Description

The present invention relates to a connecting column for constructing a panel structure having a larger area than the panel by connecting adjacent panels to each other, a panel provided with the connecting column, and a panel structure formed by connecting a plurality of the panels. Regarding.

As a connecting column for connecting adjacent panels, Patent Document 1 discloses a stud material in which adjacent wall plates are continuously provided along the base wall surface in a parallel state, and the stud material is provided on both side portions thereof. Each wall plate fitting portion is provided, and L-shaped leg pieces are connected to the rear of the wall plate fitting portion, and the contact portion of the leg piece of the stud material is attached to the base wall surface by using nails or the like. The wall surface is formed by fitting the side end portion of the plate material into the wall plate fitting portion of the adjacent stud material.

However, the conventional stud material has a separate structure from the wall plate, and it was necessary to assemble it at the construction site. In other words, the procedure is to first attach the required number of studs to the base wall surface, and then attach the wallboard. When attaching the studs to the base wall surface, each stud material is installed in advance at each mounting position (horizontal). It was necessary to mark out the direction (direction, vertical direction, height, pitch between studs). After that, the wallboard had to be cut to a required size and then assembled between these studs, and these series of operations were complicated and the work efficiency was very poor.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to easily construct a panel structure in which a plurality of panels are connected to each other.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the connecting pillars of the present invention are:
It is a connecting column that connects adjacent panel bodies to each other to construct a panel structure with a larger area than the panel body.
A male column member fixed to the end of one of the adjacent panel bodies to be interconnected and extending along the end, and an end of the one panel body of the other panel body. It is provided with a female pillar member which is fixed to an end portion facing the male pillar member, extends along the end portion, and receives and hooks a part of the male pillar member.
The male pillar member and the female pillar member each have a fixed wall fixed to the back surface of the panel body and two side walls of the fixed wall protruding from both ends in the connecting direction in a direction away from the back surface of the panel body. The fixed wall and the two side walls have a portion formed in a substantially C-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross section with the back side open, and the other side wall of the male column member. The side wall on the panel body side is provided with a plug-in tongue piece that is inserted into a slit provided in the side wall on the panel body side of the side wall of the female pillar member and is hooked. It is characterized by that.

It is preferable that the connecting column of the present invention is configured to form a gap between the adjacent panel main bodies in a hooked state between the male column member and the female column member.

Further, in the panel of the present invention, the male pillar member of the connecting pillar is fixed to the end portion of the panel main body, and the female pillar member is fixed to the other end portion of the panel main body opposite to the end portion. It is characterized by being done.

Further, the panel structure of the present invention includes a plurality of the above panels, and the adjacent panels are hooked on the female pillar member provided on the other panel with the male pillar member provided on one panel. It is characterized by being connected to each other.

According to the connecting column of the present invention, the male column member fixed to the end of one of the adjacent panel bodies to be connected to each other and extending along the end, and the other panel body. Since it is configured to include a female pillar member that is fixed to the opposite end and extends along the end and receives and hooks the insertion tongue piece of the male pillar member, the adjacent panel main bodies By simply hooking the male pillar member fixed to one of them to the female pillar member fixed to the other of the adjacent panel main bodies, the adjacent panel main bodies can be connected to each other in a positioned state. Therefore, compared to the conventional stud material, the marking work can be greatly simplified, and there is no need to cut the panel at the construction site or adjust the position of the panel at the time of assembly. The panel structure can be easily constructed. If the male pillar member and the female pillar member are configured so that a gap is formed between the adjacent panel main bodies in the hooked state, the gap can be easily and highly accurately provided between the panel main bodies. Supports such as shelves can be arranged using the gap.

It is a cross-sectional view which shows in the state of connecting.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, the present invention is embodied in a part of a display wall in which functional objects such as a shelf board, a storage box, a desk, and a hanging bar are attached to a panel structure, and the display wall is a connection of panels. It has a characteristic structure. The vertical direction or the vertical direction means the vertical direction, that is, the direction from the floor surface to the ceiling or the opposite direction, and the horizontal direction, the width direction, or the side means the direction orthogonal to the vertical direction, that is, the panel structure. The front means the direction from the back surface to the front surface of the panel, and the rear means the direction from the front surface to the back surface of the panel.

