Description

The present invention relates to a drug body container that contains a drug body having a shape-retaining property while containing a drug such as a fragrance, a deodorant, and a deodorant.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a drug body container that contains a drug body that contains a drug such as a fragrance and has shape retention properties is known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a drug body container including a refill main body that supports a drug body having shape retention, and a refill lid that houses the drug body together with the refill main body.

As shown in FIG. 5, the refill main body 100 includes a bowl-shaped deep dish part 110, a cylindrical first intermediate cylinder 120 connected to the outer peripheral surface of the deep dish part 110, and a first intermediate cylinder 120. A projecting portion 130 projecting outward from the upper end of the tube, a cylindrical second intermediate tube 140 projecting upward from the outer end of the projecting portion 130, and projecting inward from the upper end of the second intermediate tube 140. And a concave rib 150. On the inner peripheral surface of the first intermediate cylinder 120, a fitting portion 121 that fits with the lower end of the refill lid is formed. The concave rib 150 is opposed to the protruding portion 130 with a gap in the vertical direction, and has a shape that can be engaged with the refill lid.

The refill lid includes a cylindrical portion that surrounds the outer surface of the drug body, a canopy that closes the upper opening of the cylindrical portion, and the concave rib provided on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion. And an engageable inverted L-shaped rib. On the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion, a flange having a shape that can be fitted to the fitting portion 121 of the first intermediate cylinder 120 is formed.

In a state in which the flange of the cylindrical portion is fitted to the fitting portion 121 of the first intermediate cylinder 120, the reverse L-shaped rib is positioned with respect to the refill body from the position spaced apart from the concave rib 150 in the circumferential direction. When the cylindrical portion is relatively rotated in the circumferential direction, the inverted L-shaped rib enters the space S surrounded by the protruding portion 130, the second intermediate cylinder 140, and the concave rib 150, and the concave shape. The rib 150 is engaged from below. That is, the overhanging portion 130, the second intermediate cylinder 140, and the concave rib 150 function as a locking portion that locks the refill lid, and the inverted L-shaped rib is the locked portion. As a function. The refill main body 100 and the refill lid are formed by engaging the flange of the cylindrical portion with the fitting portion 121 of the first intermediate tube 120 and engaging the inverted L-shaped rib with the concave rib 150. The body and the body together form a drug body container.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-28105

In the drug body container described in Patent Document 1, when water separation occurs on the surface of the drug body, the refill body (hereinafter referred to as “support member”) to the refill lid (hereinafter referred to as “cover member”). .) Is removed, the water separation proceeds to the space S surrounded by the locking portion constituted by the overhang portion 130, the second intermediate tube 140, and the concave rib 150, and is accommodated therein. . That is, the space S has a function of receiving the locking portion and also functions as a water separation receiving space that receives the water separation. In order to suppress leakage of water separation from the support member having the space S, it is required that the overhanging portion 130 is connected over the entire circumference. Usually, the support member is molded by supplying resin between upper and lower molds that can be divided into upper and lower parts, and has a shape in which the overhanging portion 130 is connected over the entire circumference, and the overhanging portion 130 and the vertical direction. It is difficult to mold the one having the concave rib 150 overlapping with the upper and lower molds. In other words, in the drug substance container described in Patent Document 1, since the shape of the overhanging portion 130 is remarkably limited, the leakage of water separation from the supporting member is suppressed and the supporting member having the locking portion is easily molded. It is difficult to achieve both.

The objective of this invention is providing the chemical | medical agent container which can perform both suppression of the leakage of the water separation from a support member, and easy shaping | molding of the support member which has a latching | locking part.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a drug body container having a storage space for storing a drug body containing a drug and having shape retention, and a support member for supporting the drug body; A cover member that engages with the support member to form the housing space together with the support member, the support member holding a lower part of the drug body, and an outer surface of the holding part A water separation receiving portion that is connected to the water and receives the water separation generated in the drug body, and a locking portion that can lock the cover member outside the water separation receiving portion, and the cover member includes the drug A cover main body that covers an upper portion of the body, and a locked portion that engages with the locking portion outside the water separation receiving portion, and the water separation receiving portion includes the inner surface of the water separation receiving portion and the holding Open upward and forward from the outside surface of the part To undergo syneresis provides a pharmaceutical material container having a syneresis received shape to form a space capable.

