・ スロット形状をした送出開口、
・ 輸送経路であって、それを介してペーストがペースト溜めから送出開口に供給されるもの、
・ 送出開口へのペースト供給を調節し、第一切り替え位置では送出開口へのペースト供給を可能にし、第二切り替え位置では輸送経路をブロックし、ペースト供給から送出開口まで延びる輸送経路の部分を断絶するように形成される制御手段、
・ 減圧経路であって、それを介してペースト供給から断絶された輸送経路の部分が、制御手段が第二切り替え位置にあるときに減圧源に連結されることができるもの。
Claims (3)
- スロット形状をした送出開口を持つノズルを使用することによって、電気化学的に活性な粒子を含むペーストで移動表面を間欠被覆するための方法であって、ペーストが輸送経路を介してペースト溜めから送出開口に供給され、送出開口へのペースト供給が、第一切り替え位置では送出開口へのペースト供給を可能にし、第二切り替え位置では輸送経路をブロックし、ペースト供給から送出開口まで延びる輸送経路の部分を断絶する制御手段によって調節される方法において、減圧が、制御手段が第二切り替え位置にあるときにペースト供給から断絶された輸送経路の部分に適用され、制御手段が、第二切り替え位置で輸送経路の断絶された部分を減圧源に連結するように形成されていること、及び制御手段が回転可能に取り付けられた制御心棒であり、制御心棒が通路を含み、通路を介して、ペースト溜めが第一切り替え位置では送出開口と連通連結状態にあり、輸送経路の断絶された部分が第二切り替え位置では減圧源と連通連結状態にあることを特徴とする方法。
- 制御心棒が内腔内に回転可能に取り付けられ、内腔中に輸送経路、及び減圧源から来る減圧経路が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電気化学的に活性な粒子を含むペーストで移動表面を間欠被覆するための装置であって、
・ スロット形状をした送出開口、
・ 輸送経路であって、それを介してペーストがペースト溜めから送出開口に供給されるもの、
・ 送出開口へのペースト供給を調節し、第一切り替え位置では送出開口へのペースト供給を可能にし、第二切り替え位置では輸送経路をブロックし、ペースト供給から送出開口まで延びる輸送経路の部分を断絶する制御手段、及び
・ 減圧経路であって、それを介してペースト供給から断絶された輸送経路の部分が減圧源に連結されることができるもの、
を持つノズルを含み、
制御手段が、第二切り替え位置で輸送経路の断絶された部分を減圧源に連結するように形成されていること、及び制御手段が回転可能に取り付けられた制御心棒であり、制御心棒が通路を含み、通路を介して、ペースト溜めが第一切り替え位置では送出開口と連通連結状態にあり、輸送経路の断絶された部分が第二切り替え位置では減圧源と連通連結状態にあることを特徴とする装置。