First, the display wall will be briefly explained. In the display wall 10 shown in FIG. 1, the panel structure 11 is arranged so as to cover at least a part of the base wall surface W such as an inner wall, and is viewed from the front with a plurality of panels 12 fixed to the base wall surface W. It is configured to include a right end panel 13 provided to the right of the panel 12 located on the far right side, and a left end panel 14 provided to the left of the panel 12 located on the leftmost side in front view. Between the adjacent panels 12, between the panel 12 and the right end panel 13, and between the panel 12 and the left end panel 14, there are gaps S extending in the vertical direction at regular intervals in the width direction. By inserting the hooking piece b1 of the bracket B into the gap S, and hooking the hooking piece b1 into the hooking hole 16a of the connecting pillar 16 to be exposed from the gap S, FIG. As shown in the above, functional objects such as a shelf board f1, a storage box f2, a desk f3, and a hanging bar f4 can be attached to the panel structure 11 via the bracket B. The bracket B shown in FIG. 1 is for the shelf board f1, and the shape of the bracket B can be appropriately changed according to the functional object to be attached. Further, although not shown, the gap S can be set to a size having an effect of preventing the bracket B from falling off by appropriately sandwiching the bracket B.

Next, the configuration of the panel 12 of the embodiment according to the present invention, which includes the connecting column 16 of the embodiment according to the present invention, will be described. 3A and 3B show a panel 12, FIG. 3A is a plan view, and FIG. 3B is a front view in which an intermediate portion is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 3, the panel 12 extends along one side end portion of the panel main body 17 formed in advance in a rectangular shape having a predetermined size, and is fixed to the lateral end portion. Further, the fixing wall 18a is provided with the above-mentioned plurality of rectangular hooking holes 16a which are vertically aligned and to which the hooking piece b1 of the bracket B is hooked, and a countersunk screw-shaped fixing screw k3 (not shown here). A countersunk hole-shaped second opening 22 to be inserted and a daruma-shaped third opening 23 through which a hooking pin (not shown) is inserted are formed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 (a), the inner side wall 18b has a larger extension length to the rear than the outer side wall 18c, and the rear edge extends outward in the panel width direction. A contact wall 18d that can come into contact with the base wall surface W is continuously provided. As shown in FIG. 5D, the contact wall 18d is provided with a notch 18d 1 at a position facing the first opening 21 and the second opening 22. On the other hand, the outer side wall 18c is terminated in front of the base wall surface W, and the wing wall 18e extending outward in the panel width direction is continuously provided at the rear end edge.

On the wing wall 18e, a plurality of insertion tongue pieces 25 that can be inserted into a slit 30 (see FIG. 6) formed in the female pillar member 19 connected to the male pillar member 18 at intervals in the vertical direction are provided. It is formed. An undercut 25a cut out upward is formed at the lower part of each insertion tongue piece 25, and the insertion tongue piece 25 is inserted into the corresponding slit 30 of the female pillar member 19 and into the undercut 25a. By engaging the edge of the lower end of the slit 30, the insertion tongue piece 25 can be hooked on the female pillar member 19, and the male pillar member 18, the female pillar member 19, and the adjacent panels 12 can be connected to each other. it can. The insertion tongue piece 25 is formed so as to be separated from the base end position of the wing wall 18e, whereby it is possible to avoid concentration of processing strain on the undercut 25a during press molding of the male column member 18, and the difference. The shape accuracy of the tongue piece 25 can be improved, and as will be described later, when the panel 12 is assembled, the tongue piece 25 of the male pillar member 18 can be easily inserted diagonally into the slit 30 of the female pillar member 19. can do.

