Description
(i)水性媒体と、

(a)1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたオリゴ−イソシアネート、
(b)1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンであって、前記ポリウレタンが、1つ以上のポリエーテルポリオール、1つ以上のポリエステルポリオール、またはこれらの混合物、及び1つ以上のポリイソシアネートの反応生成物を含む、1つ以上のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタン、ならびに
(c)(a)及び(b)の混合物から成る群より選択され、
前記接着剤組成物が、着色剤を含有しない。
(A)水系接着剤組成物の層を前記ポリマーフィルムまたは金属箔の表面に適用するステップと、
(B)前記接着剤組成物の前記層を乾燥させて、乾燥接着剤の層を生成するステップと、
(C)前記乾燥後、金属箔またはポリマーフィルムの表面を、前記乾燥接着剤組成物の前記層と接触させるステップと、を含み、
前記水系接着剤組成物は、本発明の第1の態様に説明される。

Claims (4)
- 水系接着剤組成物であって、
(i)水性媒体と、
(ii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上のイソシアネート化合物と、
(iii)前記水性媒体中に分散される1つ以上の官能性シラン化合物と、を含み、
前記イソシアネート化合物が、1つ以上の親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーおよび1つ以上のウレタンプレポリマーを含み、前記親水的に修飾されたイソシアネートトリマーが以下の構造を有し、
(式中、3つのR基は、互いと同じであり、3つのR基は、脂肪族であり、並びにGは、親水性アルキレンオキシド基、アニオン性硫酸塩基及びアニオン性カルボン酸塩基からなる群から選択される親水性基を含有する有機基である。)
前記ウレタンプレポリマーは、1つ以上のポリオールまたは1つ以上のポリアミンまたはこれらの混合物と、1つ以上のポリイソシアネートとの、ポリイソシアネートのモル過剰での反応生成物であり、
前記接着剤組成物が、着色剤を含有しない、前記組成物。 - 前記1つ以上のウレタンプレポリマーが、1つ以上のポリオールとの4,4′−MDIの反応生成物を含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
- 前記組成物が、前記水性媒体中に懸濁される粒子の形態の1つ以上の非ウレタンポリマーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の前記組成物。
