Description

The present invention relates to tassel which connector is sewn to detachably connect to the lock hook attached to a wall or the like.

。   Conventionally, a support frame for suspending a shade member such as a roll screen, a blind, a curtain or the like is disposed on the wall surface of the window peripheral surface, suspended from the support frame to open and close the shade member horizontally or vertically Patent Document 1 discloses an operation code of a sun protection member in which a detachable safety gear is disposed to be disassembled when a force is applied.

Since the safety cord is interposed in a part of the operation code, the operation code of the sunshade member configured in this way can prevent the operation code from being entangled in a pedestrian, particularly a child or an elderly person.

On the other hand, an attachment part attached to the fixed side such as a wall, a window frame, etc., and an annulus (ring cord) provided at both ends of a binding member (tassel) for bundling curtains are inserted so as to be extractable from both ends Japanese Patent Application Publication No. JP-A-2003-147118 discloses a hook (cassette hook) of a curtain binding member having a hooking portion. In this hooking tool, the hooking part is rotatably pivotally attached to the mounting part so that one end of the hooking part contacts and separates from the mounting part, and one end of the hooking part is between the mounting part and the hooking part An elastic member is provided which biases the connector so as to abut or approach the mounting portion.

In such a hook, when one ring part of the binding member is hooked to the hooking part, the hooking part is pressed or pulled to rotate around the pivoting part, and the hooking part The ring portion is inserted into the hooking portion from the lower end, and in this state, pressing or pulling of the hooking portion is released. As a result, the lower end of the hooking portion engages with the mounting portion by the biasing of the elastic member, so there is no risk of accidental removal of the ring portion, and the hooking portion is reliably hooked to the lower portion. The other ring portion is hooked to the upper portion of the hook portion so as to be detachable from the upper end thereof.

2)JP, 2003-184456, A (claim 1, paragraphs [0003], [0014], Drawing 1 and Drawing 2) 実願昭56−146142号(実開昭58−49993号公報)の明細書及び図面(請求項1、第4頁第6行〜同頁第16行、第1図〜第3図)The specification and drawings of Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-146142 (Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-49993) (claim 1, page 4, line 6 to page 16, line 16, FIGS. 1 to 3)

In the operation code of the sunshade member disclosed in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 1, when the operation code is entangled in a child or an elderly person, the safety tool is disassembled and the ring state of the operation code is released. You can release the entanglement of

On the other hand, in the locking tool (cassette hook) of the curtain binding member shown in the above-mentioned conventional patent document 2, one ring portion (ring string) of the binding member (tassel) is hooked to the lower portion of the hook portion. And, with the other ring part of the binding member being hooked to the upper part of the hooking part, the binding member is entangled with a child or an elderly person, and when a load acts in a direction to pull the binding tool away from the fastener. Depending on how load is applied, the hook rotates around the pivot and the lower end of the hook moves away from the mounting, and one ring of the binding member leaves the bottom of the hook Although the entanglement of the binding member may be released, the entanglement of the binding member may not be released.

An object of the present invention is entangled is tassels like children and the elderly, when a load of a predetermined value or more in a direction to separate the tassel from tress hook acts on the tassels can be reliably released Tassel ring status, the data Sseru It is to provide.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 5, 9 and 10 , a connector 150 having a connecting body 153 separably connected to a tuft 11 mounted on a wall or window frame is sewn A connecting body 153 which is formed in an elastically deformable ring shape, a substantially C shape or a substantially ε shape and has a single disconnecting portion 153 a, and the connecting body 153 is provided on the connecting body 153. When the sewn portion 154 is integrally provided, the connection main body 153 is loosely fitted to the tuft 11, the sewn portion 154 is sewn to both ends, and a load of a predetermined value or more in the direction of pulling away from the tuft 11 acts. connecting body 153 is configured to disengaged from the tassel hanging 11, a load larger than a predetermined value to separate the tassel 152 from bunches seat 11 is adjusted by the load adjusting apparatus 79, disconnecting unit 153 by the load adjusting device 79 And an elastic force to widen the distance between both ends is configured to be adjustable.