The undercut 25a has a top portion 25a 1 having the largest notch depth from the lower end of the insertion tongue piece 25, and the top portion 25a 1 extending outward in the panel width direction and cutting toward the outside in the panel width direction. It has an inclined portion 25a 2 that reduces the notch depth, and is further rounded at a corner portion (lower end portion of the insertion tongue piece) 25a 3 between the inclined portion 25a 2 and the side edge 25c of the insertion tongue piece 25. have. By providing a rounded corner 25a 3, it can be the corner 25a 3 of the undercut 25a rides over the smooth edge of the lower end of the slit 30 when inserting Sakomishitahen 25 into the slit 30. To ensure this, the radius of curvature of the roundness is preferably in the range of 3 to 5 mm, more preferably 3.5 mm. If the radius of curvature of the roundness is less than 3 mm, the corner portion 25a 3 may not smoothly get over the edge of the lower end of the slit 30, and if it exceeds 5 mm, the depth of the undercut 25a cannot be sufficiently secured. In some cases. Further, by following the corners 25a 3 having a rounded providing an inclined portion 25a 2, when inserting the Sakomishitahen 25 into the slit 30, the inclined portion 25a 2 is guided to the edge of the lower end of the slit 30 Therefore, the insertion tongue piece 25 can be stably and smoothly inserted into the slit 30. It is more preferable that the inclination angle α of the inclined portion 25a 2 with respect to the side edge 25c is 20 ° or more and 45 ° or less. If the inclination angle α is less than 20 °, the effect of smoothly inserting the insertion tongue piece 25 into the slit 30 may not be sufficiently obtained, and if it exceeds 45 °, the depth of the undercut 25a This is because it may not be possible to secure a sufficient amount. The inclined portion 25a 2 extends linearly in the illustrated example, but may extend in a convex or concave curve shape. Further, when the corner portions 25a 3 get over the lower end edge portion of the slit 30, if the moving distance in the ceiling direction is large, the panel 12 may hit the ceiling. Therefore, from the viewpoint of preventing the panel 12 from hitting the ceiling when the corner portion 25a 3 gets over the lower end edge portion of the slit 30, the vertical distance from the top portion 25a 1 to the lower end portion of the corner portion 25a 3 is 10 mm or more and 20 mm or less. It is preferable to do so.

Further, by setting the length w1 of the top portion 25a 1 along the panel width direction to be slightly larger than the plate thickness of the female pillar member 19, the plate thickness of the female pillar member 19 is not affected. , The top 25a 1 of the undercut 25a can be reliably abutted and engaged with the edge of the lower end of the slit 30 to maintain a stable hooked state. In the illustrated example, the length w1 of the top portion 25a 1 is set slightly larger (for example, about 1 mm) with respect to the plate thickness of the female column member 19. The magnitude of this play dimension can be derived from the optimum value that allows the distortion of the wall.

Further, it is preferable to provide an inclined portion 25b inclined downward from the root of the inserted tongue piece 25 toward the side edge 25c on the upper portion of the inserted tongue piece 25, whereby the inserted tongue piece 25 is placed in the slit 30. Can be easily inserted into. The inclination angle β of the inclined portion 25b with respect to the side edge 25c is preferably 90 ° or more and 130 ° or less, and more preferably 120 °.

The insertion tongue piece 25 having such a configuration preferably has a vertical length L1 that is twice to five times the pitch of the hooking hole 16a of the male pillar member 18. With such a length L1, when a functional object is hooked on the hooking hole 16a via the bracket B, the load can be sufficiently distributed to the female pillar member 19 through the insertion tongue piece 25. In the illustrated example, the vertical length L1 of the insertion tongue piece 25 is about four times the pitch of the hooking hole 16a. Further, from the viewpoint of maintaining a stable connection state of the adjacent panels 12, the distance between the vertically adjacent insertion tongue pieces 25 shall be 80% or more and 130% or less of the vertical length L1 of the insertion tongue pieces 25. Is preferable. If the distance between the vertically adjacent insertion tongue pieces 25 is too large, that is, if the number of insertion tongue pieces 25 is too small with respect to the total length of the male pillar member 18, the load is sufficiently supported between the adjacent panels 12. If the distance between the vertically adjacent insertion tongue pieces 25 is too small, that is, the insertion tongue piece 25 may be displaced with respect to the total length of the male pillar member 18. This is because if the number is too large, the work of hooking all the insertion tongue pieces 25 into the slits 30 of the female pillar member 19 becomes complicated.

On the other hand, the female pillar member 19, for example, a long material which is formed by pressing a metal plate such as hot-rolled steel sheet, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), along the rear surface of the panel body 17 Of the fixed wall 19a extending and being fixed to the back surface by the fixing screw k1 and the lateral edge extending in the vertical direction of the fixed wall 19a, the panel body 17 is located inside from the lateral edge in the panel width direction. Of the inner side wall 19b extending rearward so as to be separated from the panel and the lateral edge extending in the vertical direction of the fixed wall 19a, the panel body 17 is located on the outer side in the panel width direction. It has an outer side wall 19c extending rearward so as to be separated from the above, and is formed in a substantially C-shaped or substantially U-shaped cross section whose back surface side is opened by the fixed wall 19a, the side wall 19b and the side wall 19c. It was ing from things. The female column member 19 can be manufactured by extrusion-molding a metal material such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy, or can be manufactured by molding, extrusion-molding, or press-molding a fiber-reinforced plastic or the like.

