Description

The present invention relates to an angle regulator for preventing scaffold sliding and a stabilizing structure for preventing scaffold sliding and subsidence.

(図6(a)参照)
FIG. 6 shows a conventional scaffold stabilization structure.
When assembling a scaffold binding type scaffold, Non-Patent Document 1 describes the following criteria as a structure for preventing the scaffold from slipping.
(1) Provide roots c of a member different from the horizontal lumber b in each of the girder direction and the beam-to-beam direction.
(2) The root entanglement c should be installed as close to the ground as possible and tied to each support column a with a binding part.
(3) For the root entanglement c in the girder direction, the scaffolding steel pipe should be straddled over at least three or more columns a, and attached using a connecting tool c1 such as a binding metal fitting or a single pipe joint. (See FIG. 6 (a))
(4) When the screw tube type jack base d at the bottom of the support column a is fixed to the floor plate e with two or more nails f or the like, the root entanglement c in the girder direction may be omitted. (See FIG. 6 (b))

In this way, in order to prevent the scaffolding from slipping, the roots are arranged so as to straddle at least three or more columns, or the jack base is nailed to the floor plate to fix the position of the columns. It was necessary to keep it.

[Revised Edition] Technical Standards for Assembling and Using Wedge-Binding Scaffolds, Temporary Industry Association, June 30, 2015

In the scaffolding stabilization structure described above, the anti-slip function is carried out by the angle regulator A, and the settling prevention function is carried out by the settling prevention material B.
Each function will be described below.

<2> Anti-slip function The anti-slip function is carried out by the angle regulator A attached between each horizontal member Y.
Since the action and effect are the same as those in Example 1 described above, detailed description thereof will be omitted.

<3> Settlement prevention function The settlement prevention function is carried out by the settlement prevention material B provided under the jack base X1.
The subsidence prevention material B is a member that prevents the scaffold from subsidence by reducing the load load per unit area by making the ground contact area wider than the ground contact area of the jack base X1.
The subsidence prevention material B is provided with a type (FIG. 5 (a)) in which a floor board B1 which is an independent member is provided for each jack base X1 and a floor plate B2 on which a plurality of jack bases X1 are continuously placed in the girder direction. There are types and so on.

<4> Action and effect According to the above-mentioned stabilization structure, since the angle regulator A is responsible for the anti-slip function of the scaffold, it is not necessary to apply a mechanism or processing to the subsidence prevention material B to exert the anti-slip function.
In particular, when the subsidence prevention material B made of the floor plate B1 shown in FIG. 5B is adopted, it is not necessary to provide the anti-slip function by nailing the floor plate B1 and the jack base X1. Contributes to improving work efficiency during dismantling.
