Description
Claims (22)
- 使い捨て点滴液(IV)輸送セットと非使い捨てIVポンプとを備える装置であって、
前記使い捨て点滴液(IV)輸送セットは、
前記非使い捨てIVポンプに搭載されるよう構成された使い捨てIVカセットと、
IV液の検知領域内に配置された場合に輸液パラメータを検知するよう構成されたセンサと、
プロセッサと、
前記使い捨てIVカセットおよび前記センサと結合された送受信部であって、前記IVポンプと無線通信するように構成された送受信部と、を備え、
前記送受信部はさらに、エネルギを放射的に受け、その放射的に受けたエネルギを使用して動作し、かつ、前記センサに動作電力を提供するよう構成され、
当該使い捨てIV輸送セットは輸液動作が開始可能となる前にプログラムされる必要がある動作パラメータを格納し、当該使い捨てIV輸送セットは前記動作パラメータを前記非使い捨てIVポンプ上の中央処理装置(CPU)に伝達し、
前記プロセッサは、使用ログを維持し、全使用時間を保持し報告するように構成され、
前記非使い捨てIVポンプは、流体から流体的に絶縁されたまま、前記使い捨てIV輸送セットを受け入れ、かつ、前記使い捨てIV輸送セットと無線で結合されるように構成され、
前記CPUは、前記センサの動作パラメータを無線で制御するように構成され、前記プロセッサに前記使い捨てIV輸送セットの全使用時間を問い合わせ、前記全使用時間が時間基準を超える場合、輸液セッションを開始するために前記使い捨てIV輸送セットをロードする動作を停止するよう構成される、装置。 - 前記センサは、流体圧力センサ、エアインライン検出センサおよび流体温度センサのうちのひとつである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記送受信部は、近距離無線通信(NFC)プロトコルを使用して通信するよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記使い捨てIV輸送セットは、保持されるデータを放射殺菌から保護するよう構成された部分を有するメモリをさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記メモリ、前記センサおよび前記送受信部と通信可能に結合される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 本IV輸送セットは前記IVポンプから流体的および電気的に絶縁されるよう構成される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記メモリは一意的識別値を有する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサおよび前記センサは、単一の集積回路(IC)パッケージに実装される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは、前記プロセッサを有する集積回路パッケージに対して外側にあり、前記センサは、前記集積回路パッケージに対して外側にあるコネクタを介して前記プロセッサと通信可能に結合される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタは蒸着導電性ワイヤを有する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 流体ポンプのプロセッサに実装される流体ポンプの作動方法であって、
前記流体ポンプに搭載されている点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分の第2の無線送受信部であって前記点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分およびセンサに結合された前記第2の無線送受信部を検出するために第1の無線送受信部を用いて無線スキャンを行うステップと、
前記第2の無線送受信部によって前記流体ポンプからエネルギを無線で受け、前記センサに動作電力を提供するステップと、
前記第2の無線送受信部によって前記流体ポンプと無線通信するステップと、
輸液セッションを開始するために、前記プロセッサが、検出された点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分を前記プロセッサ上にロードするステップと、
前記プロセッサが、前記使い捨て部分の第2プロセッサに前記使い捨て部分の全使用時間を問い合わせ、前記全使用時間が時間基準を超える場合、前記ロードするステップを停止するステップと、
前記プロセッサが、検出された点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分を前記流体ポンプとの動作のためにプログラムするステップと、
前記点滴液(IV)の輸送システムの使い捨て部分と無線通信するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記無線通信するステップは、周期的にひとつ以上の流体パラメータを測定することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記無線通信するステップは、測定された流体パラメータの値が許容基準を満たさない場合、警告を発することを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記無線通信するステップは、測定された流体パラメータの値が許容基準を満たさない場合、前記プロセッサが、前記輸液セッションを一時停止するための信号を発生することを含む、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセッサが、測定された流体パラメータの追加的測定を周期的に行うことと、
追加的測定からの値が許容基準を満たす場合、前記プロセッサが、前記輸液セッションを再開するための信号を発生することと、をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 輸液のための装置であって、使い捨て部分と非使い捨て部分とを備え、
前記使い捨て部分は、
流体入口と、
前記入口と流体的に連結された流体出口と、
前記入口と前記出口との間の位置で輸液パラメータを測定するよう構成されたセンサと、
プロセッサと、
前記センサと結合された送受信部であって前記輸液パラメータの測定値を無線で伝送するよう構成された送受信部と、を含み、
前記送受信部はさらに前記非使い捨て部分と無線通信するよう構成され、前記送受信部はさらに、エネルギを放射的に受け、その放射的に受けたエネルギを使用して動作し、かつ、前記センサに動作電力を提供するよう構成され、
前記非使い捨て部分は前記流体から流体的に絶縁されたまま、前記使い捨て部分を受け入れ、かつ、前記使い捨て部分と無線で結合されるよう構成され、
前記非使い捨て部分は、前記センサの動作パラメータを無線で制御するよう構成された中央処理装置(CPU)を含み、
前記プロセッサは、使用ログを維持し、全使用時間を保持し報告するよう構成され、
前記CPUは、前記プロセッサに前記使い捨てIV輸送セットの全使用時間を問い合わせ、前記全使用時間が時間基準を超える場合、輸液セッションを開始するために前記使い捨てIV輸送セットをロードする動作を停止する、装置。 - 前記使い捨て部分は、前記非使い捨て部分からの無線送信されたエネルギによって無線で電力供給される、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記使い捨て部分はさらに、識別番号を前記非使い捨て部分に無線送信するよう構成される、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記CPUはさらに、前記動作パラメータに関するユーザ入力を受けるよう構成される、請求項16から18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記動作パラメータは前記センサによるサンプリングレートである、請求項16から18のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 点滴液(IV)の輸送システムであって、
請求項1に記載の装置を備えるシステム。 - 非使い捨てIVポンプに搭載されるよう構成された使い捨て点滴液(IV)輸送セットを備える装置であって、
IV液の検知領域内に配置された場合に輸液パラメータを検知するよう構成されたセンサと、
前記使い捨てIV輸送セットのプロセッサと、
前記センサと結合された送受信部であって、前記IVポンプと無線通信するよう構成された送受信部と、を備え、
前記送受信部はさらに、エネルギを放射的に受け、その放射的に受けたエネルギを使用して動作し、かつ、前記センサに動作電力を提供するよう構成され、
前記センサの動作パラメータは、前記非使い捨てIVポンプにおける中央処理装置(CPU)によって制御されるように構成され、
前記プロセッサは、使用ログを維持し、全使用時間を保持し報告するよう構成され、
前記非使い捨てIVポンプは、流体から流体的に絶縁されたまま、前記使い捨てIV輸送セットを受け入れ、かつ、前記使い捨てIV輸送セットと無線で結合されるように構成され、
前記CPUは、前記プロセッサに前記使い捨てIV輸送セットの全使用時間を問い合わせ、前記全使用時間が時間基準を超える場合、輸液セッションを開始するために前記使い捨てIV輸送セットをロードする動作を停止するよう構成される、装置。
