bolt 31 is inserted into the loose hole 12b and temporarily tightened, the eaves end unit 20 can move in the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1.

That is, adjustment of the mounting position of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the building body 1 is performed by appropriately moving the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1. When such movement is performed and the eaves-end unit 20 reaches an appropriate mounting position, the fixing bolt 31 or the fixing nut 32 is temporarily tightened. This temporary fastening is performed to such an extent that the eaves unit 20 does not easily move with respect to the eaves girder 3.

When the position of the eaves unit 20 is adjusted, the Shino is inserted into the Shino hole 12c provided in the frame 11 provided in the arm member 10 and the Shino hole 23f provided in the eaves unit mounting member 23. The position adjustment of the eaves unit 20 can be easily performed by appropriately moving the shino.

Next, the attachment angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building body 1 is adjusted. When the angle adjusting bolt 13 is inserted from above the angle adjusting bolt insertion hole 12a and tightened, the tip end portion 13a of the angle adjusting bolt 13 comes into contact with the upper surface of the frame portion 23b of the eaves unit mounting member 23. By adjusting the amount, the outdoor side of the building body 1 of the eaves unit 20 can be moved in the vertical direction.

Thereby, the attachment angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the arm member 10 of the eaves girder 3, more specifically, the angle at which the eaves top plate 21a is inclined upward or downward as it goes in the outdoor direction of the building body 1 can be adjusted. it can.

For example, if the degree of tightening of the angle adjusting bolt 13 is small, the eaves end unit 20 is installed so that the eaves top plate 21a is nearly horizontal toward the outdoor direction. On the other hand, when the tightening degree of the angle adjusting bolt 13 is increased, the eaves tip unit 20 is installed such that the eaves top plate 21a is inclined downward toward the outdoor direction.

When tightening is performed and the eaves unit 20 has an appropriate mounting angle with respect to the building body 1, it is confirmed again whether the mounting position of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the building body 1 is appropriate. . If the mounting position is not appropriate, the above procedure is repeated.

As described above, the attachment position in the column direction can be adjusted with the connection method between the adjacent eaves top plates 21a as an actual joint or a joint, and can be arranged with play. Accuracy errors can be absorbed. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a process for adjusting the mounting position of the eaves unit 20 in the column direction, and the work process can be simplified.

In this way, when the eaves unit 20 is appropriately moved and both the mounting angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building body 1 and the mounting position in the indoor / outdoor direction are appropriate, the eaves unit adjustment step S3 ends. To do. The above work procedure is similarly performed in the other adjacent eaves unit 20. In addition, although the adjustment of the attachment position of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building main body 1 was performed after adjusting the attachment position of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction, the adjustment of the attachment angle of the eaves unit 20 was limited to this. Instead, after adjusting the mounting angle of the eaves unit 20, the mounting position of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction may be adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 12, after the eaves unit adjustment process S3, an eaves unit main fixing process S4 is performed. The work performed in the eaves unit main fixing process S4 is all performed from the indoor side of the building body 1 as in the eaves unit adjustment process S3.

In the eaves-end unit main fixing step S4, the operator uses the fixing bolt insertion hole 23e of the eaves-end unit mounting member 23 and the fixing bolt 31 inserted into the loose hole 12b of the frame portion 11 provided in the arm member 10 to the building. Tighten from the indoor side of the main body 1. Moreover, the said operation procedure is performed similarly also in the other eaves unit 20 adjacent.

In the present embodiment, after the fastening bolt 31 is fully tightened, the above-described connecting device 50 is mounted from the indoor side of the building body 1 between the end portions 22g of the adjacent nose cover members 22.

As shown in FIG. 12, a fall prevention member attaching step S5 is performed after the eaves unit main fixing step S4. All the operations performed in the fall prevention member attaching step S5 are also performed from the indoor side of the building body 1 as in the eaves unit main fixing step S4.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the fall prevention member attaching step S5, the fall prevention member 41 is attached to the attachment portion 24b provided in each eaves unit 20 from above.

The fall prevention member 41 is attached to the eaves unit 20 by inserting the lower end portion 41 d of the fall prevention member 41 from the indoor side of the building body 1 into the attachment portion 24 b of the support member 24. Note that the fall prevention member 41 is attached to the eaves unit 20 after the eaves unit 20 is fixed to the eaves girder 3, but the eaves unit 20 is mounted in the eaves unit 20 in advance. May be lifted from the outdoor side of the building body 1 to perform the eaves unit temporary fixing step S2.

Thus, since the fall prevention member 41 can be easily attached to the support member 24 constituting the eaves unit 20, the fall prevention member 41 is disposed even in a narrow area where it is difficult to install an external scaffold. be able to. Accordingly, the fall-preventing member 41 can be disposed even in a narrow area, and safety in eaves work on the roof can be sufficiently ensured. Further, since it is not necessary to assemble an external scaffold around the building body 1 from the ground or the like, the work process of the eaves work can be omitted, and the construction period can be shortened. Furthermore, since the support member 24 is left in the eaves unit 20 as it is, for example, when the repair work such as a roof is performed, the fall prevention member 41 can be used again.