In the drug body container, a water separation receiving space is formed outside the holding part, and a locking part is provided outside the holding part. Therefore, water separation occurs on the surface of the drug body, and the cover is removed from the support member. Even if the water separation flows out to the outside of the holding portion when the member is removed, the water separation is received in the water separation receiving space located inside the locking portion. Therefore, the shape of the latching part located outside the water separation receiving space can be set with a high degree of freedom without being restricted to form the water separation receiving space. Therefore, both suppression of the water separation from a support member and easy shaping | molding of the support member which has a latching part are attained.

In this case, the holding portion has a cylindrical shape opening upward, and the water separation receiving portion has a shape continuously connected along the circumferential direction of the holding portion, and a lower end thereof is the circumferential direction. It is preferable that it is connected with the outer surface of the said holding | maintenance part over the whole region.

If it does in this way, even if water separation will flow out of the said holding | maintenance part from any site | part of the said holding | maintenance part about the circumferential direction, the said water separation will be reliably received by the water separation receiving part.

Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that the position of the upper end of the said water separation receiving part is set substantially the same as the position of the upper end of the said holding | maintenance part.

In this case, since the volume of the water separation receiving space is larger than when the position of the upper end of the water separation receiving portion is lower than the position of the upper end of the holding portion, leakage of water separation from the support member is further suppressed. The

Further, in the present invention, the locking portion includes a protruding portion that protrudes outward from an outer surface of the water separation receiving portion, a side wall portion that extends upward from the outer end of the protruding portion, Projecting inward from the inner side surface of the side wall portion so as to face the protruding portion in the vertical direction with a gap that can receive the locked portion and to engage the locked portion from above. And a protrusion.

According to this configuration, since the protruding portion engages with the locked portion located between the protruding portion and the overhanging portion from above, the locking portion and the locked portion are engaged with each other. In the combined state, the cover member is suppressed from being detached from the support member.

In this case, the overhanging part may protrude outward from the upper end of the outer side surface of the water separation receiving part, or may protrude outward from the lower end of the outer side surface of the water separation receiving part.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a drug body container capable of both suppressing leakage of water separation from the support member and easy molding of the support member having a locking portion.

The restriction piece 28 is connected to the upper surface of the bottom wall 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 26.

The water separation receiving unit 30 is a part that receives water that has been generated on the surface of the drug body 10 and has flowed out of the holding unit 22. The water separation receiving portion 30 has a shape that forms a water separation receiving space S capable of receiving water separation between the inner side surface of the water separation receiving portion 30 and the outer side surface 23 a of the grip portion 23. Specifically, the water separation receiving portion 30 includes an opposing wall 31 facing the outer surface 23a of the gripping portion 23 and a radial direction of the gripping portion 23 (left and right direction in FIGS. 1 and 2) with a gap therebetween, and an opposing wall 31. And a connection wall 32 that connects the outer surface 23a of the grip portion 23 to the lower end of the grip portion 23.

The facing wall 31 has a shape that is continuously connected along the circumferential direction of the grip portion 23. In the present embodiment, the facing wall 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter that is slightly larger than the grip portion 23. The position of the upper end of the facing wall 31 is set to substantially the same height as the position of the upper end of the grip portion 23.

The connection wall 32 protrudes from the outer surface 23a of the grip portion 23 toward the outer side in the radial direction and has a shape continuously connected in the circumferential direction. The outer end of the connection wall 32 is connected to the lower end of the opposing wall 31 over the entire circumferential direction, and the inner end of the connection wall 32 is lower than the upper end of the outer surface 23a of the grip portion 23 over the entire circumferential direction. That is, the protruding portion 37 overlaps the overhanging portion 35 in the vertical direction. The protrusions 37 are provided at a plurality of locations that are intermittently arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the side wall 36. The lower surface 37a of each projecting portion 37 is inclined with respect to a plane orthogonal to the axial direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 1 and 2) so as to gradually go downward as it goes from one end to the other end in the circumferential direction.

In this embodiment, since the support member 20 including the locking portion 34 is molded by the upper and lower molds, the support member 20 can be molded simply by separating the upper and lower molds from each other. Therefore, a through-hole 35a that penetrates the protruding portion 35 in the thickness direction (vertical direction) is formed in a region including a portion of the protruding portion 35 that overlaps the protruding portion 37 in the vertical direction. In the present embodiment, the water separation that has flowed out to the outside of the gripping portion 23 is received in the water separation receiving space S located inside the overhang portion 35, so that the formation of the through hole 35 a in the overhang portion 35 is allowed. For this reason, it becomes possible to shape | mold easily the supporting member 20 which has the overhang | projection part 35 and the protrusion part 37 which mutually overlap in an up-down direction using an up-and-down metal mold | die. Specifically, when the support member 20 is molded by supplying resin between upper and lower molds that can be divided into upper and lower parts, a lower mold that forms the outer surface of the support member 20 serves as a through-hole from the lower surface of the overhanging portion 35. It is possible to use one having a portion extending through 35a to reach the lower surface 37a of the protrusion 37. Therefore, after supplying the resin between the upper mold and the lower mold, a simple process of separating the two molds up and down is performed in a vertical direction with a gap (latched portion 54 to be described later). The support member 20 having the overhanging portion 35 and the protruding portion 37 facing each other with a gap (acceptable gap) is molded.

