Claims (2)
- レールの下方に挿入され、樹脂液の注入量により厚さを調整し、前記樹脂液を硬化させることによって、レール荷重を支持すると共にレール高さを設定する可変パッドにおいて、
平面視四角形の扁平な樹脂充填室を形成する樹脂製の袋本体と、
この袋本体の隅に開口し前記樹脂充填室内に樹脂を導く樹脂注入口と、
前記樹脂の注入に伴って前記樹脂充填室内から空気を排出するための空気抜き口と、
ポリエステル繊維、ポリエチレン繊維、ポリプロピレン繊維、ナイロン繊維、ビニロン繊維、アラミド繊維のいずれかの糸をメッシュ状に形成し前記糸の交叉部を固着したものであって前記袋本体の前記樹脂充填室内に広げて収容されたメッシュ状補強材と、
を備え、前記メッシュ状補強材の開口を一辺が2〜15mmの多角形としたことを特徴とする可変パッド。 - メッシュ状補強材は、三本の糸を三軸構造にした三本模紗織りのものである請求項1の可変パッド。
