Description
Claims (16)
- 脈管内圧感知装置用のインターフェイスであって、
狭窄の遠位圧を測定する遠位圧感知装置から遠位圧信号を受け取る遠位入力部と、
狭窄の近位圧を測定する近位圧感知装置から近位圧信号を受け取る近位入力部と、
前記近位圧感知装置に対する前記遠位圧感知装置の並進移動を引き起こすために前記遠位圧感知装置の近位部とインターフェイスするプルバック装置と、
前記遠位入力部、近位入力部、及び前記プルバック装置と通信するプロセッサであって、前記プルバック装置が前記近位圧感知装置に対して前記遠位圧感知装置を並進移動させる時に患者の心拍周期の一部から成る診断窓の間で得られる前記受信遠位圧信号及び前記受信近位圧信号に基づいて遠位圧と近位圧との圧力差を計算する、プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサと通信し、前記計算される圧力差に関連する前記近位圧感知装置に対する前記遠位圧感知装置の相対位置を含む、前記プロセッサによって計算される前記圧力差を表示するディスプレイと
を含み、
前記患者の前記心拍周期の前記一部が、前記遠位圧信号の1つ又は複数の特性に基づいて選択される、
インターフェイス。 - ヘモダイナミックシステムによって使用可能な形式で前記ヘモダイナミックシステムに前記遠位圧信号を出力する遠位出力部と、
前記ヘモダイナミックシステムによって使用可能な形式で前記ヘモダイナミックシステムに前記近位圧信号を出力する近位出力部と
を更に含む、請求項1に記載のインターフェイス。 - 前記遠位入力部、遠位出力部、近位入力部、近位出力部、及びプロセッサがハウジングに固定される、請求項2に記載のインターフェイス。
- 前記ハウジングは、幅が5cm〜25cm、高さが5cm〜25cm、及び奥行きが1cm〜10cmである、請求項3に記載のインターフェイス。
- 前記遠位圧感知装置が圧力感知ガイドワイヤである、請求項1に記載のインターフェイス。
- 前記近位圧感知装置が圧力感知カテーテルである、請求項5に記載のインターフェイス。
- 前記患者の前記心拍周期の前記一部が、前記近位圧信号の1つ又は複数の特性に少なくとも部分的に基づいて選択される、請求項1に記載のインターフェイス。
- 脈管の狭窄を評価するためのシステムであって、
人間の脈管内に挿入するために大きさ及び形状が決められた狭窄の遠位圧を測定する遠位圧感知装置と、
人間の脈管内に挿入するために大きさ及び形状が決められた狭窄の近位圧を測定する近位圧感知装置と、
インターフェイスと
を含み、前記インターフェイスは、
遠位圧感知装置から遠位圧信号を受け取る遠位入力部と、
近位圧感知装置から近位圧信号を受け取る近位入力部と、
前記近位圧感知装置に対する前記遠位圧感知装置の並進移動を引き起こすために前記遠位圧感知装置の近位部とインターフェイスするプルバック装置と、
前記遠位入力部、近位入力部、及び前記プルバック装置と通信するプロセッサであって、前記プルバック装置が前記近位圧感知装置に対して前記遠位圧感知装置を並進移動させる時に患者の心拍周期の一部から成る診断窓の間で得られる前記受信遠位圧信号及び前記受信近位圧信号に基づいて遠位圧と近位圧との圧力差を計算する、プロセッサと、
前記インターフェイスの前記プロセッサと通信するディスプレイであって、前記計算される圧力差に関連する前記近位圧感知装置に対する前記遠位圧感知装置の相対位置を含む、前記プロセッサによって計算される前記圧力差を表示する、ディスプレイと
を含み、
前記患者の前記心拍周期の前記一部が、前記遠位圧信号の1つ又は複数の特性に基づいて選択される、
システム。 - 前記ディスプレイがタッチスクリーンである、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ディスプレイが、前記近位圧及び前記遠位圧を更に表示する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記インターフェイスが、処理システムによって使用可能な形式で前記処理システムに前記遠位圧信号を出力する遠位出力部を更に含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記処理システムがヘモダイナミックシステムである、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位入力部、遠位出力部、近位入力部、及びプロセッサがハウジングに固定される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記遠位圧感知装置が圧力感知ガイドワイヤである、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位圧感知装置が圧力感知カテーテルである、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記患者の前記心拍周期の前記一部が、前記近位圧信号の1つ又は複数の特性に少なくとも部分的に基づいて選択される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
