図2(d)に示すように、複数の非線形光学素子70A,70B,70Cを備えた構成によれば、ビーム径を拡径しながらも長期に渡り非線形光学素子を交換することなくレーザ光源装置1を稼働させることができる。
図3(a),(b)及び図4(a),(b)に示すように、第2波長変換部1Fは、隔壁730を介して2領域R1,R2に領域分割され、一方の領域R1に入射窓720が設けられるとともに他方の領域R2に出射窓750が設けられたケーシング700に配置されている。ケーシング700を覆う蓋体770,780によって一方のみ開放可能に構成されている。つまり、蓋体770によって領域R2が覆われ、蓋体780によって領域R1が覆われ、蓋体780を取り外すことによって領域R1が開放されても、領域R2の被覆状態は維持されるように構成されている。

Claims (2)
- 入射レーザ光の波長を変換する非線形光学素子を備えている波長変換装置であって、
前記非線形光学素子が収容された収容部と、前記非線形光学素子で波長変換された波長変換光を出射する光学素子が保持された出射光学窓とがケーシングに設けられ、
前記光学素子は、前記波長変換光の光軸に対してブリュースター角だけ傾斜した傾斜姿勢で、前記波長変換光の通過位置が変位可能に前記出射光学窓に取り付けられ、
前記ケーシングにパージガス供給部が設けられ、前記パージガス供給部から供給されたパージガスを前記ケーシングから排気する排気口が前記出射光学窓近傍に形成されるとともに、前記排気口から排気されたパージガスを前記光学素子に導く風洞が形成されている波長変換装置。 - 前記光学素子は、前記傾斜姿勢を保持した状態で回転可能に、且つ、前記波長変換光の光軸に対して前記光学素子の回転中心が偏在するように、前記出射光学窓に取り付けられている請求項1記載の波長変換装置。
