Claims (5)
- チューブと、
該チューブ内に挿通された中心ワイヤと、
該中心ワイヤ外周に固着された第1止め具と、
該第1止め具よりも先端側にあって前記中心ワイヤ外周に摺動可能に配置された第2止め具と、
基端部を前記第1止め具に固定され、先端部を前記第2止め具に固定されて、外力のない状態において、前記第1止め具から前記中心ワイヤに対して放射状に広がり、前記第2止め具に向けて集束する複数の骨格ワイヤと、
前記骨格ワイヤの拡径部から前記第2止め具にかけて、前記骨格ワイヤの隙間を覆うように被覆され、基端側が開口されたフィルタとを備え、
前記中心ワイヤの軸方向から見て、前記中心ワイヤを中心とする円を描いたとき、前記骨格ワイヤの基端部と前記円との交差点を通る接線に対して、前記骨格ワイヤの全てが同方向に傾くように、前記第1止め具に固定されており、
前記チューブ及び前記中心ワイヤを相対移動させると、前記骨格ワイヤの基端部が前記チューブの先端部に摺接して回転しながら縮径するように構成されていることを特徴とする体腔内異物捕捉具。 - 前記フィルタの開口側であって、前記複数の骨格ワイヤとの接合部の一部には、前記フィルタの肉厚部が形成されている請求項1記載の体腔内の異物捕捉具。
- 前記複数の骨格ワイヤの一部は、他の骨格ワイヤとは、線径の異なる線材で形成されている請求項1又は2記載の体腔内の異物捕捉具。
- 前記チューブの先端部には、軸方向に伸びるスリットが形成されており、該スリットを介して前記チューブの先端部が変形可能に構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の体腔内の異物捕捉具。
- 前記スリットは、前記チューブの周方向に沿って複数形成されており、その軸方向長さが短いスリットと、長いスリットとが、交互に配置されている請求項4記載の体腔内の異物捕捉具。