As shown in FIG. 6C, a plurality of openings 28 through which the fixing screw k1 is inserted are formed in the fixed wall 19a at intervals in the vertical direction, whereby the female pillar member 19 is formed in FIG. 4 As shown in the above, the panel body 17 is fixed in advance via the fixing screw k1.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6A, the inner side wall 19b has an extension length that abuts on the base wall surface W. The outer side wall 19c has an extension length that abuts on the base wall surface W, and a fixed wing wall 19d that extends outward in the panel width direction is continuously provided at the rear end edge. A plurality of openings 29 through which the fixing screw k2 is inserted are formed in the fixed wing wall 19d at intervals in the vertical direction, whereby the female column member 19 is formed via the fixing screw k2 as shown in FIG. It is fixed to the base wall surface W together with the panel body 17. The fixed wing wall 19d extends to the contact wall 18d of the male column member 18, and has a stepped portion 19d 1 at the tip thereof that sandwiches the contact wall 18d with the base wall surface W. Further, the fixed wing wall 19d is formed with a notch portion 19d 2 at a position facing the second opening 22 of the male column member 18.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, a slit 30 into which the above-mentioned insertion tongue piece 25 is inserted is formed in the outer side wall 19c in the vertical direction corresponding to the height position of the insertion tongue piece 25. Multiple pieces are formed at intervals. When assembling the panel 12, it is assumed that the insertion tongue piece 25 of the male pillar member 18 must be assembled to the slit 30 of the female pillar member 19 from a slightly oblique direction due to the work space or the like. At this time, the slit 30 may be provided at a predetermined distance from the rear end edge of the side wall 19c so that the tip of the tongue piece 25 is not pierced into the base wall surface W. Further, in order to allow the insertion tongue piece 25 to be inserted diagonally into the slit 30, the width w2 of the slit 30 is preferably 2 times or more and 3 times or less the plate thickness of the insertion tongue piece 25 to be inserted. .. Further, regarding the height (length in the vertical direction) L2 of the slit 30, if it is set large, it becomes easy to assemble, but since it is necessary to maintain the overall strength of the female pillar member 19, the insertion tongue piece 25 is slit 30. The height L2 of the slit 30 is 1.05 times or more the vertical length L1 of the insertion tongue piece 25 1 from the viewpoint of enabling smooth insertion into the inside and preventing backlash in the inserted state. It is preferably 3 times or less.

It is preferable that the female column member 19 has a smaller plate thickness than the male column member 18. This is based on the relationship between strength and cost, that is, the male column member 18 receives the load of the panel body 17, and at the same time, exerts a force that distorts in an S shape in a lateral view due to the bending moment applied from the bracket B. It is necessary to maintain the required strength at the fixed wall 18a and the side walls 18b and 18c so that they will be received. Further, since the vertical load from the bracket B is applied to the plug-in tongue piece 25 located at a position away from the fixed wall 18a, it is necessary to maintain the required strength in the plug-in tongue piece 25 as well. On the other hand, the female pillar member 19 is the same in that it receives the load of the panel body 17, but the load from the insertion tongue piece 25 of the male pillar member 18 is received by the side wall 18c near the fixed wall 19a. The required strength is small. Therefore, by making the plate thickness of the female column member 19 smaller than the plate thickness of the male column member 18, it is possible to reduce the material cost and the processing cost while ensuring the required strength.

Finally, the configurations of the right end panel 13 and the left end panel 14 will be briefly described. The right end panel 13 has a long plate-shaped panel body 33 (see FIG. 9) having a width smaller than that of the panel 12, and the female pillar member 19 described above is previously fixed to the back surface thereof by a fixing screw k1. is there. The left end panel 14 has a long plate-shaped panel body 34 (see FIG. 13) having a width smaller than that of the panel 12, but the male pillar member 18 is not fixed in advance, and the male pillar member 18 is attached to the base wall surface W. The panel main body 34 is fixed to the male pillar member 18 after being hooked on the female pillar member 19 fixed to the male pillar member 19 and fixed to the base wall surface W with a screw. Further, the female pillar member 19 of the right end panel 13 is the same as the female pillar member 19 of the panel 12, and the male pillar member 18 of the left end panel 14 is the same as the male pillar member 18 of the panel 12. , It is not necessary to separately prepare pillar members for both end panels 13 and 14, which is advantageous in terms of cost.