As shown in FIG. 12, a fall prevention member removing step S6 is performed after the fall prevention member attaching step S5.
In the fall prevention member removal step S6, after the fall prevention member 41 is attached to the eaves unit 20 in the fall prevention member attachment step S5, for example, on the roof such as the installation work of the roof panel 4 or the antenna installation work on the roof. This is done when all of the tasks are completed. In the fall prevention member removing step S <b> 6, an operation of removing the fall prevention member 41 from the eaves unit 20 from the outdoor side of the building body 1 is performed.

As described above, according to the eaves tip unit according to the present embodiment, the support member 24 projecting from the outer surface of the nose cover member 22 toward the outdoor side of the building body 1 is disposed above the eaves wall 42. That is, when the eaves end unit 20 is viewed from below, the support member 24 is disposed behind the eaves rod 42, so that it is difficult to visually recognize the support member 24 from below. Therefore, after the work on the roof is completed and the fall-preventing member 41 is removed, for example, after the new construction of the building is completed, the support member 24 placed in the eaves-end unit 20 causes the appearance of the building to be The aesthetics are not impaired.

Moreover, even after the new construction of the building is completed, the fall prevention member 41 can be attached to the support member 24 that is placed in the eaves unit 20 without impairing the beauty of the building. Even when the above is performed thereafter, the safety of the work in the eaves work can be ensured.

Thus, according to this embodiment, even if it is a narrow ground, the fall prevention member 41 can be arrange | positioned around the building main body 1 without impairing the beauty | look on the external appearance of a building.

Moreover, the eaves end unit mounting member 23 fixed to the eaves girder 3 is fixed to the side surface of the building body 1 of the front surface portion 22a of the nose cover member 22 that covers the end of the eave ceiling member 21 on the outdoor direction side of the building body 1. ing. That is, the eaves parts such as the eaves top member 21 and the nose cover member 22 are arranged at positions that cover the eaves unit mounting member 23 from below, and a space free of obstacles is formed above the eaves unit mounting member 23. . Therefore, the eaves unit mounting member 23 can be used for other purposes than fixing the eaves unit 20 to the eaves girder 3, for example, when supporting a member arranged on the roof.

Furthermore, in the above configuration, the eaves top member 21, the nose cover member 22, the eaves end unit mounting member 23, the support member 24, and the eaves receiving member 25, which are eaves parts, are integrated in advance as a unit. The work process can be greatly reduced and the work efficiency can be remarkably improved. Further, since the eaves unit 20 can be manufactured in a factory or the like, the quality can be made uniform.

Further, the support member 24 is disposed at a height position that is spaced a predetermined distance upward from the bottom surface 42a of the eave ridge 42 while the eave ridge 42 is supported by the eaves receiving member 25, and does not hinder the drainage function of the eave ridge 42. Is done. For this reason, drainage of rainwater or the like flowing down the eaves wall 42 can be smoothly performed while preventing the appearance of the building from being damaged.

Furthermore, since a plurality of eaves unit 20 is continuously arranged along the direction of the row of building body 1, the eaves unit 20 itself can be compactly formed. It is possible to facilitate work, transportation work, and production work in a factory or the like.

In the building construction method using the eaves unit 20 of the present invention, the building frame construction step S1 for building the building frame of the building main body, and the building unit installation member 23 from the eaves girder 3 after the building frame building step S1. The eaves unit temporary fixing step S2 temporarily fixed to the arm member 10 projecting in the outdoor direction of the main body 1, and the vertical mounting angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building main body 1 after the eaves unit temporary fixing step S2, the indoor and outdoor directions Eaves unit adjustment step S3 for adjusting the mounting position of the building body 1 and the mounting position in the direction of the row from the indoor side of the building body 1, and the eaves unit 20 from the indoor side of the building body 1 after the eaves unit adjustment step S3. The eaves-end unit main fixing step S4 to be permanently fixed to the eaves unit and the eaves-end unit main fixing step S4, and the fall-preventing member attachment to which the fall-preventing member 41 is attached to the support member 24 A degree S5, after the fall prevention member attaching step S5, the fall prevention member detaching step S6 of removing the fall prevention member 41 from the support member 24, and a.

In the construction method of the building using the eaves-end unit 20 of the present invention, since the eaves-end unit 20 described above is used, it is possible to sufficiently ensure the safety of work in a narrow area without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the building, It is possible to shorten the construction period.

Moreover, in the construction method of the building using the eaves-end unit 20 of the present invention, since the adjustment of the mounting position of the eaves-end unit 20 and the temporary fixing and the main fixing of the eaves-end unit 20 are performed from the indoor side of the building body 1, work safety The property can be further improved.

