Description

The present invention is connected again and again relates intended to connect the tassel bundling bunches hanging and curtains attached to a wall or the like to be separated.

。   Conventionally, a support frame for suspending a shade member such as a roll screen, a blind, a curtain or the like is disposed on the wall surface of the window peripheral surface, suspended from the support frame to open and close the shade member horizontally or vertically Patent Document 1 discloses an operation code of a sun protection member in which a detachable safety gear is disposed to be disassembled when a force is applied.

Since the safety cord is interposed in a part of the operation code, the operation code of the sunshade member configured in this way can prevent the operation code from being entangled in a pedestrian, particularly a child or an elderly person.

On the other hand, an attachment part attached to the fixed side such as a wall, a window frame, etc., and an annulus (ring cord) provided at both ends of a binding member (tassel) for bundling curtains are inserted so as to be extractable from both ends Japanese Patent Application Publication No. JP-A-2003-147118 discloses a hook (cassette hook) of a curtain binding member having a hooking portion. In this hooking tool, the hooking part is rotatably pivotally attached to the mounting part so that one end of the hooking part contacts and separates from the mounting part, and one end of the hooking part is between the mounting part and the hooking part An elastic member is provided which biases the connector so as to abut or approach the mounting portion.

In such a hook, when one ring part of the binding member is hooked to the hooking part, the hooking part is pressed or pulled to rotate around the pivoting part, and the hooking part The ring portion is inserted into the hooking portion from the lower end, and in this state, pressing or pulling of the hooking portion is released. As a result, the lower end of the hooking portion engages with the mounting portion by the biasing of the elastic member, so there is no risk of accidental removal of the ring portion, and the hooking portion is reliably hooked to the lower portion. The other ring portion is hooked to the upper portion of the hook portion so as to be detachable from the upper end thereof.

2)JP, 2003-184456, A (claim 1, paragraphs [0003], [0014], Drawing 1 and Drawing 2) 実願昭56−146142号(実開昭58−49993号公報)の明細書及び図面(請求項1、第4頁第6行〜同頁第16行、第1図〜第3図)The specification and drawings of Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-146142 (Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-49993) (claim 1, page 4, line 6 to page 16, line 16, FIGS. 1 to 3)

In the operation code of the sunshade member disclosed in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 1, when the operation code is entangled in a child or an elderly person, the safety tool is disassembled and the ring state of the operation code is released. You can release the entanglement of

On the other hand, in the locking tool (cassette hook) of the curtain binding member shown in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 2, one ring portion (ring string) of the binding member (tassel) is hooked to the lower portion of the hook portion. And, with the other ring part of the binding member being hooked to the upper part of the hooking part, the binding member is entangled with a child or an elderly person, and when a load acts in a direction to pull the binding tool away from the fastener. Depending on how load is applied, the hook rotates around the pivot and the lower end of the hook moves away from the mounting, and one ring of the binding member leaves the bottom of the hook Although the entanglement of the binding member may be released, the entanglement of the binding member may not be released.

An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting device capable of reliably releasing the ring state of a tassel when a tassel entangles in a child or an elderly person and a load above a predetermined value acts on the tassel in a direction to separate the tassel from the tufting It is to provide.

The first aspect of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 , comprises a connecting body 163 for releasably connecting a tufting 11, 162 attached to a wall or window frame and a tassel 12 for bundling a curtain. The connector main body 163 is formed in a substantially C shape and configured to be loosely fit and elastically deformable to the tuft hooks 11, 162, and is a string that releasably holds the ring string 12b of the tassel 12 Holding member 164 is provided integrally with connection main body 163, string holding member 164 is formed in a substantially U shape, the base end thereof is connected to substantially the center of connection main body 163, and engagement concave portion 164a is formed at the tip thereof. A stopper 163b having a diameter larger than that of the engaging shaft 163a is provided at one end of the connecting body 163 via the engaging shaft 163a, and the engaging recess 164a of the string holding member 164 is the engaging shaft 163 of the connecting body 163. Of the string holding member 164 is elastically deformed and a connection main body is engaged when a load of a predetermined value or more in a direction to separate the tassel 12 from the tufting 11 or 162 acts on the tassel 12. It is configured that the tassel 12 is configured to be detached from the cord holding member 164 in a state where the connection main body 163 and the cord holding member 164 are left on the tuftings 11, 162 by disengaging from the engaging shaft portion 163a of 163. It features.

In the connector according to the first aspect of the present invention, when a tassel is entangled in a child or an elderly person and a load of a predetermined value or more in a direction to separate the tassel from the tufting acts on the tassel, the tassel's ring string comes from the string holding member As it is released, the tassel comes out of the tufting with the connection body and the cord holding member left in the tufting. As a result, since the ring state of the tassel can be reliably released, a child or an elderly person can be released quickly from the entanglement of the tassel. In addition, since the string holding member holds the ring string of the tassel, the tassel can be connected again to the chain hook, so that the connector can be used repeatedly any number of times.