Next, a method of constructing the panel structure 11 by using a plurality of the panels 12 of the present embodiment described above will be described. In the illustrated example, since the panels 12, 13 and 14 are long, each panel 12, 13 and 14 includes two pairs of male pillar members 18 and female pillar members 19. FIG. 7 shows a base wall surface W on which a predetermined base work has been performed. First, as shown in FIG. 8, vertical marking is performed on the base wall surface W using a plumb bob and a laser marking machine or the like. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the female pillar member 19 of the right end panel 13 is fitted with the fixing screw k2 in a state where the right end of the right end panel 13 is aligned with the vertical ink and the height is adjusted arbitrarily with a height adjusting plate or the like. Is fixed to the base wall surface W.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10A, the panel 12 is slid sideways toward the right end panel 13 with the back surface of the panel 12 facing the base wall surface W, and the male pillar member 18 of the panel 12 is used. All of the insertion tongue pieces 25 of the above are inserted into the slits 30 of the female pillar member 19 of the right end panel 13 and hooked. At this time, as shown in FIG. 10B, a gap S having a constant width is formed between the panel main body 17 of the panel 12 and the panel main body 33 of the right end panel 13, and the insertion tongue piece 25 is formed. Since it is formed away from the base end position of the blade wall 18e, a gap G is formed between the outer side wall 18c of the male column member 18 and the outer side wall 19c of the female column member 19. Due to the presence of such a gap G, when the panel 12 is hooked on the right end panel 13 or another panel 12, the insertion tongue piece 25 of the male pillar member 18 can be easily inserted into the slit 30 at an angle. There are advantages. In this state, or when it is desired to adjust the width of the gap S, with the gap adjusting plate sandwiched between the panel main body 17 and the panel main body 33, as shown in FIG. 11, the female pillar member 19 of the panel 12 Is fixed to the base wall surface W using the fixing screw k2. Hereinafter, this work is repeated, and as shown in FIG. 12, the required number of panels 12 are attached to the base wall surface W.

Next, the left end panel 14 is attached to the left side of the wide panel 12 located on the leftmost side. A plurality of hooking pins 35 as shown in FIG. 13 are screwed on the back surface of the panel body 34 constituting the left end panel 14. Reference numeral 36 is a spacer angle that holds a predetermined gap between the panel main body 34 and the base wall surface W. Here, first, as shown in FIG. 14, the male pillar member 18 is hung on the female pillar member 19 of the panel 12 as a single body, and a countersunk screw type fixing screw k3 inserted into the second opening 22 is used. And fix it to the base wall surface W. After that, an adhesive was applied to the surface of the fixing wall 18a of the male pillar member 18, and the flat head of the hooking pin 35 attached to the panel body 34 of the left end panel 14 was fixed to the base wall surface W. It is inserted into a third opening 23 having a slack hole shape of the pillar member 18 and hooked on the protruding portions on both sides of the lower portion thereof, and the panel main body 34 is adhered to the fixed wall 18a of the male pillar member 18. As a result, the attachment of the left end panel 14 is completed, and the panel structure 11 as shown in FIG. 1 is constructed. If it is not necessary to fix the panel body 34 to the male pillar member 18, the bonding process may be omitted.

In this way, the panel 12 including the panel body 17, the male column member 18, and the female column member 19 can be assembled in advance at a factory or the like. Therefore, at the construction site of the panel structure 11, the panel 12 is simply assembled. These panel main bodies 17 can be connected to each other while accurately setting a gap S having a predetermined dimension between adjacent panel main bodies 17. Therefore, as compared with the conventional stud material, the marking work can be greatly simplified, and it is also necessary to cut the panel 12 at the construction site and adjust the position of the panel 12 at the time of assembly. The panel structure 11 can be constructed extremely easily. Further, the gap S can be set to be sufficiently narrow. For example, by setting the gap S to an extremely narrow gap of about 1 to 5 mm, the bracket B can be appropriately sandwiched to have an effect of preventing falling off. Alternatively, since it is possible to set without a gap, the gap S is not conspicuous and does not spoil the aesthetic appearance.

