Description
本発明は上記実施形態に限らず、例えば次のように実施されてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 金属部材と繊維強化プラスチックとの複合構造体の製造方法であって、
前記金属部材と、立体状の強化繊維織物と、樹脂系接着剤とを金型内において型締め方向に積層させる第1工程と、
前記金型を型締めすることで前記樹脂系接着剤を前記強化繊維織物内に圧入し、前記樹脂系接着剤が未硬化である前記繊維強化プラスチックを得るとともに、当該繊維強化プラスチックを前記金型の内面によって規定される形状に成形する第2工程と、
前記金型内で前記樹脂系接着剤を硬化させることで、成形した前記繊維強化プラスチックを硬化させるとともに、当該繊維強化プラスチックと前記金属部材とを接着する第3工程と、
を備え、
前記第1工程では、前記型締め方向と交差する方向において前記金型の内面と前記強化繊維織物の側面との間に空間が形成されるようにして前記強化繊維織物を前記金型内に配置し、前記樹脂系接着剤を前記型締め方向に配置するだけでなく、前記空間にも配置することを特徴とする複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程において、前記金属部材と前記強化繊維織物との間に前記樹脂系接着剤を配置し、
前記金属部材には、前記第1工程において前記樹脂系接着剤が配置される第1の面から前記第1の面とは反対側の第2の面に向けて当該金属部材を貫通する貫通孔が設けられており、
前記第2工程において前記金型を型締めすることで、前記第1の面上に配置された前記樹脂系接着剤の一部を、前記貫通孔を通じて前記第2の面側に移動させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程において積層される前記強化繊維織物は、前記型締め方向と、前記型締め方向と交差する方向とのそれぞれで繊維同士が交錯するように形成された多重織物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記第1工程において、前記型締め方向における前記強化繊維織物の両側に前記樹脂系接着剤を配置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂系接着剤が熱硬化性の樹脂系接着剤であり、
前記第1工程では前記樹脂系接着剤が未硬化の状態で積層され、
前記第2工程に先立って前記金型を予熱することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
