Claims (7)
- 撹拌手段及びアジピン酸溶液を冷却し且つ/又は濃縮するための手段を備えた結晶化容器を含む、アジピン酸を結晶化させるための装置であって、
前記結晶化容器の壁及び/又はアジピン酸溶液と接触する前記の冷却し且つ/若しくは濃縮するための手段の壁の少なくとも一部がAISI(米国式)の命名に従ってAISI 310Lタイプ又は欧州式の命名に従ってX1 CrNi 25-21 (1.4335)タイプのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から選択される材料から作られたことを特徴とする、前記結晶化装置。 - 前記アジピン酸溶液が硝酸によるシクロヘキサノン/シクロヘキサノール混合物の酸化によって得られた溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱交換流体の循環を含む溶液冷却用デバイスを含み、該デバイスがAISI 310Lタイプのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から作られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記結晶化容器の内壁の少なくとも一部がAISI 310Lタイプのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から作られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記溶液の濃縮が結晶化装置を減圧下に置くことによって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記のAISI 310Lタイプのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から作られたデバイスの壁の表面が研磨されたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記のAISI 310Lタイプのオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼から作られた研磨された表面が、NF EN ISO 3274及びNF EN ISO 4288規格によって規定される方法に従って測定して0.3μm未満の粗度を示すことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
