Description
本発明は、図2及び図3に示すように、外筒体100と、外筒体100に挿入されて昇下降されるスピンドル200と、外筒体100に結合されてスピンドル200を昇下降させるピストンロッド300と、エア流路を変更させるバルブ体400と、スピンドル200に結合されて外筒体100にスライドされるブッシング部材500、及び前記外筒体100の上端に結合されて前記スピンドル200を案内するように案内孔610を有するブッシングキャップ600で構成される。
本発明は、図9及び図10に示すように、案内孔を有する外筒体100と、前記案内孔に挿入され、内壁にガス移動路が形成されるように、内側及び外側パイプ220、240からなるスピンドル200と、ロッド320の下端が前記外筒体100の底面に固定され、ロッド320の上端が前記内側パイプ220にスライド挿入されるピストン340を有してなるピストンロッド300と、前記スピンドル200の上側に結合され、ガスの移動方向を制御するバルブピンの動作に応じて、前記ピストン340を中心にして前記スピンドル200が上下に動作されるように制御するバルブ体400と、前記バルブピンを動作させるレバー及び前記スピンドル200の外側に前記外筒体100の内壁と接するように備えられるブッシング部材500、及び前記外筒体100の内壁に結合され、内壁が前記スピンドル200のブッシング部材500と接する外筒ブッシング900で構成される。

Claims (5)
- 椅子用のグリース遮断用ガスシリンダーであって、
案内孔を有する外筒体と、
前記案内孔に上下に挿入され、内壁にガス移動路が形成されるように、内側パイプ及び外側パイプからなるスピンドルと、
ロッドの下端が前記外筒体の底面に固定され、ロッドの上端が前記内側パイプにスライド挿入されるピストンを有してなるピストンロッドと、
前記スピンドルの上側に結合され、ガスの移動方向を制御するバルブピンの動作に応じて、前記ピストンを中心にして前記スピンドルが上下に動作されるように制御するバルブ体と、
前記スピンドルの下端部の外側に前記外筒体の内壁とスライド自在に接するように突き出て形成されたブッシング部材と、
前記外筒体の上端に結合され、前記スピンドルを案内するように案内孔を有するブッシングキャップと、を含み、
前記前記ブッシングキャップは、その底面に前記外筒体の上部外壁に密着して該外筒体の剪断変形を防止する補強部を一体に形成し、該補強部を介してブッシングキャップを外筒体の上部に取り付けたことを特徴とする、
グリース遮断用ガスシリンダー。 - 前記ブッシング部材が、前記スピンドルの外側に一体型に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグリース遮断用ガスシリンダー。
- 前記ブッシング部材が、パイプ状に前記スピンドルを挟んで結合されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグリース遮断用ガスシリンダー。
- 前記補強部の外側に上端が前記補強部を支持し、下端が下向延長され、その端部が前記外筒体の外側に固定される補助パイプが結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグリース遮断用ガスシリンダー。
- 前記外筒体の外側にパイプ状の補強パイプが更に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグリース遮断用ガスシリンダー。
