Claims (8)
- 弁座アセンブリ(7)と、前記弁座アセンブリ(7)に接続されているケースアセンブリ(5)を含み、前記弁座アセンブリ(7)のキャビティには弁ロッドアセンブリ(6)と弁口(121)が設けられており、前記ケースアセンブリ(5)のキャビティにはモータ(51)が設けられており、前記モータ(51)は歯車システム(52)を介して軸方向に沿って上下移動するように前記弁ロッドアセンブリ(6)を駆動することにより、弁口(121)を通る流体の流量を調整する電子膨張弁において、
前記弁座アセンブリ(7)は別体構造であって、弁座(1)と前記弁座(1)に接続されるカバー(9)を含み、前記カバー(9)は前記ケースアセンブリ(5)に接続されており、前記弁座(1)の外側面には取付け平面(13)が設けられており、前記取付け平面(13)にはサイトグラス(8)が接続されており、
前記弁座(1)はさらに別体構造であって、上弁座(11)と前記上弁座(11)に接続される下弁座(12)を含み、前記カバー(9)はさらに前記上弁座(11)に接続されており、前記取付け平面(13)はさらに前記上弁座(11)の外側面に設けられており、
前記弁口(121)は前記下弁座(12)に設けられており、且つ前記弁口(121)は軸方向に沿って上に向けて突出するスリーブ延出部(122)を有し、前記スリーブ延出部(122)は前記上弁座(11)のキャビティに伸び込んでおり、前記弁ロッドアセンブリ(6)は管状の弁ロッド(2)が設けられており、前記スリーブ延出部(122)及び前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部のうちの一方の円周側壁には流量を調整する開口溝(3)が設けられており、且つ前記スリーブ延出部(122)及び前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部のうちの一方は他方の内部に伸び込みあるいは他方から伸び出すことにより、前記開口溝(3)と前記弁口(121)とを連通させあるいはそれらの連通を遮断させることを特徴とする電子膨張弁。 - 前記上弁座(11)はさらに角胴形弁座であり、前記角胴形弁座のいずれか一つの外側面は前記取付け平面(13)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁座(1)はさらに一体化構造であって、前記弁座(1)は全体的に角胴形弁座であり、前記角胴形弁座のいずれか一つの外側面は前記取付け平面(13)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁口(121)の周方向には第1の段面(14)が設けられており、前記弁ロッドアセンブリ(6)は管状の弁ロッド(2)を含み、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部の側壁には第2の段面(21)と流量を調整する開口溝(3)が設けられており、前記第1の段面(14)が前記第2の段面(21)に接触して密閉しあるいは前記第2の段面(21)から離脱するように、前記弁ロッド(2)の下端部は前記弁口(121)の内部に伸び込みあるいは前記弁口(121)から伸び出すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記取付け平面(13)にはネジ孔が設けられており、前記サイトグラス(8)は鏡基台(81)を含み、前記鏡基台(81)は螺合によって前記ネジ孔に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記鏡基台(81)と前記ネジ孔の孔壁との間にはさらに密封部材(82)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ケースアセンブリ(5)はケース(53)と前記ケース(53)に接続されている挿入ピン基台(54)を含み、前記ケースアセンブリ(5)は前記ケース(53)により前記カバー(9)と接続されており、前記挿入ピン基台(54)の内部には樹脂射出によって挿入ピン(55)が封じ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電子膨張弁。
- 前記弁座アセンブリ(7)はさらにステンレススチール製の弁座アセンブリであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電子膨張弁。