In the tassel according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the sewn portion of the connector is sewn to the tassel, the tassel is entangled in a child or an elderly person, and a load of a predetermined value or more in the direction of pulling the tassel away from the tassel In operation, the tassels do not separate from the connector, and the separations of the connection body elastically deform in directions away from each other along the outer circumferential surface of the tufting, and the connection body separates from the tufting. As a result, since the connector and the tassel are detached from the chain hook, the ring state of the tassel can be reliably released, whereby the child and the elderly can be quickly released from the tassel entanglement. Also, when the connector and the tassel are removed from the chain hook and the connector is separated from the chain hook, both ends of the disconnecting part of the connector come close to each other by the elastic force of the connection body and ring shape, substantially C shape or approximately ε shape Thus, the tassel provided with the connector can be used repeatedly any number of times.

Furthermore, in the tassel according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the load adjusting device can adjust the load equal to or more than the predetermined value to be separated from the tufting, the load can be changed to a desired value.

Next, a mode for carrying out the present invention will be described together with a reference mode based on the drawings.

<First form of reference >
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the connector 10 of this reference embodiment includes a connection body 13 that releasably connects the tufting 11 and the tassel 12. The tufting 11 has a mounting portion 11a attached to a wall or a window frame, a columnar columnar portion 11b extending in the vertical direction, and a rectangular columnar horizontal portion 11c connecting the attaching portion 11a and the columnar portion 11b. And. The tuft 11 is fixed to the wall or the window frame by attaching the mounting portion 11 a to the wall or the window frame with a screw or the like. Further, the tassel 12 has a tuft portion 12a to be wound around the curtain, and a wide pair of ring cords 12b provided at both ends of the tuft portion 12a. The curtains are bundled by the tassels 12.

On the other hand, the connection body 13 is formed in an elastically deformable circular ring shape. And the connection main body 13 is comprised so that loose fitting is possible at the columnar part 11b of the chain hook 11, and the ring string 12b of the tassel 12 is comprised so that the connection main body 13 can be loosely inserted. Further, the connection body 13 has a single separation portion 13a. A pair of spheres 13b, 13b having a diameter larger than the diameter of the curved wire of the connection body 13 is provided integrally with the connection body 13 at both ends of the cut-off portion 13a. When no load is applied to the connection main body 13, the pair of spheres 13b and 13b are kept in contact with each other. Further, when a load acts on the connection body 13 in a direction to separate the both ends of the disconnecting portion 13a, the connection body 13 is elastically deformed to separate both ends (a pair of spheres 13b and 13b) of the disconnecting portion 13a. The elastic force of the main body 13 brings the connection bodies 13 back into a ring shape by approaching each other. In this reference embodiment, by loosely inserted respectively a pair of ring cord 12b tassel 12 ends to the connection member 10, a pair of ring cord 12b tassel 12 ends the tuft seat 11 via a pair of connecting element 10 Each connected. Furthermore, the tufting 11 is made of plastic, metal or the like, the tassel 12 is made of woven fabric, wire, cord, chain, leather or the like, and the connector 10 is made of plastic, metal or the like. Incidentally, in this reference embodiment, although the connection body is formed in an elastically deformable circular ring shaped, the connection body may be formed in elastically deformable substantially C-shaped. Moreover, in this reference embodiment, a pair of ring strings at both ends of the tassel are connected to the tufting via the pair of connectors, however, one ring string at one end of the tassel is connected to the tufting via one connector Alternatively, the other ring strap at the other end of the tassel may be directly connected to the chain hook without a connector.

The usage method and operation of the connector 10 configured as described above will be described. First, the pair of ring cords 12b at both ends of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted into the pair of connectors 10. Next, the connection main body 13 of one of the connectors 10 to which one of the ring strings 12b of the tassel 12 is loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 (FIGS. 1A and 2A). Furthermore, after winding the tuft portion 12a of the tassel 12 around the curtain, the pillar portion of the tuft 11 of the connection body of the other connector (not shown) with the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 12 loosely inserted. Free play on 11b. At this time, since the tassel 12 bundles the curtains in a relatively slack state, the tassel 12 may be entangled in a child or an elderly person. In this state, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) in a direction to separate the tassel 12 from the tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 12, one or both of the pair of connectors 10, In this reference embodiment, both ends of the cut-off portion 13a of one of the connectors 10 are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other along the outer peripheral surface of the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 or the outer peripheral surface of the ring string 12b of the tassel 12. For this reason, the connector 10 and the tassel 12 are detached from the hook 11 (FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (b)) or the tassel 12 is detached from the connector 10. As a result, since the ring state of the tassel 12 can be reliably released, it is possible to quickly release a child, an old man, etc. from the entanglement of the tassel 12. In addition, when the connector 10 is detached from the chain hook 11 together with the tassel 12 or the tassel 12 is separated from the connector 10 and the connector 10 is separated from the chain hook 11 or the tassel 12, the separation portion of the connection body 13 of the connector 10. Since the ends of the connector 13a approach each other by the elastic force of the connecting body 13 and the connecting body 13 returns to a ring shape, the connector 13 can be used repeatedly any number of times.