In the present embodiment, the through holes 35 a are formed at a plurality of locations facing each protrusion 37. That is, the overhanging portion 35 is connected in the circumferential direction at a portion other than each through hole 35a.

The cover member 40 forms the accommodation space together with the support member 20 by engaging with the support member 20. As shown in FIG. 1, the cover member 40 includes a cover main body 42 that covers the upper part of the drug body 10, a connecting wall 52 connected to the cover main body 42, and a locked portion that can be engaged with the locking portion 34. 54.

The cover main body 42 includes a cylindrical body 44 and a closing portion 46.

The cylindrical body 44 has a cylindrical shape that opens in the vertical direction, and a radial cross section perpendicular to the axial direction thereof is circular over the entire area in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end 44 a of the cylindrical body 44 is formed in a shape that bites into the upper end of the gripping portion 23 over the entire circumferential direction when the locking portion 34 and the locked portion 54 are engaged with each other. ing. As shown in FIG. 1, a step portion 44 b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 44. In this embodiment, when the cylinder 44 of the cover member 40 different from the specific cover member 40 is inserted into the cylinder 44 of the specific cover member 40, the cylinder 44 of the specific cover member 40 is The shape of the stepped portion 44b is set so that the inner peripheral surface near the lower end is in contact with the stepped portion 44b of the cylindrical body 44 of the other cover member 40. That is, a plurality of cover members 40 can be stacked in the axial direction.

The closing portion 46 includes an annular top plate 46a that closes an annular opening formed between an inner peripheral surface that surrounds the upper opening of the cylindrical body 44 and an outer peripheral surface at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 26, and a top plate 46a. The first claw portion 46b is connected to the lower surface of the cylindrical body 44 and engages with the upper end of the cylindrical body 44, and the second claw portion 46c is connected to the lower surface of the top plate 46a and engages with the upper end of the cylindrical portion 26. .

The connecting wall 52 includes a first connecting portion 52a that protrudes radially outward from the lower end portion of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 44, and a second connecting portion that extends downward from the outer end of the first connecting portion 52a. 52b. The 1st connection part 52a exhibits the annular | circular shape connected continuously in the circumferential direction. The second connecting portion 52b has a cylindrical shape having a diameter that is slightly larger than the diameter of the opposing wall 31 and continuously connected in the circumferential direction.

The locked portion 54 is connected to the lower end of the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting portion 52b, and has a shape that enters the gap between the protruding portion 35 and the protruding portion 37 and engages the protruding portion 37 from below. Have. The locked portions 54 are connected to the outer peripheral surface of the second connecting portion 52 b so as to be intermittently arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction by the same number as the protruding portions 37. In the present embodiment, the upper surface 54a of the locked portion 54 is a flat surface parallel to a plane orthogonal to the axial direction.

The locked portion 54 is moved from the released state in which the locked portion 54 is separated from the protruding portion 37 in the circumferential direction to the engaging direction in which the locked portion 54 approaches the protruding portion 37 along the circumferential direction. By being displaced, the protrusion 37 is engaged with the protrusion 37 while being positioned below the protrusion 37. In this engaged state, the upper surface 54 a of the locked portion 54 is in pressure contact with the lower surface 37 a of the protruding portion 37. On the other hand, from the engaged state, until the locked portion 54 does not overlap the protruding portion 37 in the vertical direction (until the locked portion 54 is separated from the protruding portion 37 in the circumferential direction), the locked portion 54. Is displaced in the release direction opposite to the engagement direction with respect to the circumferential direction.

Here, the process of supplying the drug body 10 into the drug body container of the present embodiment will be described.

