Description
Claims (4)
- 質量%で、3〜5%のFe、16〜19.1%のCo、20〜22.5%のCr、0.8〜2.5%のAl、1.2〜4%のTi、0.75〜1.5%のTa、0.5〜1%のNb、2〜3%のW、0.08〜0.15%のC、0.004〜0.01%のB、0.02%以下のZr、及び残部のNiと不可避不純物からなり、低γ’超合金である、鋳造ニッケル基超合金。
- 前記超合金が、質量%で、3〜5%のFe、19.1%のCo、22.5%のCr、1.2%のAl、2.3%のTi、0.94%のTa、0.8%のNb、2%のW、0.08%のC、0.004%のB、0.02%のZr、及び残部のNiと不可避不純物からなる公称組成を有する、請求項1記載の鋳造ニッケル基超合金。
- 前記超合金が、質量%で、3〜5%のFe、19%のCo、22.5%のCr、1.9%のAl、3.7%のTi、1.4%のTa、1%のNb、2%のW、0.15%のC、0.01%のB、0.1%のZr、及び残部のNiと不可避不純物からなる公称組成を有する、請求項1記載の鋳造ニッケル基超合金。
- 前記超合金が、華氏温度で、該超合金と同等の組成であるが3〜5%のFeを含まない超合金のγ’ソルバス温度よりも5%低いγ’ソルバス温度によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の鋳造ニッケル基超合金。