In this reference embodiment, the cord loose fitting portion 44 is integrally provided on the connection main body 43 of the connector 40. That is, the connector 40 has a predetermined distance in the opposite direction to the connection main body 43 which is formed in an approximately ε shape which can be elastically deformed and which has the single separation part 43a and the separation part 43a of the connection main body 43. Pair of substantially C-shaped cord loose fitting portions 44 and 44 protruding from the connection main body 43, and a turn integrally protruding with the connection main body 43 at the central portion of the substantially ε-shape of the connection main body 43 A moving shaft 46 and a disk-like guiding case 47 which holds the rotating shaft 46 rotatably and which is partially fan-shaped are provided. The connection main body 43 includes a pair of arc-shaped arm portions 43b and 43b, and a pair of elastically deformable connection portions 43c and 43c that connect the proximal ends of the pair of arm portions 43b and 43b and the pivot shaft 46; It has a pair of spheres 43d and 43d respectively provided on both ends of the separation portion 43a at the tip of the pair of arms 43b and 43b. When no load is applied to the connection main body 43, the distance between both ends of the disconnecting part 43a, that is, the distance between the pair of spheres 43d and 43d is smaller than the diameter of the columnar part 11b of the tuft 11. Further, the pair of cord loose fitting portions 44, 44 are protruded in the opposite direction to the separating portion 43a in a state of being shifted upward in the thickness direction of the arm portion 43b from the base ends of the pair of arm portions 43b, 43b. Furthermore, on the outer peripheral surface of the guide case 47, a recessed groove 47a which slidably holds the inner peripheral surfaces of the pair of arm portions 43b of the connection main body 43 is formed. On the other hand, tassel 42, in this reference embodiment, with tufts portion wound around the curtain (not shown), and a thin cylindrical pair of ring cord 42b provided at both ends of the tufts portion. Further, the pair of connecting portions 43c, 43c is configured to be able to slide on the upper surface of the guide case 47, and the ring strings 42b at both ends of the tassel 42 are loosely inserted in the pair of string loose insertion portions 44, 44 respectively. Furthermore, the gap of the substantially C-shaped cord loose fitting portion 44 is formed to be substantially the same as the thickness of the ring cord 42 b of the tassel 42. As a result, the ring string 42b of the tassel 42 is prevented from easily coming off the string loose insertion portion 44. Any other structure is the same as the form of the first reference.

The usage method and operation of the connector 40 configured in this way will be described. First, one ring cord 42b of the tassel 42 is loosely inserted in the pair of cord loose insertion parts 44, 44 of one connector 40, and the other ring cord (not shown) of the tassel 42 is attached to the other connector (not shown) Each of them is inserted into a pair of loosely inserted parts of Next, the connection main body 43 of one of the connectors 40 to which one of the ring strings 42b of the tassel 42 is loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 ( FIG . 3A). In addition, wrap the tassel tufts around the curtain. In this state, the connection main body of the other connection tool (not shown) to which the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 42 is loosely inserted is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11. At this time, since the tassel 42 bundles the curtain in a relatively slack state, the tassel 42 may be entangled in a child, an old man, or the like. In this state, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) in a direction to separate the tassel 42 from the tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 42, one or both of the pair of connectors 40, In the reference embodiment, since the pair of connection parts 43c and 43c of one connector 40 is elastically deformed and the pair of cord loose fitting parts 44 and 44 come close to each other, the columnar parts of the tuft hook 11 at both ends of the separation part 43a Separate from each other along the outer peripheral surface of 11b. For this reason, the connector 40 is detached from the cross hook 11 together with the tassel 42 ( FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c) ). As a result, since the ring state of the tassel 42 can be reliably released, a child, an old man, etc. can be quickly released from the entanglement of the tassel 42. Further, when the connector 40 is detached from the tufting 11 together with the tassel 42 and the connector 40 is separated from the tufting 11, both ends of the disconnecting portion 43a of the connection main body 43 of the connector 40 are elastic force of the connection main body 43. Since the connection main body 43 returns to a substantially ε shape by approaching each other by the elastic force of the pair of connection portions 43c, 43c, the connection tool 40 can be used repeatedly any number of times.

