The clamp device 1 according to the present invention is for fixing (clamping) an article in a machining process or the like. The clamping device described below is particularly a vertical push type, and clamps an article by pressing it from above. Each component constituting the clamp device 1 is usually made of metal, but is not limited to metal as long as it has a predetermined strength, and may be made of resin, and is limited to metal. It is not something that is done. It should be noted that this shows an example of the clamp device of the present invention, and other modifications are also possible.

The clamp device 1 is composed of a base portion 10, a handle portion 12, a link portion 20, a pressing portion 30, a swing portion 50, and the like. The base portion 10 is provided so that two substantially L-shaped plate members face each other at predetermined intervals, and supports the entire clamp device 1.

The swinging portion 50 has a rod shape, and the rear end portion 50b of the swinging portion, which is one end, is pivotally supported by the base portion 10 via a shaft pin 52 bridged over the rear upper portion of the base portion 10, and is supported at the other end. A swinging portion front end portion 50a is provided so as to be swingable in the vertical direction.

The pressing portion 30 is rod-shaped and is provided above the swinging portion 50 in a state of being urged parallel to the rocking portion 50 and maintaining a predetermined interval, and the pressing portion front end portion 30a at one end holds an article. It is a pressing end that is pressed and fixed. In the example of the present embodiment, the front end portion 30a of the pressing portion is provided with a bolt-shaped pressing member 32 extending downward, and the article is fixed via the pressing member 32 that functions as the pressing end.

Further, the method of arranging the pressing portion 30 in a state of being urged parallel to the swinging portion 50 and maintaining a predetermined interval is not particularly limited, but in the example of the present embodiment, the method is not particularly limited. , Two (or two or more) sliding shaft members 40, 44 parallel to the pressing portion 30 direction stand up from the swinging portion 50, and the sliding shaft members 40, 44 are loosely fitted into the pressing portion 30. The structure is such that spring members 42 and 46, which are elastic members, are arranged between the swinging portion 50 and the pressing portion 30. The sliding shaft members 40 and 44 are bolt-shaped, inserted into the through hole of the pressing portion 30, and screwed into the swinging portion 50, and the sliding shaft member between the swinging portion 50 and the pressing portion 30. Spring members 42 and 46 are installed on the 40 and 44. As an elastic member that replaces the spring materials 42 and 46, there is a sponge or the like.

A fixing pin 56 serving as a contact member is provided on the base portion 10 so that the rocking portion 50 becomes horizontal when the other end of the rocking portion 50 (front end portion 50a of the rocking portion) comes into contact with the rocking portion 50. When the swinging portion 50 is leveled by the fixing pin 56, the pressing portion 30 is also leveled in a state of being urged to be parallel to the swinging portion 50 and to maintain a predetermined interval.

A magnet that is a fixing member 54 is provided at a position in contact with the fixing pin 56 that is a contact member of the rocking portion 50, and the fixing pin 56 that is a contact member is a material that can be magnetically fixed to the fixing member 54. The method in which the contact member holds the swinging portion 50 for a predetermined period is not limited to the magnetic force, and may be another method.

The handle portion 12 is composed of two parts, a handle portion main body portion 14 and a handle bar 16, and the handle portion main body portion 14 is a rectangular plate material so as to sandwich the base portion 10 from the outside on both sides of the base portion 10. The handlebar 16 which is opposed to the handlebar 16 and is a substantially T-shaped plate material is arranged so as to extend further upward while being sandwiched between the upper end portion 14b of the handle portion main body portion. Then, the lower end portion 14a of the handle portion main body portion 14 of the handle portion main body portion 14 of the handle portion 12 is pivotally supported by the shaft pin 18 bridged to the front lower side of the base portion 10, and the handle bar which is the upper end of the handle portion 12 16 is in a state of being open so as to be swingable in the vertical direction.

The link portion 20 is connected to the pressing portion 30 and the handle portion 12 in a state where the end portions are pivotally supported by the pressing portion 30 and the handle portion 12. The link portion 20 is made of two rectangular plate members, and is pivotally supported by a shaft pin 24 with the lower end portion 20a of the link portion sandwiching the substantially center of the pressing portion 30, and the lower end portion 20a of the link portion is the handle portion 12. It is pivotally supported by a shaft pin 22 inside the vicinity of the upper end portion 14b of the handle portion main body portion.

