Description
Claims (14)
- 安全フック上に組み込み可能な荷重検知センサと、荷重状態信号を伝達するように構成された送信機と、荷重状態信号を解析する処理手段と、荷重状態信号を受信するとともに処理手段に動作可能に接続される受信機と、通知を生成するように構成された警報手段と、送信機、受信機及び処理手段にエネルギーを供給する電源とを備え、
荷重検知センサは、安全フックの構造的完全性を変えることなく安全フック上に取り付けられるか若しくは収縮包装されることにより安全フック上に組み込まれており、
荷重検知センサは、警報手段に通知を生成させるべく送信機によって受信機へ送信されて処理手段によって解析される荷重状態信号を使用時に生成し、
警報手段は、荷重を検出しないとき若しくは安全フックが安全ラインに接続されているときに第1の通知を生成するとともに、所定の閾値よりも大きな荷重が検出されたとき若しくは安全フックが取り外されているときに第2の通知を生成する、安全装置。 - 荷重検知センサが圧力センサである、請求項1に記載の安全装置。
- 圧力センサが圧電センサである、請求項2に記載の安全装置。
- 圧力センサは量子トンネル複合材料を備える、請求項2に記載の安全装置。
- 荷重検知センサは、第1及び第2の自己通電スイッチに動作可能に接続されたケーブルを備え、第1の自己通電スイッチは、ケーブルが引っ張られた状態にあるときに作動するよう構成され、第2の自己通電スイッチは、ケーブルが弛緩状態にあるときに作動するよう構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の安全装置。
- 第2の安全フックの構造的完全性を変えることなく第2の安全フック上に取り付けられるか若しくは収縮包装されることにより第2の安全フックに組み込み可能な第2の荷重検知センサをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 警報手段が、可視通知、可聴通知、若しくは可視及び可聴通知を生成するよう構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 所定の時間閾値を経過した後に警報を生成するように構成されたタイマーをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 所定の時間閾値を経過した後に警報を生成するように構成されたカウンタをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 警報手段は少なくとも1つのLED光である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 送信機は、少なくとも一つの自己通電スイッチを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- 処理手段、受信機及び警報手段は、単一のビーコンに備えられている、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
- さらに作動手段を備える、請求項11に記載の安全装置。
- 荷重検知センサは、プラスチック層を収縮包装することによって安全フック上に組み込まれている、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の安全装置。
