Description
ローラ間に掛け回された無端ろ布の上流側に汚泥供給部を有し、前記無端ろ布の下流側に前記無端ろ布を挟む陽極板と陰極板とが設置され、前記無端ろ布上の汚泥を前記陽極板および前記陰極板で圧搾しつつ両電極板間に電圧を印加して前記一次脱水汚泥を二次脱水処理する電気浸透脱水装置とからなり、
前記多重回転盤型固液分離装置の汚泥排出部から排出される前記一次脱水汚泥を前記電気浸透脱水装置の汚泥供給部に連続供給することを特徴とするものからなる。
図1は本発明の実施態様の一例である複合脱水装置の説明図であり、凝集槽1、多重回転盤型固液分離装置2、電気浸透脱水装置3が、この順番で設置されている。
次に本発明の複合脱水装置の操作を説明する。
図示していない活性汚泥装置から排出される含水率98%前後の汚泥水が汚泥水供給管24から凝集槽1に供給され、また有機高分子凝集剤単独あるいは有機高分子凝集剤と無機凝集剤が凝集剤添加管25から添加され、攪拌機4で凝集槽1を撹拌することにより汚泥水中の固形物は凝集される。

Claims (2)
- 複数の回転盤を嵌装した複数の回転軸を上流側から下流側に並べて軸支し、前記回転盤を回転させながら、上流側の前記回転盤の上方から汚泥を含む被処理水を供給して前記回転盤の隙間から水分を排除することにより一次脱水処理し、前記回転盤上の一次脱水汚泥を前記回転盤の上流側から下流側へ移送して、前記回転盤上の前記一次脱水汚泥を前記回転盤の最下流部に位置する汚泥排出部から排出する多重回転盤型固液分離装置と、
ローラ間に掛け回された無端ろ布の上流側で前記汚泥排出部の下端と同一水平面上に配置された汚泥供給部を有し、前記無端ろ布の下流側に前記無端ろ布を挟む陽極板と陰極板とが設置され、前記無端ろ布上の汚泥を前記陽極板および前記陰極板で圧搾しつつ両電極板間に電圧を印加して前記一次脱水汚泥を二次脱水処理する電気浸透脱水装置とからなり、
前記多重回転盤型固液分離装置の汚泥排出部から排出される前記一次脱水汚泥を前記電気浸透脱水装置の汚泥供給部に連続供給することを特徴とする複合脱水装置。 - 前記回転盤上の一次脱水汚泥を洗浄するためのシャワーノズルが、前記回転盤の上方に設けられている、請求項1に記載の複合脱水装置。