First, the closing portion 46 is removed from the cylindrical body 44. Then, a part of the cover member 40 other than the blocking part 46 is assembled to the support member 20. Specifically, the cylindrical body 44 is relatively rotated in the engagement direction with respect to the support member 20 from the released state. Then, the locked portion 54 and the protruding portion 37 are engaged with each other because the upper surface 54 a of the locked portion 54 is in pressure contact with the lower surface 37 a of the protruding portion 37. Thus, in the present embodiment, the locking portion 34 and the locked portion 54 are engaged with each other only by rotating the cover member 40 relative to the support member 20 in the engagement direction from the released state. In addition, since the upper surface 54a of the locked portion 54 is in pressure contact with the lower surface 37a of the protruding portion 37 in this engaged state, the engaged state of both is stabilized. At this time, that is, when the engaged state is established, the lower end 44 a of the cylindrical body 44 bites into the upper end of the grip portion 23.

Next, from the annular opening formed between the inner peripheral surface surrounding the upper opening of the cylindrical body 44 and the outer peripheral surface of the upper end of the cylindrical portion 26, the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 44 and the gripping portion 23 and the cylindrical portion 26. The medicine body forming material having fluidity is filled in the accommodation space between the outer peripheral surface of the material. The drug body forming material becomes the drug body 10 by solidifying. Then, the closing portion 46 is attached to the upper end of the cylindrical body 44. Thereby, the accommodation space is sealed. Specifically, when the locking portion 34 and the locked portion 54 are engaged with each other, the lower end 44a of the cylindrical body 44 bites into the upper end of the gripping portion 23 over the entire circumferential direction. The housing space is sealed by attaching a closing portion 46 to the upper end of 44. In this embodiment, since the sealing structure of the accommodation space is constructed inside the locking portion 34 and the locked portion 54, the external force acts on the locking portion 34 or the locked portion 54. Even if it is deformed, the sealed state of the accommodation space is maintained.

Thereafter, the drug body forming material is solidified to form a drug body 10 having shape retention. In this way, the drug body 10 is supplied into the drug body container.

Subsequently, a process of exposing the drug body 10 in the drug body container to the outside will be described.

The cover member 40 is rotated relative to the support member 20 in the release direction. Thereby, engagement with the latching | locking part 34 and the to-be-latched part 54 will be cancelled | released, and it will be in a cancellation | release state.

Then, the cover member 40 is removed from the support member 20 by displacing the cover member 40 upward with respect to the support member 20. Thereby, the upper part of the chemical | medical agent body 10 is exposed outside.

Here, even if water separation occurs on the surface of the drug body 10 and the water separation flows out of the grip portion 23 when the cover member 40 is removed from the support member 20, the water separation is performed in the water separation receiving space S. Can be received. Therefore, leakage of water separation from the support member 20 is suppressed.

As described above, in the drug body container of the present embodiment, the water separation receiving space S is formed on the outside of the holding part 22 and the locking part 34 is provided on the outside thereof. Even if the water separation flows out to the outside of the holding portion 22 when the cover member 40 is removed from the support member 20, the water separation is performed in the water separation receiving space S located inside the locking portion 34. I can receive it. Therefore, the shape of the locking portion 34 located outside the water separation receiving space S can be set with a high degree of freedom without being restricted to form the water separation receiving space S.

For example, the locking portion 34 may be configured by an overhang portion 35, a side wall portion 36, and a projecting portion 37 as in the present embodiment, and the overhang portion 35 may have a through hole 35a. That is, in the conventional support member, since the space for receiving the locked portion also serves as the water separation receiving space, when the through hole is formed in the protruding portion of the locking portion to facilitate the molding of the support member, Although water separation may leak from the through hole, in this embodiment, the water separation receiving space S is secured on the inner side of the locking portion 34 having a space for receiving the locked portion 54, so A through hole 35 a is allowed to be formed in a region of the portion 35 that overlaps at least the protruding portion 37 in the vertical direction. In this structure, it becomes possible to mold the support member 20 including the engaging portion 34 having the portions (the projecting portion 35 and the projecting portion 37) overlapping each other in the vertical direction using a vertical mold in a simple process. . Specifically, as described above, a lower mold having a portion extending from the lower surface of the overhanging portion 35 through the through hole 35a to the lower surface 37a of the protruding portion 37 can be used. Therefore, after the resin is supplied between the upper mold and the lower mold, the support member 20 having the locking portion 34 is molded by a simple process of simply separating the two molds up and down. Is done. In other words, when the formation of the through-hole 35a in the overhanging portion 35 is not allowed, that is, when it is required that the overhanging portion 35 has a shape continuously connected along the circumferential direction, the support by the upper and lower molds Although it is difficult to mold the member 20, in this embodiment, since the through hole 35a is allowed to be formed in the projecting portion 35, the support member 20 can be easily molded by the upper and lower molds. It becomes.

Therefore, in the drug substance container of the present embodiment, there is a space that can suppress leakage of water from the support member 20 and can receive the locked portion 54, and is engaged with the locked portion 54 from above. Both the support member 20 having the shape locking portion 34 can be easily molded.

