Claims (8)
- 原子力プラントを構成する部品の表面に形成された酸化皮膜中の金属を、酸化性の溶液を用いて酸化溶解する酸化工程を実施して、該部品を洗浄する化学洗浄方法において、
前記酸化工程では、前記溶液として、過鉄酸と過ホウ素酸とのうちの少なくとも一の過酸化物を含む水溶液を用いる、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項1に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記酸化工程を実施してから、前記溶液中にジカルボン酸を入れて、前記酸化皮膜中の他の金属を還元溶解し、該ジカルボン酸を含む該溶液を除去する還元工程を実施する、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項2に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記還元工程で除去された前記溶液を加熱して、該溶液中の水分を蒸発させる廃液処理工程を実施する、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記酸化工程と、該酸化工程後の前記還元工程とを1除染工程とし、該除染工程を複数回実施する、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記還元工程実施後の前記部品の表面に酸化皮膜を形成する皮膜形成工程を実施する、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項5に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記皮膜形成工程では、亜鉛イオンと、塩素化合物のうちのオキソ酸塩から選ばれた少なくとも一の化合物とを含む水溶液に、前記還元工程実施後の前記部品を付けて、該部品の表面に亜鉛酸化物皮膜を形成する、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記酸化工程で用いる前記水溶液中の前記過酸化物の濃度は、200〜300ppmである、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の化学洗浄方法において、
前記酸化工程で用いる前記水溶液の温度は、20℃以上、100℃未満である、
ことを特徴とする化学洗浄方法。
