アルキルベンゼン(A):炭素数1〜19のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜19であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜15のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜15であるアルキルベンゼン)
アルキルベンゼン(B):炭素数1〜40のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜40であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜30であるアルキルベンゼン)
(a)多価アルコールと多塩基酸とのモル比を調整して、多塩基酸のカルボキシル基の一部がエステル化されずに残存するエステル中間体を合成し、次いでその残存するカルボキシル基を一価アルコールでエステル化する方法

耐摩耗性試験は、高速四球試験により行った。剛球としてSUJ−2を用い、試験油量20mL、試験温度80℃、回転数1200rpm、負荷荷重294N、試験時間30分間の条件で試験を行った。耐摩耗性の評価は、固定球の摩耗痕径(mm)の平均値を用いた。

JIS K2211:2009(オートクレーブテスト)に準拠して、冷媒混合時の安定性を評価した。すなわち、水分含有量を1000ppmに調整した冷凍機油30gをオートクレーブに秤取し、触媒(鉄、銅、アルミの線、いずれも外径1.6mm×長さ50mm)とR32を30gとを封入し、温度175℃で168時間加熱した。試験後の各冷凍機油について、JIS K2501:2003に準拠して酸価(試験後酸価)を測定した。

- 前記潤滑油基油として、エステル及びエーテルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の含酸素油を含有する、請求項1に記載の冷凍機油。
- エポキシ化合物を更に含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記エポキシ化合物として、グリシジルエーテル型エポキシ化合物、グリシジルエステル型エポキシ化合物、オキシラン化合物、アルキルオキシラン化合物、脂環式エポキシ化合物、エポキシ化脂肪酸モノエステル、及びエポキシ化植物油からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項3に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記エポキシ化合物として、グリシジルエーテル型エポキシ化合物、グリシジルエステル型エポキシ化合物、及び脂環式エポキシ化合物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する、請求項3に記載の冷凍機油。
