Claims (8)
- 円筒状部の両端にボウル状の鏡部を連接した防舷材袋体と、前記鏡部の少なくとも一方に設けられた口金具と、この口金具に前記防舷材袋体の内部空間の内圧が限界圧力に上昇した際に開弁して防舷材袋体の内部空間を外気に連通させて前記内圧を低下させる安全弁と、前記防舷材袋体の内部空間と外気とを連通させる連通路と、この連通路を開閉する開閉バルブとが設けられた空気式防舷材において、
前記口金具に、前記安全弁を前記防舷材袋体の内部空間と隔絶させる収容室と、この収容室を構成する隔壁に形成されて前記収容室の内部空間と前記防舷材袋体の内部空間を連通させる貫通孔と、この貫通孔を開閉する開閉弁と、この貫通孔を閉口する方向に前記開閉弁を常時付勢する付勢部材と、前記収容室の内部空間と外気とを連通させる収容室連通路と、この収容室連通路を開閉する収容室開閉バルブとを備え、前記防舷材袋体の内部空間の内圧が前記限界圧力未満で、所定の初期内圧に許容圧力を加えた基準圧力を超えた場合に、前記貫通孔を閉口していた前記開閉弁が開弁して前記貫通孔を開口した状態にする構成にしたことを特徴とする空気式防舷材。 - 前記許容圧力が前記所定の初期内圧の5%以上20%以下に設定された請求項1に記載の空気式防舷材。
- 前記付勢部材がコイルスプリングである請求項1または2に記載の空気式防舷材。
- 前記安全弁と前記貫通孔とが前記防舷材袋体の筒軸方向に配置され、かつ、前記安全弁と前記貫通孔とが同軸線上にあり、前記開閉弁が前記筒軸方向に移動して前記貫通孔を開閉する構成である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気式防舷材。
- 防舷材袋体の内部空間の内圧が限界圧力に上昇した際に開弁して防舷材袋体の内部空間を外気に連通させて前記内圧を低下させる安全弁と、前記防舷材袋体の内部空間と外気とを連通させる連通路と、この連通路を開閉する開閉バルブとを備えて、前記防舷材袋体を構成するボウル状の鏡部に取付けられる空気式防舷材用口金具において、
前記安全弁を前記防舷材袋体の内部空間と隔絶させる収容室と、この収容室を構成する隔壁に形成されて前記収容室の内部空間と前記防舷材袋体の内部空間を連通させる貫通孔と、この貫通孔を開閉する開閉弁と、この貫通孔を閉口する方向に前記開閉弁を常時付勢する付勢部材と、前記収容室の内部空間と外気とを連通させる収容室連通路と、この収容室連通路を開閉する収容室開閉バルブとが設けられ、前記防舷材袋体の内部空間の内圧が前記限界圧力未満で、所定の初期内圧に許容圧力を加えた基準圧力を超えた場合に、前記貫通孔を閉口していた前記開閉弁が開弁して前記貫通孔を開口した状態にする構成にしたことを特徴とする空気式防舷材用口金具。 - 前記許容圧力が前記所定の初期内圧の5%以上20%以下に設定された請求項5に記載の空気式防舷材用口金具。
- 前記付勢部材がコイルスプリングである請求項5または6に記載の空気式防舷材用口金具。
- 前記安全弁と前記貫通孔とが前記防舷材袋体の筒軸方向に配置され、かつ、前記安全弁と前記貫通孔とが同軸線上にあり、前記開閉弁が前記筒軸方向に移動して前記貫通孔を開閉する構成である請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の空気式防舷材用口金具。