Next, the usage and operation of the clamp device 1 having the above configuration will be described. First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the handle portion 12 is obliquely provided on the base portion 10, the swing portion 50 is obliquely provided on the base portion 10, and the pressing portion 30 is also obliquely provided on the base portion 10. The operation will be described from a state in which the handle portion 12, the swing portion 50, and the pressing portion 30 are arranged in a substantially V shape in a side view.

From the state of FIGS. 1 to 3, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, when the handle portion 12 is rotated in the upright direction, the link portion 20 presses the pressing portion 30 from above and is in a parallel state. The pressing portion 30 and the swinging portion 50 rotate integrally.

When the handle portion 12 is further rotated from the state of FIGS. 4 to 6, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, the swing portion 50 comes into contact with the fixing pin 56 which is a contact member, and the swing portion 50 And the pressing portion 30 becomes substantially horizontal.

When the handle portion 12 is further rotated from the state of FIGS. 7 to 9, the link portion 20 presses the pressing portion 30 and the pressing portion 30 is attached from the swinging portion 50 as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12. Contrary to the power, it will be lowered while maintaining the horizontal state. That is, the pressing portion 30 is pushed downward by the link portion 20, the swinging portion 50 abuts on the fixing pin 56 which is the abutting member, and the pressing portion 30 is not lowered any more, and the pressing portion 30 is the sliding shaft members 40, 44. The spring members 42 and 46 are compressed in a manner guided by the swinging portion 50, and descend while maintaining a parallel state with the swinging portion 50.

When the handle portion 12 is further rotated from the state of FIGS. 10 to 12, the pressing portion 30 stops in close contact with the swinging portion 50 as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, and in this state, the pressing portion 30 The pressing end (pressing member 32) of the above will fix the article. As for the overall movement of the clamp device 1, the pressing portion 30 swings and then descends, so that the pressing end (pressing member 32) of the pressing portion 30 fixes the article.

When the article is released from being fixed, the state shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, that is, the pressing portion 30 stops in close contact with the swinging portion 50, and the pressing end (pressing member 32) of the pressing portion 30 presses the article. In the fixed state, the handle portion 12 is rotated in the tilting direction. Then, the pressure applied to the pressing portion 30 by the link portion 20 weakens, and as shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the pressing portion 30 rises. At this time, the swinging portion 50 does not swing while the fixing member 54, which is a magnet provided in the swinging portion 50, and the fixing pin 56 remain adhered to each other. The state in which the swinging portion 50 does not swing continues until the pressing portion 30 and the swinging portion 50 are initially separated in parallel with a predetermined interval as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9. That is, the fixing pin 56, which is a contact member, holds the swinging portion 50 until the pressing portion 30 is separated from the swinging portion 50 and has a predetermined interval. When the pressing end (pressing member 32) of the pressing portion 30 is separated from the article, the fixing of the article itself is released.

Then, when the handle portion 12 is rotated in a more inclined direction from the state of FIGS. 7 to 9, the link portion 20 rotates the pressing portion 30, and when the rotation of the pressing portion 30 starts, the rotation of the pressing portion 30 is started. The swinging portion 50 is pulled up via the sliding shaft member 40, and as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the swinging portion 50 is separated from the fixing pin 56 and shaken in parallel with the pressing portion 30. Start moving.

Further, when the handle portion 12 is rotated in a more inclined direction, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the initial swing portion 50 and the pressing portion 30 return to a completely lifted state.

According to the clamp device 1 as described above, the pressing portion 30 swings and then descends only by operating the arc of the handle portion 12, so that the pressing end (pressing member 32) of the pressing portion 30 fixes the article. By doing so, it is possible to perform an action of pinching an article while swinging, and further move downward to push strongly and exert a sufficient holding force.

When it is desired to insert a pin into a hole located deep from the edge of an article for positioning, the conventional toggle clamp cannot finally insert the pin into the hole from directly above. On the other hand, in the clamp device 1, a pin is attached to the front end portion 30a of the pressing portion of the clamp device 1 arranged on the outside of the article, and the pin is moved to the upper part of the target position by circular motion only by operating the arc of the handle portion 12. By moving straight down from there, it is possible to insert a pin into the hole.

As described above, according to the present invention, only by operating the arc of the handle portion, while performing an action of pinching an article while swinging, it further moves downward and pushes strongly to exert a sufficient holding force. It is possible to provide a clamping device capable of providing a clamping device.