And one end of the torsion coil spring 79b accommodated between the middle cylinder 78b and the inner cylinder 78d of the inner case 78 is engaged with the lid 78c of the inner case 78, and the other end of the torsion coil spring 79b is of the adjustment rotor 79c. It locks in the recess 79h of the flange 79e ( FIG. 8 ). Further, a through hole 77e for rotatably receiving the grooved shaft portion 79f of the adjustment rotor 79c is formed in one disc 77c of the outer case 77, and the other disc 77d of the outer case 77 has an inner case 78 of A through hole 77f for rotatably receiving the shaft 78e of the lid 78c is formed, and the inner case 78 rotates relative to the outer case 77 about the grooved shaft 79f and the shaft 78e. Configured as ( FIGS. 7 and 8 ). Further, in the one circular plate 77c of the outer case 77, three engagement holes 77g are formed at predetermined intervals on the circumference centering on the through hole 77e, and adjustment is made to these engagement holes 77g. The locking projection 79g of the rotor 79c selectively locks. The compression coil spring 79a keeps the grooved shaft portion 79f of the adjustment rotor 79c inserted in the through hole 77e of the one disc 77c of the outer case 77, and holds the locking projection 79g of the adjustment rotor 79c the outer case 77. It is configured to be kept in the state of being inserted into any of the three locked holes 77g. Furthermore, the torsion coil spring 79b is configured to bias the pair of arm portions 73b and 73b in a direction to approach each other. And in a state where no load acts on the pair of arm portions 73b, 73b or the pair of cord loose fitting portions 74, 74, the distance between the tips of the pair of arm portions 73b, 73b, that is, the distance between the pair of cylindrical portions 73c, 73c The connection main body 73 loosely fitted to the horizontal portion 11c of the hook 11 is set at an interval at which the connection main body 73 is not separated from the horizontal portion 11c. Any other structure is the same as the form of the first reference.

The usage method and operation of the connector 70 configured as described above will be described. First, the pair of ring cords 42b at both ends of the tassel 42 are loosely inserted in the cord loose insertion portions 74 of the pair of connectors 70, respectively. Next, the pair of cord loose fitting parts 74, 74 are grasped, and the proximal ends of the cord operating parts 74, 74 are brought close to each other against the elastic force of the torsion coil spring 79b. The connection main body 73 is loosely fitted to the horizontal portion 11c of the tuft 11 such that the distance between the tips of the two ends of the cylindrical members 73c and 73c is larger than the diameter of the horizontal portion 11c of the tuft 11 ( FIG. 5 a) and FIG. 6 (a) ). Furthermore, the bunch portion of the tassel 42 is wound around the curtain, and in this state, the connection body of the other connector (not shown) to which the other ring string (not shown) of the tassel 42 is loosely inserted Play fit on 11c. In this state, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) in a direction to separate the tassel 42 from the tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 42, one or both of the pair of connectors 70, In this embodiment, both ends of the disconnecting portion 73 a of one of the connectors 70 are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other along the outer peripheral surface of the horizontal portion 11 c of the tuft 11. For this reason, the connector 70 is detached from the cross hook 11 together with the tassel 42 ( FIGS. 5 (b) and 6 (b) ). As a result, since the ring state of the tassel 42 can be reliably released, a child, an old man, etc. can be quickly released from the entanglement of the tassel 42. Further, when the connector 70 and the tassel 42 are released from the tufting 11 and the connector 70 is separated from the tufting 11, both ends of the disconnecting portion 73a of the connection main body 73 are elastic force of the connection main body 73, specifically a torsion coil. The elastic force of the spring 79b brings the connecting bodies 73 back into a substantially C-shape, so that the connector 70 can be used repeatedly any number of times.

