Description
(a)フィンの角度位置を固定するために、工具が、その直径が次のスリーブの内径に対応する円筒状の内部円周面で、フィンの自由末端縁上に配置され、
(c)耐火性の基礎成形材料と、温度処理によって、硬化でき、基礎成形材料から分離できる結合剤とを含む成形材料混合物が、工具の内部円周面とフィンとによって区切られたセルに導入されて、硬化され、
(d)工具を除去した後、次のスリーブが、硬化された成形材料混合物によって角度位置が固定されたフィンの自由末端縁上に配置され、
(e)フィンの自由末端縁が、セルへの溶接又はろう付けによって、次のスリーブに結合され、
(f)硬化された成形材料混合物が加熱処理されて、基礎成形材料がセルから除去される。

Claims (13)
- 回転軸(y)に対して同心円状に配置されたスリーブ(12,18,20,14)と、互いに続くスリーブ間に配置され、回転軸(y)に対して半径方向に向けられ、末端縁でスリーブ(12,18,20,14)に結合され、自由末端縁が次のスリーブ(18,20,14)に結合される前に角度位置が固定されるフィン(16)とを備えた、金属からセルラーホイール(10)を製造する方法であって、
(a)フィン(16)の角度位置を固定するために、工具(40,50,60)が、その直径が次のスリーブ(18,20,14)の内径に対応する円筒状の内部円周面(41,51,61)で、フィン(16)の自由末端縁上に配置され、
(b)耐火性の基礎成形材料と、硬化でき、加熱処理によって基礎成形材料から分離できる結合剤とを含む成形材料混合物(F)が、工具(40,50,60)の内部円周面(41,51,61)とフィン(16)とによって区切られたセル(22,24,26)に導入されて、硬化され、
(c)工具(40,50,60)を除去した後、次のスリーブ(18,20,14)が、硬化された成形材料混合物(F)によって角度位置が固定されたフィン(16)の自由末端縁上に配置され、
(d)フィン(16)の自由末端縁が、セル(22,24,26)への溶接又はろう付によって、次のスリーブ(18,20,14)に結合され、
(e)硬化された成形材料混合物(F)が加熱処理されて、基礎成形材料がセル(22,24,26)から除去される
ことを特徴とするセルラーホイールを製造する方法。 - 工具(40,50,60)が、長手方向の溝(42,52,62)を備え、この長手方向の溝(42,52,62)は、内部円周面(41,51,61)から半径方向に広がり、成形材料混合物Fの導入前に、延長部を備えるフィン(16)の自由末端縁が、この長手方向の溝(42,52,62)に挿入され、
工具(40,50,60)を除去した後、硬化された成形材料混合物(F)から突出するフィン(16)の延長部が、次のスリーブ(18,20,14)がフィン(16)の自由末端縁上に配置される前に、除去される
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。 - 工具(40,50,60)の内部円周面(41,51,61)が、長手方向の溝(42,52,62)の両側において、ビーズ様の隆起部(43,53,63)を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 加熱処理が、完成したセルラーホイール(10)に対して行われ、それと同時に、基礎成形材料が、全てのセル(22,24,26)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 完成したセルラーホイール(10)が、応力除去焼なましにさらされることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 硬化した成形材料混合物(F)が、応力除去焼なましの後に、セルラーホイール(10)のセル(22,24,26)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 中子砂が、耐火性の基礎成形材料として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 前記中子砂として、ケイ砂が用いられることを特徴とする請求項7記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 結合剤が、有機結合剤であり、該有機結合剤において、硬化反応が、ガス状触媒によって加速され、又は、該有機結合剤が、ガス状硬化剤との反応によって硬化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- ポリオール溶液との二成分系、特に第一の成分としてのフェノール樹脂と、第二の成分としてのポリイソシアネート溶液とが、結合剤として用いられ、ガス状第3級アミン、特にトリエチルアミンが、硬化のために、成形材料混合物(F)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項9記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- フィン(16)が、レーザー又は電子ビームによる溶接又はろう付けによって、スリーブ(18,20,14)に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- スリーブ(12,18,20,14)及びフィン(16)が金属板から作られた、高い耐熱性を有する金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
- 前記金属板が、厚みが0.5mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項12記載のセルラーホイールを製造する方法。
