Description

Claims (9)
- 直立姿勢に支持された金属製の細長い構造本体と、
前記細長い本体内に乾燥チャンバを形成するために、前記細長い本体の互いに反対側の上端部及び下端部にそれぞれある上端部閉鎖機構及び下端部閉鎖機構と、
前記細長い本体内に内部乾燥ゾーンを形成するように、前記細長い本体の内壁表面に対して離間して前記細長い本体内に配置された非構造性非金属ライナと
を備える、液体を乾燥させて粉体にするための静電噴霧乾燥システムであって、
前記上端部閉鎖機構および前記下端部閉鎖機構の一方は、乾燥ガス源に接続するため及び乾燥ガスを前記乾燥ゾーンに導くための乾燥ガス入口を含み、
前記静電噴霧乾燥システムは、前記一方の閉鎖機構に支持された静電スプレーノズル組立体をさらに備え、
前記静電スプレーノズル組立体は、ノズル本体を含み、前記ノズル本体は、乾燥させる液体を前記乾燥ゾーンに導くための、前記ノズル本体の下流端部にある放出スプレーチップ組立体を有し、
前記静電スプレーノズル組立体は、前記乾燥ゾーン内に放出される液体の供給部に接続するための液体入口と、前記スプレーノズル組立体を通って前記放出スプレーチップ組立体から前記乾燥ゾーン内に放出される液体を帯電させるために電源に接続される電極とを有し、
前記静電噴霧乾燥システムは、前記細長い本体内に前記ライナを解放可能に支持するように、かつ、前記静電噴霧乾燥システムの使用後の前記ライナの選択的な取り外し及び交換を可能にするように、周方向に配置された支持部をさらに備え、前記周方向に配置された支持部は、前記ライナを金属製の前記細長い本体に対して電気的に絶縁するように支持するための、周方向に離間した複数の非金属隔離部を含む、噴霧乾燥システム。 - 前記静電スプレーノズル組立体は、前記放出スプレーチップ組立体から放出される静電帯電した液体を霧化するために、加圧霧化ガスを前記ノズル本体を通じて導くように加圧ガス供給部に接続される霧化ガス入口を有する、請求項1の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記霧化ガス入口は、不活性ガスの供給部と、前記不活性ガスが前記スプレーノズル組立体の前記霧化ガス入口に導かれるときに前記不活性ガスを加熱するためのヒータとに接続される、請求項2に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ライナは、前記ライナと前記細長い本体の前記内壁表面との間に少なくとも2インチの空隙を形成するように、前記細長い本体内の中央に配置されている、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ライナは、可撓性の不透過性プラスチック材料または透過性フィルタの一方で作られている、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記細長い本体の前記下端部閉鎖機構は、粉体収集チャンバと、排出ガス出口を有するフィルタ要素ハウジングであって、前記フィルタ要素ハウジング及び前記排出ガス出口を通って前記収集チャンバを出る乾燥ガスから、ガスが運ぶ粒子状物質をフィルタリングするためのフィルタ要素ハウジングと、排出ガスを前記乾燥チャンバ及び前記乾燥ゾーンに再導入するように前記排出ガス出口と前記乾燥ガス入口との間に接続された再循環導管と、前記乾燥チャンバ及び前記乾燥ゾーンに再導入する前に排出ガスを加熱するための、前記再循環導管内の加熱要素とを含む、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 前記ノズル本体は細長い中空本体であり、入力ヘッドが前記ノズル本体を支持しており、前記液体入口は前記入力ヘッドにあり、前記電極は、前記液体入口と連通する液体通路を有し、導電性材料で作られた細長い供給管が、前記電極の前記液体通路と連通する液体通路を有し、前記細長いノズル本体内に配置されており、前記供給管及び前記細長いノズル本体は、加圧ガス源に接続される加圧ガス入口を有するガス流路を形成しており、前記放出スプレーチップ組立体は、前記供給管の前記液体通路と連通する液体通路と、前記スプレーノズル組立体から液体を放出するための放出オリフィスとを有する、前記ノズル本体の下流端にある導電性材料で作られたスプレーチップを含む、請求項1に記載の噴霧乾燥システム。
- 直立姿勢に支持された細長い構造本体と、
前記細長い本体内に乾燥チャンバを形成するために、前記細長い本体の互いに反対側の上端部及び下端部にそれぞれある上端部閉鎖機構及び下端部閉鎖機構と、
前記細長い本体内に内部乾燥ゾーンを形成するように、前記細長い本体の内壁表面に対して離間して前記細長い本体内に配置された非構造性非金属ライナと
を備える、液体を乾燥させて粉体にするための静電噴霧乾燥システムであって、
前記上端部閉鎖機構および前記下端部閉鎖機構の一方は、乾燥ガス源に接続するため及び乾燥ガスを前記乾燥ゾーンに導くための乾燥ガス入口を含み、
前記静電噴霧乾燥システムは、前記一方の閉鎖機構に支持された静電スプレーノズル組立体をさらに備え、
前記静電スプレーノズル組立体は、ノズル本体を含み、前記ノズル本体は、乾燥させる液体を前記乾燥ゾーンに導くための、前記ノズル本体の下流端部にある放出スプレーチップ組立体を有し、
前記静電スプレーノズル組立体は、前記乾燥ゾーン内に放出される液体の供給部に接続するための液体入口と、前記スプレーノズル組立体を通って前記放出スプレーチップ組立体から前記乾燥ゾーン内に放出される液体を帯電させるために電源に接続される電極とを有し、
前記静電噴霧乾燥システムは、前記細長い本体内に前記ライナを解放可能に支持するように、かつ、前記静電噴霧乾燥システムの使用後の前記ライナの選択的な取り外し及び交換を可能にするように、周方向に配置された支持部をさらに備え、前記周方向に配置された支持部は、前記ライナを前記細長い本体に対して電気的に絶縁するように支持するための複数のリング組立体を含み、前記リング組立体の各々は、前記ライナの端部が固定される内側リングと、前記細長い本体に固定される外側リングと、前記内側リングと前記外側リングとの間に半径方向に固定された、周方向に離間した複数の非導電性スタッドとを含む、噴霧乾燥システム。 - 直立姿勢に支持された細長い構造本体と、
前記細長い本体内に乾燥チャンバを形成するために、前記細長い本体の互いに反対側の上端部及び下端部にそれぞれある上端部閉鎖機構及び下端部閉鎖機構と、
前記細長い本体内に内部乾燥ゾーンを形成するように、前記細長い本体の内壁表面に対して離間して前記細長い本体内に配置された非構造性非金属ライナと

前記細長い本体は、複数の円筒形モジュール、及び隣り合う前記円筒形モジュールを互いに解放可能に接続するためのクイックディスコネクト継手を含む、多部品モジュール式構成を有し、前記円筒形モジュールの少なくとも1つは、選択的に取り外し可能であり、特定の噴霧用途のために前記乾燥チャンバの長さを変更するために交換可能であり、前記ライナは、取り外し可能であり、前記乾燥チャンバの前記変更された長さに対応する長さの交換可能ライナと交換可能である、噴霧乾燥システム。
