Description
Claims (15)
- 複数の椎骨と固定可能な脊椎安定化システムであって、
各々の少なくとも2つの椎骨のための少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
前記アンカーの間に延在し、前記アンカーと固定可能な橋渡し構造とを備え、前記橋渡し構造が、少なくとも1つの外側のらせんコイルばねの内側に同心円状に配置される、少なくとも1つの内側のらせんコイルばねを備え、前記内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねの一方は、前記橋渡し構造に圧縮特性を提供するようにされ、前記内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねの他方は、前記橋渡し構造に伸長特性を提供するようにされ、前記外側のらせんコイルばねは、各々の椎骨本体に固定されるようにされる、脊椎安定化システム。 - 前記橋渡し構造の圧縮/伸長特性が、前記少なくとも1つの内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねの少なくとも1つの物理的特性を調節することによって調節可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねの前記物理的特性が、コイルの数、前記コイルの直径、及びらせんコイルばねの長さの少なくとも1つを含む請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記橋渡し構造が、調節可能な橋渡し構造曲げ剛性を提供する内側部分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの内側のらせんコイルばねが前記圧縮特性を提供し、前記少なくとも1つの外側のらせんコイルばねが前記伸長特性を提供する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記橋渡し構造が、前記内側のらせんコイルばねの内側に配設される内側部分をさらに含み、前記内側部分が、橋渡し構造曲げ剛性を提供する請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの橋渡し構造の機械的性能特性が、患者の皮膚の経皮的切開を介して調節可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記橋渡し構造の前記圧縮/伸長特性が、前記少なくとも1つの内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねの端部を調節することによって調節可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記脊椎安定化システムが、切開なしで、移植されたキー又はツールによって調節可能である請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外側のらせんコイルばねは、前記少なくとも1つのアンカーに係合するようにされた端部のループを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記内側部分は、断面積を低減された領域に偏心して位置決められる請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記曲げ剛性は前記内側、及び外側のらせんコイルばねに対する前記内側部分の配設を変更することにより、調整可能である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 複数の椎骨と固定可能な脊椎安定化システムであって、
各々の少なくとも2つの椎骨のための少なくとも1つのアンカーと、
前記アンカーの間に延在し、前記アンカーと固定可能な橋渡し構造と、を備え、
前記橋渡し構造は、
各々の椎骨本体に固定されるようにされる外側のらせんコイルばねと、
前記外側のらせんコイルばねの内側に同心円状に配置される内側のらせんコイルばねであって、各椎骨本体での各固定点に保持されるようにされる内側のらせんコイルばねと、を備え、
前記内側のらせんコイルばねは圧縮特性を提供し、前記外側のらせんコイルばねは伸長特性を提供する脊椎安定化システム。 - 前記内側のらせんコイルばねの内側に配設された内側部分をさらに備え、前記内側部分は曲げ剛性を提供する請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記曲げ剛性は、前記内側のらせんコイルばねに対する前記内側部分の配設を変更することによって調整可能である請求項14に記載のシステム。
