Description
第5の発明の要旨とするところは、第3発明の車両のシフト制御装置において、車速が前記所定値以上では前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値未満では前記ニュートラルレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値よりも低く予め設定された前記停止車速閾値以下では、前記操作信号に基づいて前記パーキングロック装置を作動させることを特徴とする。
第5の発明の要旨とするところは、第3発明の車両のシフト制御装置において、車速が前記所定値以上では前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値未満では前記ニュートラルレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値よりも低く予め設定された前記停止車速閾値以下では、前記操作信号に基づいて前記パーキングロック装置を作動させることによって、車速が前記停止車速閾値以下の低車速においてパーキングロック装置によりパーキングロックが実施される。

Claims (5)
- シフト操作子の操作に伴って出力されるセンサ信号に基づいて前記シフト操作子のシフト位置を決定するシフト位置決定部と、前記シフト位置決定部から出力され、第1CAN通信部を経由して伝達される第1シフト位置判定信号と第2CAN通信部を経由して伝達される第2シフト位置判定信号とに基づいてシフトレンジを選択して車両を走行させる駆動力出力指令部とを備える、車両のシフト制御装置において、
前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方が前記シフト位置決定部から前記駆動力出力指令部へ伝達されなくなる通信異常が生じた場合に、
車速が所定値以上の場合は、前記シフト位置判定信号の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値未満の場合は、ニュートラルレンジを選択する
ことを特徴とする車両のシフト制御装置。 - 車速が前記所定値以上の場合に、前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジが、前記車両を前進もしくは後進させる走行レンジである場合、前記車両の加速度を予め定められた加速度閾値以下とする駆動力制限を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記車両の駆動輪をロックするパーキングロック装置と、前記パーキングロック装置を作動させるための操作信号を出力するパーキングスイッチとを更に備え、
車速が所定の停止車速閾値以下の場合は、前記操作信号に基づいて前記パーキングロック装置を作動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または、請求項2の車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジがパーキングレンジにある場合は、前記パーキングレンジを保持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの車両のシフト制御装置。 - 車速が前記所定値以上では前記第1シフト位置判定信号と前記第2シフト位置判定信号との両方の前記通信異常の発生時に維持されていたシフトレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値未満では前記ニュートラルレンジを選択し、車速が前記所定値よりも低く予め設定された前記停止車速閾値以下では、前記操作信号に基づいて前記パーキングロック装置を作動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項3の車両のシフト制御装置。