Next, a method of adjusting the elastic force for widening the distance between the pair of cylindrical members 73c and 73c at both ends of the separation portion 73a of the connection main body 73, that is, the pair of arm portions 73b and 73b will be described. First, when a slotted driver (not shown) is inserted into the groove of the grooved shaft portion 79f and the adjustment rotor 79c is pushed into the case 76, the grooved shaft portion 79f of the adjustment rotor 79c becomes one disc of the outer case 77. While being separated from the through hole 77e of 77c, the locking projection 79g of the adjustment rotor 79c is separated from the locked hole 77g of the outer case 77. As a result, the adjustment rotor 79 c can be rotated relative to the outer case 77. Next, when the adjustment rotor 79c is rotated by a minus driver and the locking projection 79g faces the desired engaged hole 77g of the three engaged holes 77g, the pushing force of the adjustment rotor 79c by the minus driver is When released, the grooved shaft portion 79f is inserted into the through hole 77e of the one disc 77c of the outer case 77, and the locking projection 79f is inserted into the desired locking hole 77g. As a result, the elastic force can be adjusted to widen the distance between the pair of cylindrical bodies 73c and 73c at both ends of the separation portion 73a of the connection main body 73, that is, the tip of the pair of arms 73b and 73b. The load more than the predetermined value of the direction which pulls apart the tassel 42 from the tuft 11 in the state loosely fitted to the horizontal part 11c of 11 can be adjusted in the range of 2-6 kg, for example.

Second Embodiment
9 and 10 show a second embodiment of the present invention. 9 and 10 , the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 denote the same parts. In this embodiment, a connector 150 with a connection body 153 is sewn to both ends of the tassel 152. Specifically, the connection tool 150 includes a connection main body 153 formed in an elastically deformable ring shape, and a substantially rectangular plate-like sewing portion 154 provided integrally with the connection main body 153. The connection main body 153 is configured to be able to be loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11 b of the tuft 11, and the ring cord 152 b of the tassel 152 is configured to be able to be loosely inserted to the connection main body 153. Further, the connection main body 153 has a single separation portion 153a. When no load is applied to the connection body 153, both ends of the disconnecting portion 153a are kept in contact with each other. Further, when a load acts on the connecting body 153 in a direction to separate the both ends of the disconnecting portion 153a, the connecting body 153 is elastically deformed to separate both ends of the disconnecting portion 153, and when the load is removed, they approach each other by the elastic force of the connecting body 153. The connection body 153 is configured to return to the ring shape. Furthermore, the connector 153 is formed of soft plastic, and the sewn portion 154 is sewn on both ends of the tassel 152. The reference numeral 156 in FIGS. 9 and 10 is a thread obtained by sewing the sewn portion 154 to the tassel 152. Any other structure is the same as the form of the first reference.

The usage and operation of the tassel 152 with the connector 150 configured in this way will be described. First, the connection main body 153 of the connector 150 sewn to one end of the tassel 152 is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11b of the tuft 11 ( FIGS. 9A and 10A ). The tassel 152 is then wrapped around the curtain. In this state, the connection main body of the connector (not shown) sewn to the other end of the tassel 152 is loosely fitted to the columnar portion 11 b of the tuft 11. At this time, since the tassel 152 bundles the curtains in a relatively slack state, the tassel 152 may be entangled in a child or an elderly person. In this state, when a load (for example, a load of 2 kg or more) in a direction to separate the tassel 152 from the tuft hook 11 acts on the tassel 152, either one or both of the pair of connectors 150, In this embodiment, both ends of the cut-off portion 153 a of one connector 150 are elastically deformed in the direction away from each other along the outer peripheral surface of the columnar portion 11 b of the tufting 11. For this reason, the connector 150 is detached from the cross hook 11 together with the tassel 152 ( FIGS. 9 (b) and 10 (b) ). As a result, since the ring state of the tassel 152 can be reliably released, a child, an old man, etc. can be quickly released from the entanglement of the tassel 152. Further, when the connecting tool 150 is detached from the chain hook 11 together with the tassel 152 and the connecting tool 150 is separated from the chain hook 11, both ends of the disconnecting portions 153 a of the connecting body 153 of the connecting tool 150 approach each other by the elastic force of the connecting body 153, Since the connection body 153 returns to the ring shape, the tassel 152 with the connection tool 150 can be used repeatedly any number of times.
