Description
本発明の第1の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図1〜図7を参照する。当該押圧式液体ポンプは、容器内の液体製品を容器の外部にポンプ圧送させるためにこの容器(図示省略)に取り付けられるものである。当該液体ポンプは、大体、容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、かつ、この往復運動によって液体製品の容器の外部へのポンプ圧送が実現される。
以下、本発明の第2の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図8〜図12を参照する。この押圧式液体ポンプの概略構造は、第1の実施例とほぼ同様である。具体的には、この液体ポンプは、大体、プラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置210と、押圧ヘッド220と、シリンダ230と、ヘリカル240と、ピストンロッド250などの部材を備える。
以下、本発明の第3の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図13〜図18を参照する。この液体ポンプは、大体、プラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置310と、押圧ヘッド320と、ベローズ型シリンダ330と、ヘリカル340と、シリンダブラケット345などの部材を備える。この液体ポンプでは、可動ユニットは、押圧ヘッド320を含み、固定ユニットは、ヘリカル340と、ヘリカルと一体的に形成されたシリンダブラケット345とを含んでいる。
以下、本発明の第4の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図19〜図24を参照する。当該液体ポンプは、上述した実施例の構造と類似しており、大体、容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、この往復運動によって容器の外部への液体製品のポンプ圧送が実現される。
以下、本発明の第5の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図25〜図27を参照する。この液体ポンプは、第4の実施例と比べて、その概略構造が類似しているが、弾性圧縮装置を未負荷状態と予め負荷状態との間で切り替える機能を有しないという点で異なっており、かつ、弾性圧縮装置の構造も異なっている。
以下、本発明の第6の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図28〜図32を参照する。この液体ポンプは、第2の実施例と比べて、その概略構造が類似しているが、弾性圧縮装置を未負荷状態と予め負荷状態との間で切り替える機能を有しない点で異なっており、かつ弾性圧縮装置およびシリンダの構造も異なっている。
以下、本発明の第7の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図33〜図36を参照する。上述した実施例と同様に、液体ポンプは、容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、そのうち、固定ユニットは、ヘリカル740とヘリカルの下側に固定されるシリンダ730とを含み、可動ユニットは、押圧ヘッド720と押圧ヘッドに固定接続されるピストンロッド750とを含んでいる。
以下、本発明の第8の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図37〜図42を参照する。上述した実施例と同様に、液体ポンプは、容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、そのうち、固定ユニットは、ヘリカル840とヘリカルの下側に固定されるシリンダ830とを含み、可動ユニットは、押圧ヘッド820と押圧ヘッドに固定接続されるピストンロッド850とを含んでいる。
以下、本発明の第9の実施例に係る押圧式液体ポンプを示す図43〜図46を参照する。上述した実施例と同様に、液体ポンプは、容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、そのうち、固定ユニットは、ヘリカル940とピストンロッドブラケット945によってヘリカルに固定されるピストンロッド950とを含み、可動ユニットは、押圧ヘッド920と押圧ヘッドに固定接続されるシリンダ930とを含んでいる。
Claims (7)
- 押圧式液体ポンプであって、
前記押圧式液体ポンプは、
容器内の液体製品を前記容器の外部へポンプ圧送させるために前記容器に取り付けられ、
前記容器に対して固定される固定ユニットと、前記固定ユニットに対して往復運動可能とした可動ユニットとを備え、
前記容器の外部への前記液体製品のポンプ圧送が前記往復運動によって実現され、
前記往復運動は、前記固定ユニットに対して前記可動ユニットが前記押圧式液体ポンプの縦軸線に沿って運動するように、使用者により前記可動ユニットに与えられる押圧力と、前記押圧力が取り除かれた後に前記固定ユニットに対して前記可動ユニットを前記縦軸線に沿ってリセットさせるための弾性リセット装置による弾性力とが協同して実現され、
前記固定ユニットは、前記押圧式液体ポンプを前記容器に固定するためのヘリカルと、前記ヘリカルの下方に固定接続されるシリンダとを含み、
前記可動ユニットは、前記ヘリカルの上方に位置するとともに使用者により押圧される押圧ヘッドと、前記押圧ヘッドの下方に固定接続されるピストンロッドとを含み、
前記弾性リセット装置は、前記ヘリカルの下方において前記ピストンロッドと前記シリンダとの間に取り付けられるプラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置とされており、
前記プラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置は、略弧状となる少なくとも1つの弾性ストリップを備え、
前記弾性ストリップは、その上端の着力点の位置が前記ピストンロッドにあるとともに、下端の着力点の位置が前記シリンダにあるようになっており、
前記シリンダに対して前記ピストンロッドを前記縦軸線に沿って運動させることによって、前記弾性ストリップは弾性的に圧縮され、かつ、前記弾性ストリップが発生した弾性力の合力の作用線は常に前記縦軸線と重なり合うようになっており、
前記シリンダは、前記弾性ストリップを径方向外側に変形させて通過させる少なくとも1つのホロー部を備えているか、または、前記弾性ストリップの下端が前記シリンダの外周上で支持されていることを特徴とする押圧式液体ポンプ。 - 前記弾性ストリップは、前記縦軸線を通過する同一の平面内において変形するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。
- 前記弾性ストリップの前記上端および/または前記下端は、ベースによって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。
- 前記ベースは、円環状となっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。
- 前記押圧式液体ポンプは、前記押圧ヘッドに前記押圧力が与えられていない場合、前記ピストンロッドを前記縦軸線の回りに回動させることによって第1の位置と第2の位置との間で切り替えることができ、
前記プラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置は、前記第1の位置では未負荷状態となる一方、前記第2の位置では予め負荷状態となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。 - 前記プラスチック製の弾性圧縮装置の前記下端の着力点の位置は前記シリンダの上部にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。
- 前記弾性ストリップは、圧縮されていない場合、前記上端から前記下端までの前記略弧状に沿った長さと前記縦軸線の方向に沿った距離との比が、1より大きくかつπ/2より小さい範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の押圧式液体ポンプ。