In the present embodiment, both the opposing wall 31 and the connection wall 32 have a shape that is continuously connected along the circumferential direction, and the inner end of the connection wall 32 extends outside the grip portion 23 over the entire circumferential direction. Since it is connected to the side surface 23 a, the water separation is reliably received by the water separation receiving portion 30 regardless of the part of the gripping portion 23 in the circumferential direction from which water separation flows out of the gripping portion 23.

In the present embodiment, since the position of the upper end of the opposing wall 31 is set to be substantially the same as the position of the upper end of the gripping part 23, the position of the upper end of the opposing wall 31 is greater than the position of the upper end of the gripping part 23. Since the volume of the water separation receiving space S is increased compared to the case where the water separation is low, leakage of water separation from the support member 20 is further suppressed.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the protruding portion 37 engages with the locked portion 54 located between the protruding portion 37 and the overhanging portion 35 from above, the locking portion 34 and the locked portion The cover member 40 is prevented from being detached from the support member 20 in the engaged state in which they are engaged with each other.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the support member 20 can be piled up in an axial direction, it becomes possible to store and transport the plurality of support members 20 in a space-saving manner. Moreover, the damage of each support member 20 is suppressed by storing and transporting the plurality of support members 20 in a state of being overlapped with each other. The same applies to the cover member 40.

In addition, it should be thought that the said embodiment disclosed this time is an illustration and restrictive at no points. The scope of the present invention is shown not by the above description of the embodiment but by the scope of the claims, and includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of the claims.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the overhang portion 35 is connected to the lower end of the outer surface of the facing wall 31 is shown, but the connection position of the overhanging portion 35 with respect to the facing wall 31 is not limited thereto. . The connection position of the overhanging portion 35 to the facing wall 31 may be, for example, the upper end of the outer side surface 31b of the facing wall 31 as shown in FIG. It may be an arbitrary position in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 3, when the overhanging portion 35 is connected to the upper end of the outer side surface 31 b of the facing wall 31, the connecting wall 52 is straight from the lower end of the outer side surface of the cylindrical body 44 outward in the radial direction. It is preferable that it is made into the shape (shape which the 2nd connection part 52b was abbreviate | omitted) which extends in the shape and connects the said cylinder 44 and the to-be-latched part 54. In this way, since the second connecting portion 52b is omitted, the dimension of the connecting wall 52 in the radial direction can be shortened, and thus the dimension of the drug body container as a whole can be shortened in the radial direction.

In the above embodiment, the locking portion 34 of the support member 20 includes the overhang portion 35, the side wall portion 36, and the protruding portion 37, and the locked portion 54 of the cover member 40 protrudes from the overhang portion 35. Although the example which engages with respect to the protrusion part 37 from below while being located between the parts 37 was shown, the shape of these latching | locking part 34 and the to-be-latched part 54 may be reverse. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the locking portion 34 of the support member 20 has a shape protruding outward from the outer surface of the opposing wall 31, and the locked portion 54 of the cover member 40 is connected to the connecting wall. 52 projecting outward from the outer end of 52, side wall portion 56 extending downward from the outer end of the projecting portion 55, and projecting inward from the inner surface of the side wall portion 56 to engage with the locking portion 34 from below. You may have the protrusion part 57 to match. In this case, a through hole 55 a may be formed in the overhang portion 55.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the example which both engage by the relative rotation of the cylindrical body 44 with respect to the supporting member 20 in the said engagement direction was shown, both engagement methods are not restricted to this. . For example, from the state in which the protruding portion 37 and the locked portion 54 overlap each other so that the locked portion 54 of the cover member 40 is positioned above the protruding portion 37 of the support member 20, the locked portion The support member 20 and the cover member 40 may be engaged by pressing the cover member 40 downward so that 54 reaches the lower side of the projecting portion 37 and engages with each other while overlapping each other in the vertical direction.

Further, the position of the upper end of the facing wall 31 may be higher or lower than the position of the upper end of the grip portion 23. However, when the position of the upper end of the opposing wall 31 is equal to or higher than the position of the upper end of the grip portion 23, a large volume of the water separation receiving space S is secured.

Moreover, the drug substance container of this embodiment may be used as a container for refilling. That is, the drug body container may be mounted in a cosmetic cover container having a shape covering the outside of the drug body container. In this case, the cover body 40 with the cover member 40 removed from the drug body container in which the drug body 10 is housed is mounted in the cover container. In this way, exposure of the drug body 10 to the outside is avoided.
