Description
[実施例]
(1)全体構成
本実施例の接触部材1は、取付対象物に表面実装される接触部材であって、導電性及び弾性を有する一枚の金属板から形成されている。具体的な形状を図1(a)〜(i)に基づいて説明する。
脚部13a,13bは、第1平板部11における第1の方向(図1(b)〜(e)においてはC−D方向である。以下C、Dを用いて方向を説明する場合がある)の両端部において第1平板部11と交差する方向に互いに平行に延び出す板状の部分である。
(2)作用・効果
接触部材1の第2平板部15a,15bを図示しない半田にて半田付けすることによって接触部材1を基板3に取り付けた状態を図2(a)に示す。接触部材1は、基板3における図示しないプリント配線と導通する所定の領域に、自動実装機によって表面実装され半田付けにより固定される。その状態で突出部23と筐体5とを接触させることで、基板3と筐体5とが電気的に接続される。
以上本発明の実施例について説明したが、本発明は上記実施例に何ら限定されることはなく、本発明の技術的範囲に属する限り種々の形態をとり得ることはいうまでもない。
また、張出部25a,25bと脚部13a,13bとの間隔はほぼ無くともよい。その場合でも延出部21はB方向への変位は可能であるため、突出部23のB方向への変位量を大きくすることができる。一方、図4(a)に示すように、上記間隔を大きくすれば、突出部23がA方向に引き出されたときの傾斜角度の変化(矢印G)をより大きくすることができる。
Claims (3)
- 取付対象物に表面実装される接触部材であって、
導電性及び弾性を有する一枚の金属板から形成されており、
第1平板部と、
前記第1平板部における第1の方向の両端部から当該第1平板部と交差する方向に延び出す一対の脚部と、
前記脚部における延び出した先端に連接されており、前記第1平板部と平行状に配される第2平板部と、
前記第1平板部における前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向の一方の端部から前記第2平板部の位置する方向に延び出し、前記第2の方向の他方に屈曲して前記一対の脚部の間の空間を通過して前記他方に突出する突出部と、を有し、
前記突出部には前記第1の方向に広がる張出部が設けられており、前記突出部を前記他方に変位させると前記張出部が前記脚部に係止される
ことを特徴とする接触部材。 - 前記張出部と前記脚部の間には間隔が設けられており、前記突出部を前記他方に変位させると、前記張出部が前記他方に所定量変位したときに前記脚部と接触して前記張出部が前記脚部に係止される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触部材。 - 前記突出部は、前記他方に突出した先が前記一方に折り返されており、
前記脚部または前記第1平板部には、前記突出部の前記折り返された先に設けられた係止片と係止して前記先端が前記他方に移動することを抑制する規制部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の接触部材。
