Description
Claims (15)
- 導入開口部(15)及び排出開口部(17)を有する第一の排気管部材(13)と、
外周面(23)と第一の閉鎖端部(25)とを備えた長手方向軸を有するオーバーフロー管(21)を有する第二の排気管部材(19)とを備え、
前記外周面(23)において前記第一の閉鎖端部(25)に隣接して流入開口部(31)が設けられ、
前記オーバーフロー管(21)が前記排出開口部(17)の中に突出し、前記オーバーフロー管の前記第一の閉鎖端部(25)と前記流入開口部(31)が前記第一の排気管部材(13)に設けられ、第一の方向において前記導入開口部(15)を通って流入する排気ガスが、前記流入開口部(31)を通って前記オーバーフロー管(21)へ流入し、前記オーバーフロー管(21)の長手方向軸の方向に見て、前記オーバーフロー管(21)において前記排出開口部(17)を通って前記第一の排気管部材(13)から流出することができ、
更に前記第一及び前記第二の排気管部材(13,19)を通って流れる排気ガス流への還元剤の導入のための、第一の排気管部材(13)に固定された噴射ユニット(35)を備えた、自動車における排気誘導及び排気ガスの後処理のための排気ガスシステム(1)であって、
前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸は前記第一の方向において実質的に垂直であり、前記噴射ユニット(35)は、前記噴射ユニット(35)から前記第一の排気管部材(13)へ噴射される還元剤が前記排気ガスと混合して前記流入開口部(31)を通って前記オーバーフロー管(21)へ流入することができるように配置され、及び形成され、
前記噴射ユニット(35)の噴射流(47,47’)は前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸に対してほぼ平行に、最大でも鋭角の向きに配置されることを特徴とする排気ガスシステム(1)。 - 前記オーバーフロー管(21)は流入開口部(31)を有し、前記第一の排気管部材(13)の前記導入開口部(15)から離れて配置され、前記流入開口部(31)は前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸の方向に、これを横断するよりも長い辺を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記第一の排気管部材(13)は酸化触媒コンバータ(11)の排出部(33)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記第一の排気管部材(13)は、前記第一の方向に見てオーバーフロー管(21)に関して前記導入開口部(15)から離れ、前記流入開口部(31)の前に配置された流動室(45)を有し、前記噴射ユニット(35)は前記噴射流(47,47’)が前記流動室(45)に向けられるように配置及び配向されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記流動室(45)において、少なくとも1つの実質的に板状のバッフル要素(49,49’,49’’)が前記オーバーフロー管(21)及び/又は前記第一の排気管部材(13)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記バッフル要素(49,49’,49’’)は前記噴射ユニット(35)に向いたバッフルプレート(51,51’,51’’)を有し、前記バッフルプレートはその法線ベクトルが前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸に実質的に平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記バッフル要素(49,49’,49’’)は、前記流入開口部(31)の前記長手方向軸を横切る方向に沿って重なることを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 複数のバッフル要素(49,49’,49’’)を備え、前記バッフル要素は、前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸の方向に見て連続して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記バッフル要素は前記バッフルプレート(51,51’,51’’)が互いに平行に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記バッフル要素(49,49’,49’’)は、前記バッフルプレート(51,51’,51’’)においてそれぞれ1つの凹部(53,53’,53’’)を有し、
前記凹部(53,53’,53’’)は、前記噴射流(47,47’)が前記凹部(53,53’,53’’)の領域に向けられるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。 - 前記噴射ユニット(35)は、前記噴射流(47,47’)が、前記第一の方向及び前記長手方向軸によって定義される、前記流入開口部(31)を対称に分割する対称面について対称に配置されるように配置及び配向されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記流入開口部(31)が、前記第一の排気管部材(13)の前記導入開口部(15)から離れて配置され、少なくとも1つの副流入開口部(57,57’)が、前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記外周面(23)における、前記第一の方向に沿って見て前記流入開口部(31)の側部に配置され、
前記副流入開口部(57,57’)は前記外周面(23)に設けられる流入開口部(31)とは異なる開口部であることを特徴とする、請求項1、請求項3〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。 - 前記副流入開口部(57,57’)は、前記オーバーフロー管(21)の前記長手方向軸の方向に見て、これを横切る辺よりも長い辺を有し、前記副流入開口部(57,57’)は矩形の導入面を有する切込みとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 2つの副流入開口部(57,57’)が、前記第一の方向及び前記長手方向軸によって定義される、前記流入開口部(31)を対称に分割する対称面について鏡面対称に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの副流入開口部(57,57’)は少なくとも1つの流れ誘導要素(59,61)を有し、前記流れ誘導要素によって排気ガスが実質的に接線方向に前記オーバーフロー管(21)へ誘導可能であり、前記流れ誘導要素(59,61)は、半径方向に見て外側及び/又は内側へ湾曲した前記外周面(23)の領域として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム(1)。
