Description
a)剛性ロッドを準備するステップ、
b)好ましくは材料除去方法によって、前記ロッドの少なくとも1つの長さ方向部分に、ロッドの自由単部から所定の距離にわたって螺旋ねじ部分を生成するステップ。特に、コアが軸方向に穿孔され、または残され、かつ/または所定の材料部分が弾性部分の長さ方向に取り除かれて、弾性部分の少なくとも1領域に非円形の断面を生成し、かつ/または,剛性部分の直径が弾性部分に対して低減されている。
(a)管状の本体を用意し、または
(b)円筒形状の本体を用意し、
(c)円筒または管形状の本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、金属切削により、外側から材料を除去することにより螺旋形状の凹部を形成し、
(d)円筒本体の主軸に沿ってボアホールを形成し、
(e)管状本体またはボアホールの2つの端部部分の一方に、内ねじ溝を形成し、
ここで、特に、ステップ(d)のボアホールの内径が、ステップ(c)において金属切削により形成された円筒本体の外壁における螺旋形状の凹部が径方向においてボアホールで終端するように選択され、特に、ボアホールの他端部分に内ねじ溝が形成される。
(a)円筒形状の本体を用意し、
(b)円筒形本体の2つの端部のそれぞれに、外ねじ山を有する1つの円筒突起を金属切削回転により形成し、
(c)円筒形状本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、金属切削により、外側から材料を除去することにより螺旋形状の凹部を形成し、
(d)円筒本体の主軸に沿ってボアホールを形成し、
効果的に、さらに以下のステップを含む。
(f)ボアホールの内側の鋭い端部を取り除くために、ボアホール形成後に、切削によって螺旋形状の凹部の逃げを仕上げ、
(g)このようにして形成された弾性部材のデバリングを行う。
(a)第1及び第2の端部を有する管状の本体を用意し、
(b)第1及び第2の端部を有する円筒形状の本体を用意し、円筒形状の本体の主軸に対して同軸にボアホールを形成し、このボアホールが円筒形状本体の少なくとも第1の端部に近接し、
(c)円筒形本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、ワイヤEDM、レーザ処理、またはウォータジェット処理により、凹部を切削し、
(d)金属切削回転により、ステップ(a)または(b)で用意された円筒形または管状の本体の所定の外径より小さい直径を有する円筒形突起を形成し、円筒形本体の第1の端部における円筒形突起の表面上に外ねじ山を形成する、あるいは、円筒形本体または管状本体の第1の端部に近接する部分において、ボアホールに内ねじ溝を形成し、ここで、特に、ステップ(b)で形成されたボアホールが円筒形本体の第1の端部から第2の端部まで延びる。
(a)第1および第2の端部を有する円筒形または管状の本体を用意し、
(b)金属切削回転により、ステップ(a)で用意された円筒形または管状の本体の所定の外径より小さい直径を有する円筒形突起を形成し、円筒形本体の第1および第2の端部における円筒形突起の表面上に外ねじ山を形成し、
(c)円筒形本体の主軸に対して同軸に延びる螺旋に沿って、ワイヤEDM、レーザ処理、またはウォータジェット処理により、凹部を形成し、ここで、特に、螺旋形状凹部の2つの逃げ部が4分の1円の形状で設けられている。
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの生体適合材料で形成され、人間または動物の体内に一時的または恒久的に挿入され、管状の本体と、前記管状の本体の両端部に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段(2)とから成り、スペース保持及び重量を隣接する身体部分へ移動させる重量移動の機能を有する、椎骨及び/または椎間板の代替として用いられる管状体のスペースホルダ(10)であって、
前記管状の本体に設けられ、局所的に剛性を低減させる少なくとも一つの材料凹部(7)を有し、
前記材料凹部(7)は、壁の溝型凹部及び/または開放開口として螺旋形状に形成され、
前記管状の本体に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段(2)は、前記管状の本体の端部を軸方向に延長して管状に、前記管状の本体と一体的に形成され、前記スペースホルダが身体部分の組織に成長するための、凹部、溝部及び開口を外被面に有し、
前記管状の本体に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段は、骨または軟骨に隣接する身体部分に係合するため、台形の形状の鋸歯を、前記管状の本体の軸方向への突起として有することを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記生体適合材料は、屈曲に対して剛性であることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1または2に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記生体適合材料は、チタン及びその合金、ならびにプラスチックを含むグループから選択されることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
2つの材料凹部が、互いの内側に螺旋状に配置された二重トラックを形成する、溝形状の凹部及び/または壁の開放開口として形成されることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記スペースホルダは、可撓性材料の部品を含み、該スペースホルダは、材料凹部を有する前記管状の本体とともに作用して、スペースホルダ全体の剛性または可動性が設定できるように可撓性を実現することを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記スペースホルダは、軸方向に圧縮及び伸張可能であり、かつ、前記端部に設けられた接続手段(2)に関し、径方向の回転軸を中心に屈曲可能であり、軸方向の回転軸を中心にねじれ可能であることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記管状の本体は、その長さ方向に関し、0.5%から20%、弾性により伸縮可能であることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記管状の本体(1)は、径方向軸を中心に弾性により屈曲可能であり、これにより、端部に設けられた接続手段(2)は、前記管状の本体の長さ方向軸から0.5から10°、回動可能であることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のスペースホルダであって、
前記管状の本体は、軸方向の軸を中心に、0.5から10°、ねじれ可能であることを特徴とする、スペースホルダ。 - 椎骨及び/または椎間板の代替として用いられる管状体のスペースホルダを製造する方法であって、
椎骨及び/または椎間板の代替として用いられる管状体のスペースホルダは、
少なくとも1つの生体適合材料で形成され、人間または動物の体内に一時的または恒久的に挿入され、管状の本体と、前記管状の本体の両端部に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段(2)とからなり、スペース保持及び重量を隣接する身体部分へ移動させる重量移動の機能を有し、
前記管状の本体に設けられ、局所的に剛性を低減させる、少なくとも一つの螺旋形状の材料凹部(7)を有し、
前記管状の本体に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段(2)は、前記管状の本体の端部を軸方向に延長して管状に、前記管状の本体と一体的に形成され、スペースホルダが身体部分の組織に成長するための、凹部、溝部及び開口を外被面に有し、
前記管状の本体に隣接する身体部分に接続するための手段は、骨または軟骨に隣接する身体部分に係合するため、台形の形状の鋸歯を、前記管状の本体の軸方向への突起として有することを特徴とするスペースホルダであって、
スペースホルダを製造する方法は、
軸の周囲に壁を有する本体を用意するステップと、
前記軸の周囲に設けられた壁に沿って、少なくとも1つの材料凹部を、機械的、化学的、またはレーザ処理により、溝形状またはスロット形状に切削するステップと、を有することを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
2つの材料凹部が、前記軸と同軸上に、互いの内側に螺旋状に二重トラックとして配置されるように、溝形状またはスロット形状の凹部として切削されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法であって、
前記本体は中実の円筒であり、該中実の本体に、前記材料凹部の切削前または切削後に、前記軸に沿ってボアホールを導入して中空体を生成し、残った壁が前記溝形状の凹部の深さより狭いことを特徴とする、方法。
