Description
図1は、本発明における食品搬送装置の概念図、図2は、搬送される麺塊を麺塊ストッパーにより一時的に停止させている様子の上面図、図3は、搬送される麺塊を麺塊ストッパーにより一時的に停止させた様子を示す斜視図である。
図4は、本発明のストッパー機構の横断面図である。ストッパー機構1は、複数の麺塊ストッパー10と、麺塊ストッパーが配列された梁部材11と、梁部材11を支持する支柱12と、梁部材11を昇降可能とするエアシリンダー13とより構成される。
図5は、本発明における麺塊ストッパー10の側面図及び斜視図である。麺塊ストッパー10は、図5に示すように親指のような形状を有する板状部材より構成され、親指形状の腹の部分(ストッパー上部の湾曲した側面)で麺塊の側面と接触し、一時的に丸ベルト20上の麺塊を停止させる。

Claims (4)
- 複数の食品を載置して搬送する複数のベルトと、
平坦な表面部及び裏面部と、湾曲した側面部とを備えたストッパーであって、前記ベルト間から突き出て、前記湾曲した側面部により各食品に接触して整列させるストッパーと、
を備え、
前記ストッパーは前記食品の底部端部に接触しない、
ことを特徴とする食品搬送装置。 - 前記ストッパーは、板状金属製部材により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品搬送装置。
- 一対の前記ストッパーは、前記湾曲した側面部により各食品に接触し、搬送を一時的に停止させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の食品搬送装置。 - 前記食品は即席麺の麺塊である、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の食品搬送装
置。