Next, a mode for carrying out the present invention will be described together with a reference mode based on the drawings.

<Form of reference >
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connector 10 of this reference embodiment includes a connection body 13 that releasably connects the tufting 11 and the tassel 12. The tufting 11 has a mounting portion 11a attached to a wall or a window frame, a columnar columnar portion 11b extending in the vertical direction, and a rectangular columnar horizontal portion 11c connecting the attaching portion 11a and the columnar portion 11b. And. The tuft 11 is fixed to the wall or the window frame by attaching the mounting portion 11 a to the wall or the window frame with a screw or the like. Further, the tassel 12 has a tuft portion 12a to be wound around the curtain, and a wide pair of ring cords 12b provided at both ends of the tuft portion 12a. The curtains are bundled by the tassels 12.

On the other hand, the connection body 13 is formed in an elastically deformable circular ring shape. And the connection main body 13 is comprised so that loose fitting is possible at the columnar part 11b of the chain hook 11, and the ring string 12b of the tassel 12 is comprised so that the connection main body 13 can be loosely inserted. Further, the connection body 13 has a single separation portion 13a. A pair of spheres 13b, 13b having a diameter larger than the diameter of the curved wire of the connection body 13 is provided integrally with the connection body 13 at both ends of the cut-off portion 13a. When no load is applied to the connection main body 13, the pair of spheres 13b and 13b are kept in contact with each other. Further, when a load acts on the connection body 13 in a direction to separate the both ends of the disconnecting portion 13a, the connection body 13 is elastically deformed to separate both ends (a pair of spheres 13b and 13b) of the disconnecting portion 13a. The elastic force of the main body 13 brings the connection bodies 13 back into a ring shape by approaching each other. In this reference embodiment, by loosely inserted respectively a pair of ring cord 12b tassel 12 ends to the connection member 10, a pair of ring cord 12b tassel 12 ends the tuft seat 11 via a pair of connecting element 10 Each connected. Furthermore, the tufting 11 is made of plastic, metal or the like, the tassel 12 is made of woven fabric, wire, cord, chain, leather or the like, and the connector 10 is made of plastic, metal or the like. Incidentally, in this reference embodiment, although the connection body is formed in an elastically deformable circular ring shaped, the connection body may be formed in elastically deformable substantially C-shaped. Moreover, in this reference embodiment, a pair of ring strings at both ends of the tassel are connected to the tufting via the pair of connectors, however, one ring string at one end of the tassel is connected to the tufting via one connector Alternatively, the other ring strap at the other end of the tassel may be directly connected to the chain hook without a connector.

The usage method and operation of the connector 10 configured as described above will be described. First, the pair of ring cords 12b at both ends of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted into the pair of connectors 10. Next, the connection main body 13 of one of the connectors 10 to which one of the ring strings 12b of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 (FIGS. 1A and 2A). Furthermore, after winding the tuft portion 12a of the tassel 12 around the curtain, the pillar portion of the tuft 11 of the connection body of the other connector (not shown) with the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 12 loosely inserted. Free play on 11b. At this time, since the tassel 12 bundles the curtains in a relatively slack state, the tassel 12 may be entangled in a child or an elderly person. In this state, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) in a direction to separate the tassel 12 from the tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 12, one or both of the pair of connectors 10, In this reference embodiment, both ends of the cut-off portion 13a of one of the connectors 10 are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other along the outer peripheral surface of the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 or the outer peripheral surface of the ring string 12b of the tassel 12. For this reason, the connector 10 and the tassel 12 are detached from the hook 11 (FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (b)) or the tassel 12 is detached from the connector 10. As a result, since the ring state of the tassel 12 can be reliably released, it is possible to quickly release a child, an old man, etc. from the entanglement of the tassel 12. In addition, when the connector 10 is detached from the chain hook 11 together with the tassel 12 or the tassel 12 is separated from the connector 10 and the connector 10 is separated from the chain hook 11 or the tassel 12, the separation portion of the connection body 13 of the connector 10. Since the ends of the connector 13a approach each other by the elastic force of the connecting body 13 and the connecting body 13 returns to a ring shape, the connector 13 can be used repeatedly any number of times.

