A liquid adhesive is cyclically applied to the outside with reference to the outer peripheral edge of the sheet-shaped adhesive member, and is held by the sheet-shaped adhesive member, the transparent member bonded to the moisture-proof bag by the liquid adhesive, and the dried plant holding member. A dried plant decoration composed of dried plants arranged in the moisture-proof bag so as to be visible from the window.
