- カテーテル(1)と前記カテーテル(1)の内部に穿設されたガイドワイヤ(2)とを備え、前記カテーテル(1)の一端に操作部(3)が固定接続されており、前記操作部(3)から離れた前記カテーテル(1)の遠位端外側にバルーン(4)が被覆されており、前記カテーテル(1)のルーメンと前記バルーン(4)のインナーキャビティは前記カテーテル(1)に設置された連通構造により連通している拡張バルーンカテーテルであって、前記ガイドワイヤ(2)は、前記バルーン(4)のインナーキャビティにおいて互いに離間する第1ガイドワイヤ(21)及び第2ガイドワイヤ(22)を備え、前記第1ガイドワイヤ(21)の後端が前記操作部(3)の抜き差し構造に接続され、前記第2ガイドワイヤ(22)が固定工程により前記カテーテル(1)の他端に固定され、

- 前記カテーテル(1)の前記操作部(3)から離れた側に先端カテーテル(23)が設けられ、前記第2ガイドワイヤ(22)が前記先端カテーテル(23)内まで延びており、前記第2ガイドワイヤ(22)の前記先端カテーテル(23)に位置する端部から前記先端カテーテル(23)の先端までの距離は0.5mm〜2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテル(1)の前記操作部(3)から離れた側に先端カテーテル(23)が設けられ、前記第2ガイドワイヤ(22)が前記操作部(3)から離れて前記先端カテーテル(23)の外部まで延びており、前記第2ガイドワイヤ(22)の前記先端カテーテル(23)の外部に位置する部分は球状体構造(6)として設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記操作部(3)は把持部(31)を備え、前記カテーテル(1)が前記把持部(31)の内部に穿設されることで、前記バルーン(4)のインナーキャビティに連通する液体チャネルが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記把持部(31)の後端に二方コック(32)が設けられており、前記二方コック(32)のプラグにコック貫通孔が設けられており、前記コック貫通孔が前記カテーテル(1)の管口と同軸である場合、前記液体チャネルを開き、前記コック貫通孔が前記カテーテル(1)の管口に垂直である場合、前記液体チャネルを閉じることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記バルーン(4)の後端の前記カテーテル(1)の外周面に目盛線が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
- 前記操作部(3)の後端に雄ねじ(33)が設けられており、ねじ蓋(35)が前記雄ねじ(33)に套設されることが可能であり、前記ねじ蓋(35)は前記抜き差し構造として前記第1ガイドワイヤ(21)の後端に接続されており、前記ねじ蓋(35)を取り外すことにより前記第1ガイドワイヤ(21)を引き出すことができることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の拡張バルーンカテーテル。