First Embodiment
3 to 7 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIGS. 3 to 7 , the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 denote the same parts. In this embodiment, the connection main body 163 is formed in a substantially C shape, and the cord holding member 164 for releasably holding the ring cord 12 b of the tassel 12 is provided integrally with the connection main body 163. The inner diameter of the connection main body 163 is larger than the diameter of the columnar portion 11b of the first bunch 11 so that the connection main body 163 can be loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the first bunch 11 ( FIG. 3 and FIG. Figure 4 ). Here, the first tufting 11 is formed in the same shape as the tufting of the reference form.

Further, the connection main body 163 is configured to be loosely fitted to the horizontal portion 162 c of the second bunching 162. As shown in detail in FIGS. 6 and 7 , the second bunching 162 has an attachment portion 162a attached to a wall or a window frame, and a disk-like portion 162b formed in a disk shape having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the connection main body 163. And the horizontal section 162c of square pillar shape whose diagonal length in the cross section is smaller than the inner diameter of the connection main body 163 by connecting the attachment portion 162a and the disk-like portion 162b. The distance between both ends of the substantially C-shaped connection body 163 is smaller than the diagonal length in the cross section of the horizontal portion 162 c of the second bunching 162. Therefore, by elastically deforming the connection main body 163 so that the distance between the connection main body 163 and the distance between the connection main body 163 and the horizontal section 162c of the second bunching 162 is larger than the diagonal length, the connection main body 163 fits loosely on the horizontal portion 162c. Be done.

On the other hand, the cord holding member 164 is formed in a substantially U-shape, and the proximal end thereof is connected to a substantially central portion of the connection main body 163. As a result, the connection main body 163 and the cord holding member 164 are formed in a substantially ε shape ( FIG. 3 ). Further, an engagement recess 164 a is formed at the tip of the string holding member 164. Further, a stopper 163b larger in diameter than the engagement shaft portion 163a is provided at one end of the connection main body 163 via the small diameter engagement shaft portion 163a, and the other end of the connection main body 163 is spaced outward from the stopper 163b. It is bent and formed. The engagement recess 164 a of the string holding member 164 is configured to be detachably engaged with the engagement shaft portion 163 a of the connection main body 163. The usage method and operation of the connector 160 configured in this way will be described.

(1) When connecting the tassel 12 to the first bunch 11 via the connector 160 First, the pair of ring cords 12 b at both ends of the tassel 12 is held by the string holding members 164 of the pair of connectors 160. Specifically, after the ring cord 12b is hooked on the substantially U-shaped cord holding member 164, the engagement recess 164a of the cord holding member 164 is engaged with the engagement shaft portion 163a of the connection main body 163 ( FIG. 5 ) . Thereby, the ring cord 12b can be held by the cord holding member 164. Next, the connection main body 163 of one of the connectors 160 with one of the ring strings 12b of the tassel 12 loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the first tuft 11 ( FIGS. 3A and 4A) ). Furthermore, after winding the tuft portion 12a of the tassel 12 around the curtain, the connection body of the other connector (not shown) to which the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted is attached to the first tuft hook 11 It loosely fits on the columnar part 11b. On the other hand, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a direction to separate the tassel 12 from the first tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 12, one or both of the pair of connectors 160 160, in this embodiment, since the engagement recess 164a of the string holding member 164 of one of the connectors 160 is elastically deformed and disengages from the engagement shaft portion 163a of the connection main body 163, the connection main body 163 and the string holding member 164 The tassel 12 is detached from the string holding member 164 in a state in which the tassel 12 is left on the first bunch 11 ( FIGS. 3 (b) to (d), FIGS. 4 (b) to (d) and 6 ).

(2) When connecting the tassel 12 to the second bunching 162 via the connector 160 First, the pair of ring cords 12 b at both ends of the tassel 12 is held by the string holding members 164 of the pair of connectors 160. Next, the connection main body 163 of one of the connectors 160 with one of the ring strings 12b of the tassel 12 loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the horizontal portion 162c of the second bunching 162 ( FIG . 7A). Furthermore, after winding the tuft portion 12a of the tassel 12 around the curtain, the connection body of the other connector (not shown) to which the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted is attached to the second tuft hook 162 It fits loosely on the horizontal part 162c. On the other hand, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a direction to separate the tassel 12 from the second tuft hook 162 acts on the tassel 12, one or both of the pair of connectors 160 160, in this embodiment, since the engagement recess 164a of the string holding member 164 of one of the connectors 160 is elastically deformed and disengages from the engagement shaft portion 163a of the connection main body 163, the connection main body 163 and the string holding member 164 Is left on the second bunching 162, the tassel 12 is detached from the string holding member 164 ( FIG. 7 (b)). In this way, the tassel 12 can be connected to the differently shaped tufts 11, 162 via the single-shaped fitting 160. The operations other than the above are substantially the same as those in the reference embodiment, and thus the repetitive description is omitted.
