Description
白金含有塩酸溶液から実施例と同じ方法で白金を抽出し、白金濃度20g/Lの白金含有有機溶媒を得た。当該有機溶媒と炭酸水素ナトリウム(pKb=7.6)を加えた0.17mоl/Lヒドラジン水溶液とをO/A=1/2、液温20℃〜25℃で混合した。得られた白金粉末のSEM写真を図3に示す。得られた白金粉末の粒径の範囲は0.7μm〜0.8μmであった。
Claims (4)
- 白金を含有する有機溶媒とアルカリを添加したヒドラジン水溶液を混合し、白金を水相に移行させつつ還元する白金粉末の製造方法において、前記アルカリは、前記ヒドラジン水溶液に添加した時に、前記還元中の液温、及び前記有機溶媒中の白金濃度と油相/水相の容量比(O/A比)の積(以下、分配濃度と呼ぶ)の元で0.1μm〜2μmの白金粉末が生成するように、当該分配濃度において調べたアルカリの塩基解離定数と白金粉末粒径の相関に基づき選択されたものであることを特徴とする、白金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリとして水酸化物を用い、得られる白金粉末の粒径が0.1μm〜0.5μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリとして炭酸ナトリウムを用い、得られる白金粉末の粒径が0.1μm〜1μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白金粉末の製造方法。
- 前記アルカリとして炭酸水素ナトリウムを用い、得られる白金粉末の粒径が0.2μm〜2μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白金粉末の製造方法。