Further, in the present embodiment, if the operator holds the panel 12 with both hands, it is difficult to visually recognize the connection portion between the insertion tongue piece 25 and the slit 30 in the vicinity. Since it is provided in 19c, the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19 on the back surface of the panel 12 can be connected by simply pressing the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19 against the base wall surface W and sliding the panel 12, so that the assembly is easy.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19 are formed in a substantially C-shaped cross section with the back side open thereof, the work from the back side when fixing them to the panel main body 17 is performed. Is easy and the cost of materials can be reduced. Further, storage for wiring, lighting, an outlet, etc. is performed between the panel main body 17 and the base wall surface W, or between the fixed wall 18a of the male pillar member 18 and the fixed wall 19a of the female pillar member 19 and the base wall surface W. A space R (see FIG. 4) that can be used as a space can be formed.

Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the fixed wing wall 19d of the female column member 19 is extended to the contact wall 18d of the male column member 18, and the contact wall 18d is formed at the stepped portion 19d 1 at the tip thereof. Is configured to be sandwiched between the base wall surface W, and the deformation of the male column member 18 when a bending moment is applied from the bracket B can be regulated or suppressed by the fixed wing wall 19d of the female column member 19. Therefore, the required strength of the male pillar member 18 can be reduced, and the thickness of the male pillar member 18 can be reduced.

FIG. 16 shows a panel structure of another embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment is an example in which one of a plurality of panels 12 is formed in an L shape, and the L-shaped panel 12 is arranged at a corner of a base wall surface W. By changing the shape of the panel 12 in this way, it is possible to adapt the panel 12 to various shapes such as the curved base wall surface W.

FIG. 17 shows yet another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the shape of the slit 30 of the female pillar member 19 is different from that of the above-described embodiment, and the width of the slit 30 is set narrow at the lower part. Specifically, the slit 30 has an inclined guide portion 30a whose width decreases downward, and a narrowed portion 30b extending linearly downward from the inclined guide portion 30a. By setting the width of the slit 30 narrow at the lower portion in this way, it is possible to suppress rattling between the assembled panels 12 and firmly bond them, and it is possible to improve the strength of the panel structure.

Although the present invention has been described above based on the illustrated examples, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications and additions can be made within the scope of the claims. For example, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the contact wall 18d of the male pillar member 18 is sandwiched between the tip of the fixed wing wall 19d of the female pillar member 19 and the base wall surface W has been described. A groove may be formed at the tip edge of the contact wall 18d, and the tip of the fixed wing wall 19d of the female column member 19 having a corresponding shape may be inserted into the groove. Alternatively, the fixed wing wall 19d of the female column member 19 may be terminated by the labor of the contact wall 18d of the male column member 18 and may not support the contact wall 18d.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which the male pillar member 18 is provided at the right end portion of the panel 12 and the female pillar member 19 is provided at the left end portion in the front view has been described, but the female pillar member 19 is provided at the right end portion of the panel 12 and the left end portion. A male pillar member 18 may be provided in the portion. In this case, the mounting direction of the panel 12 on the base wall surface W is reversed, and the panel 12 is mounted sequentially from left to right.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the vertically long panel 12 has been described, but the panel 12 may be horizontally long or square.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19 having a substantially C-shaped cross section have been described, but the cross-sectional shapes of the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19 are not limited to this, and may be a substantially square shape. Good.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which a plurality of panels 12 are connected to each other to construct a panel structure 11 as a wall surface by utilizing its own weight has been described, but the present invention is not limited to the wall surface and is a pillar. It can also be used when assembling materials, ceiling materials, floor materials, furniture, furniture, etc., and is particularly effective when the ceiling or floor is an inclined surface.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10B, it has been explained that when the panel 12 is assembled, a gap G is formed between the male pillar member 18 and the female pillar member 19. As shown in 18 (a), the plug-in tongue piece 25 is formed adjacent to the rear end edge of the outer side wall 18c, and when the panel 12 is assembled, the outer side wall 18c of the male pillar member 18 is the female pillar member 19. It may be brought into contact with the outer side wall 19c (see FIG. 18B).

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily construct a panel structure in which a plurality of panels are connected to each other.