(Adjustment of the adjusting device 30)
In addition, according to the adjustment device 30 of the eaves unit 20 according to the present embodiment, the adjustment of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building main body 1 is performed by first adjusting the eaves unit mounting member 23 of the eaves unit 20, It is made to contact | abut to the bottom face part 11a of the flame | frame part 11 with which the arm member 10 was equipped from the outdoor side of the building main body 1. FIG. Next, the axial direction of the fixing bolt 31 is the vertical direction in the loose hole 12b and the fixing bolt insertion hole 23e formed in each of the eaves unit mounting member 23, the frame 11 provided in the arm member 10, respectively. Insert in the direction and temporarily tighten the fixing nut 32. Since the loose hole 12b of the frame part 11 is formed in a long hole shape along the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1, the eaves unit 20 can be moved to a desired position in the indoor / outdoor direction of the building body 1. . In other words, the adjustment of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the building main body 1 is performed in a state where the eaves unit 20 is temporarily fixed to the eaves girder 3 with the fixing bolt 31. Since it can be performed by appropriately moving in and out, the adjustment work is very simple.

Moreover, when the installation position of the building body 1 of the eaves unit 20 in the indoor / outdoor direction is an appropriate position, the fixing bolt 31 or the fixing nut 32 is finally tightened. Since the fixing bolt 31 is attached to the frame portion 11 projecting from the eaves girder 3 toward the outdoor direction of the building body 1 with the axial direction thereof being the vertical direction, the fixing bolt 31 is installed from the indoor side of the building body 1. The operator can easily tighten the fixing bolt 31 without taking an unreasonable posture.

Further, the position adjustment of the eaves end unit 20 is performed by inserting the sino through the sino hole 12c formed in the frame portion 11 and the sino hole 23f formed in the eaves end unit mounting member 23, and appropriately moving the sino. Therefore, when the position of the eaves unit 20 is adjusted, the operator can easily move the position of the eaves unit 20 using a sino, and the work is easy to perform.

On the other hand, the adjustment of the mounting angle of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building main body 1 is performed in a state in which the eaves unit mounting member 23 of the eaves unit 20 is in contact with the frame unit 11 provided in the arm member 10. The angle adjusting bolt 13 protruding upward is tightened appropriately. That is, the adjustment of the attachment angle of the eaves unit 20 can be performed by appropriately adjusting the tightening amount of the angle adjustment bolt 13 screwed to the bottom surface portion 11a, and therefore the adjustment work is very simple.

Moreover, since the angle adjustment bolt 13 protrudes upward from the bottom surface portion 11a of the frame portion 11, when the angle adjustment bolt 13 is tightened from the indoor side of the building body 1, it does not become an unreasonable posture. The angle adjusting bolt 13 can be easily tightened.

In addition, the eaves unit 20 has the eaves unit attachment member 23 in contact with the frame 11 provided in the arm member 10, and the loose holes 12 b formed in the eaves unit attachment member 23 and the frame 11, respectively. By simply inserting the fixing bolt 31 into the fixing bolt insertion hole 23e, it is temporarily fixed to the eaves beam 3. Therefore, by performing such an extremely simple operation, the eaves unit 20 can be prevented from dropping, and the safety of the operation can be sufficiently ensured.
Furthermore, adjustment and fixation of the eaves unit 20 with respect to the building main body 1 can be easily performed from the indoor side of the building.

Further, the eaves unit mounting members 23 are provided at both ends of the eaves unit 20 in the direction of the row of the building body 1, and when a plurality of eaves units 20 are continuously arranged along the direction of the row of the building body 1, One arm member 10 can join two eaves unit attachment members 23 adjacent to each other. Thus, since adjustment of the relative position of the adjacent eaves unit 20 and fixation with respect to these building main bodies 1 can be performed in one place, work efficiency can be improved.

(Other embodiments)
Further, in the present embodiment, only the eaves unit 20 attached along the direction of the eaves girder 3 has been described. However, the eaves unit 20 is, for example, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to configure as an eaves unit 220 for attaching to a).

As shown in FIG. 14, when the eaves unit 220 is attached to the protruding corner portion 7, a danger region S where the fall prevention member 41 is not disposed is formed at the corner portion of the protruding corner portion 7. It is also possible to attach the connecting member 141 shown to both the fall prevention members 41 and 41 so that the dangerous area S is not formed.

The connecting member 141 will be described in detail. The connecting member 141 includes a substantially L-shaped horizontal portion 141a formed using the same material as the fall prevention member 41, and both ends of the horizontal portion 141a by welding or the like. The connecting portion 141b is fixed, and the binding band attaching portion 141c is fixed to the lower end portion of the connecting portion 141b by welding or the like. The connecting portion 141b is fixed to both outer surfaces in the horizontal direction of the horizontal portion 141a so that the two plate-like members face each other.

The connection member 141 is attached to the fall prevention member 41 in a state where the adjacent fall prevention member 41 is attached to each of the eaves unit 20, and each of the connection portions 141b of the connection member 141 is located above the adjacent fall prevention member 41. This is done by press fitting. At this time, it is preferable that one end side of a binding band made of rubber or the like is attached to the binding band attaching portion 141c and the other end side is attached to a predetermined portion of the fall prevention member 41, for example.

According to the present invention, it is possible to perform the eaves work more safely without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the building without installing an external scaffold around the building. Furthermore, sufficient shed ventilation can be ensured without impairing the aesthetic appearance of the building.
