Description
まず、フィラメントワインディング装置1の概略構成について、図1を用いて説明する。フィラメントワインディング装置1は、巻付装置2と、クリールスタンド3と、コントロールパネル4と、を備える。
次に、巻付装置2の構成について、図2及び図3を用いて説明する。巻付装置2は、基台15と、支持ユニット20(本発明の支持部。第1支持ユニット21及び第2支持ユニット22)と、フープ巻ユニット30と、ヘリカル巻ユニット40と、を備える。
次に、ヘリカル巻ユニット40の詳細について、図4〜図6を用いて説明する。図4は、ヘリカル巻ユニット40の正面図である。図5は、図4のV−V断面図である。図6は、後述するテンション付与部70の模式図である。
次に、開繊部材60の詳細構成について、図7及び図8を用いて説明する。図7(a)は、開繊部材60を後端側から見た斜視図である。図7(b)は、後述する複数の開繊面66のうち1つの拡大図である。図8(a)は、開繊部材60の背面図である。図8(b)は、図8(a)のVIII(a)−VIII(a)断面図である。
次に、以上の構成を有する開繊部材60による繊維束Fの開繊について、図7(a)及び図9を用いて説明する。図9(a)は、開繊部材60、及び、開繊部材60によって開繊された繊維束Fの断面を示す図である。図9(b)は、内周面が仮に断面円形であるとした場合の開繊部材160、及び、開繊部材160によって開繊された繊維束Fの断面を示す図である。
このため、前後方向に走行する繊維束Fを開繊面66に滑らかに沿わせることができる。したがって、繊維束Fの損傷を抑えることができる。

Claims (4)
- ライナーを回転可能に支持し、且つ、前記ライナーの軸方向に移動可能な支持部と、
回転しつつ前記軸方向に移動している前記ライナーに複数の繊維束をヘリカル巻きするヘリカル巻ヘッドと、を備え、
前記ヘリカル巻ヘッドは、
前記ライナーの周方向に配列され、前記ヘリカル巻ヘッドに供給される複数の繊維束をそれぞれ前記ライナーへ案内する複数の繊維束ガイドと、
繊維束の走行方向において前記複数の繊維束ガイドよりも下流側に配置され、複数の繊維束を前記軸方向の一方側から他方側に挿通可能な孔を形成する内周面を有する開繊部材と、を有し、
前記開繊部材の前記内周面には、前記軸方向の前記一方側から前記他方側に走行する複数の繊維束が接触する複数の開繊面が形成されており、
各開繊面の前記軸方向に直交する断面の形状は、直線状であることを特徴とするフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 前記内周面は、前記軸方向から見たときに多角形状を有しており、
前記多角形の各辺は、各開繊面を構成し、
前記複数の開繊面の数は、前記複数の繊維束ガイドの数と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 各開繊面は、
前記軸方向において前記一方側から前記他方側に向かうほど、前記内周面の径方向中心との距離が小さくなっており、且つ、前記径方向中心に向かって凸である湾曲形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。 - 前記周方向において互いに隣接する2つの前記開繊面の間に、前記周方向における繊維束の移動を規制する規制部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のフィラメントワインディング装置。
