Description
Claims (5)
- カバープレート(2)と、ベースプレート(3)と、該カバープレート及び該ベースプレートの間に積層状態で配設された複数の熱交換プレート(4)とを備えたプレート式熱交換器(1)であって、
上記ベースプレート(3)は、その隣接する熱交換プレート(4)の端部と重なっているとともに、上記熱交換プレートの積層方向に配置されかつ熱交換プレートの積層体の輪郭に少なくとも部分的に沿うエッジ(9)を有し、
上記エッジ(9)は、少なくとも一部の領域で、上記ベースプレート(3)に一体に形成されかつ折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に沿って折り曲げられる突起部(7)により形成されるものであり、
更に上記ベースプレート(3)は、上記エッジに平行な上記折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に隣接しかつ上記熱交換プレート(4)の方向に折り返されて二重領域(8)を形成する突起部(7)を有する金属薄板ブランクにより、実質的に構成され、
上記折り返された突起部の、上記折り曲げ線から離れた上記エッジ(9)が、上記金属薄板ブランクの面に対して立ち上がるように曲げられて、上記熱交換プレート(4)の端部に寄りかかっており、
上記突起部(7)は、上記各折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)の中央部のみで、上記ベースプレート(3)の中央領域(10)に一体に接続され、
上記接続部分の両側でかつ上記突起部(7)と上記ベースプレート(3)の中央領域(10)との間に、上記各折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に対して対称な切欠き(12)が設けられていることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載のプレート式熱交換器において、
上記突起部(7)は、上記ベースプレート(3)の中央領域(10)の2つの長手方向に延びる側部のみに一体に接続され、
上記中央領域(10)の短手方向に延びる側部に、上記ベースプレートと重なるように配置されかつ立ち上がるように曲げられた金属薄板片(7′)によって二重にされた締結領域(8)が、上記エッジ(9)と共に配設されていることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2記載のプレート式熱交換器において、
上記ベースプレート(3)は、その上から見て、楕円のような細長の長十二角形の形状を有していることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のプレート式熱交換器において、
上記エッジ(9)は、上記熱交換プレート(4)の角部領域を囲っていないことを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のプレート式熱交換器(1)に用いられるベースプレート(3)であって、
上記ベースプレート(3)は、上記熱交換プレート(4)の積層方向に立ち上がるように折れ曲がったエッジ(9)を備え、
上記エッジ(9)は、上記ベースプレート(3)に一体に形成されかつ折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に沿って折り曲げられる突起部(7)により形成されるものであり、
更に上記ベースプレート(3)は、上記エッジに平行な上記折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に隣接しかつ上記熱交換プレート(4)の方向に折り返されて二重領域(8)を形成する突起部(7)を有する金属薄板ブランクにより、実質的に構成され、
上記折り返された突起部の、上記折り曲げ線から離れた上記エッジ(9)が、上記金属薄板ブランクの面に対して立ち上がるように曲げられており、
上記突起部(7)は、上記各折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)の中央部のみで、上記ベースプレート(3)の中央領域(10)に一体に接続され、
上記接続部分の両側でかつ上記突起部(7)と上記ベースプレート(3)の中央領域(10)との間に、上記各折り曲げ線(6a,6b,6c,6d)に対して対称な切欠き(12)が設けられていることを特徴とするベースプレート。
