Description
Claims (2)
- 緑色ガラス組成物であって、
ソーダライムマザーガラス組成物100重量%を基準に、Fe 2 O 3 0.65〜1.3重量%、TiO 2 0.1〜0.4重量%及びSO 3 0.08〜0.20重量%を含んでなり、Fe 2 O 3 の酸化還元比が0.22から0.38であり、
前記ソーダライムマザーガラス組成物は、SiO 2 65〜75重量%、Al 2 O 3 0.3〜3.0重量%、Na 2 O+K 2 O 10〜18重量%、CaO 9.8〜15重量%及びMgO 3.85〜7重量%を含み、
前記ソーダライムマザーガラス組成物100重量%を基準に、Cr、Ce及びCo成分のそれぞれの含量が0.001重量%未満であり、
前記緑色ガラスは、基準厚さ3.2mmを基準に可視光線透過率(Tvis)70%以上である緑色ガラス組成物の製造方法であって、
ガラス原料バッチ内のボウ硝と還元剤の重量比が11.5から53.6となるようにガラス原料バッチをなすステップを含む、緑色ガラス組成物の製造方法。 - 前記還元剤は、無煙炭、石炭、石油コークス、コークス、チャコール、木炭及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択されるものである、請求項1に記載の緑色ガラスの製造方法。
