Description
Claims (2)
- 第1と第2の2つの熱交換器と、第1熱交換器を加熱する第1バーナと、第2熱交換器を加熱する第2バーナとを備える複合熱源機であって、第1と第2の両バーナは全一次燃焼式バーナで構成され、これら両バーナに接続される共通の給気路に、一次空気を供給する単一のファンが介設され、燃料ガスを供給するガス供給路の下流端がファンの上流側又は下流側の給気路の部分に接続されて、一次空気と燃料ガスとの混合気が給気路を介して第1と第2の両バーナに供給されるようにし、ガス供給路に、混合気の空燃比が一定になるように一次空気の供給量に比例して燃料ガスの供給量を可変する流量調節手段を介設するものにおいて、
第1と第2の両バーナのうちの一方のバーナと給気路との接続部に開閉弁が設けられると共に、他方のバーナと給気路との接続部にニードル式の流量調節弁が設けられ、
一方のバーナのみを燃焼させる単独運転時は、開閉弁を開弁させると共に流量調節弁を全閉状態とした状態で、一方のバーナへの混合気の供給量をファンの回転数の制御で一方のバーナの要求燃焼量に応じた量に調節し、他方のバーナのみを燃焼させる単独運転時は、開閉弁を閉弁させると共に流量調節弁を全開状態にした状態で、他方のバーナへの混合気の供給量をファンの回転数の制御で他方のバーナの要求燃焼量に応じた量に調節し、第1と第2の両バーナを燃焼させる同時運転時は、開閉弁を開弁させた状態で、一方のバーナへの混合気の供給量をファンの回転数の制御で一方のバーナの要求燃焼量に応じた量に調節すると共に、他方のバーナへの混合気の供給量を流量調節弁の制御で他方のバーナの要求燃焼量に応じた量に調節することを特徴とする複合熱源機。 - 請求項1記載の複合熱源機であって、前記第1バーナを前記第2バーナよりも定格燃焼量の大きなバーナとするものにおいて、前記給気路との接続部に前記開閉弁を設ける前記一方のバーナは第1バーナであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合熱源機。
