Description
本出願は、2015年03月10日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2015−0033368号及び2016年02月02日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2016−0012774号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
まず、各実施例及び比較例で使用された構成成分は、次の通りである。
前記それぞれの構成成分を、下記の表1に示した含量(重量%)でミキサーを用いて混合し、二軸押出機(L/D=44、Φ=40)を用いて270〜320℃の温度で溶融、混練及び押出して、ペレット状の樹脂組成物を製造した。次いで、得られたペレット状の樹脂組成物チップを80〜120℃で5時間以上乾燥させた後、280〜300℃に加熱されたスクリュー式射出機と80〜100℃の金型温度を用いて、各種物性評価のための試片を製造した。
前記それぞれの構成成分を、下記の表2に示す含量(重量%)で使用した以外は、前記実施例1と同様の方法で行った。
前記実施例1〜8で収得した変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物の試片の物性を下記の方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表1に示す。前記比較例1〜9で収得した変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物の試片の物性を下記の方法で測定し、その結果を下記の表2に示す。
*溶融指数(Melt Index、g/10min):標準測定ASTM D1238(230℃、2.16kgの条件)に準拠して測定した。
Claims (11)
- ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂30〜35重量%、ポリアミド樹脂35〜55重量%、ポリオレフィン系樹脂5〜10重量%、相溶化剤3〜8重量%、衝撃補強剤5〜10重量%および添加剤2〜3重量%を含むことを特徴とする、変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物であって、
前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、メルトインデックス(MI)30〜100g/10分のポリプロピレンであり、
前記相溶化剤が、フマル酸で変性されたポリ(フェニレンエーテル)であり、
前記変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物の比重が1.08〜1.06であり、衝撃強度が22〜25kgf・cm/cm 2 であり、熱変形温度(HDT)が180〜185℃である
変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂は、ポリ(フェニレンエーテル)樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂は、重量平均分子量が10,000〜100,000g/molであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂は、相対粘度(RV)が、2.0〜3.2dl/gであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記相溶化剤は、不飽和カルボン酸無水物変性ポリオレフィンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記衝撃補強剤は、スチレン系衝撃補強剤及びオレフィン系衝撃補強剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記衝撃補強剤は、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体、無水マレイン酸変性ポリオレフィン、及び無水マレイン酸変性スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 前記添加剤は、酸化防止剤、滑剤、熱安定剤、難燃剤、帯電防止剤、充填剤、架橋剤及び着色剤からなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物を含んで製造されることを特徴とする、成形品。
- 変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物を製造する方法であって、
前記方法は、30〜35重量%のポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂、35〜55重量%のポリアミド樹脂、5〜10重量%のポリオレフィン系樹脂、3〜8重量%の相溶化剤、5〜10重量%の衝撃補強剤および添加剤2〜3重量%を含む樹脂組成物を混合し、押出する工程を含み、
前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、30〜100g/10分のメルトインデックス(MI)を有するポリプロピレンであり、
前記変性ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)樹脂組成物の比重が1.08〜1.06であり、衝撃強度が22〜25kgf・cm/cm 2 であり、熱変形温度(HDT)が180〜185℃であり、
前記相溶化剤は、フマル酸で変性されたポリ(フェニレンエーテル)である方法。
