Description
まず、環状の溶接部位を溶接するための治具は、溶接部位に対応した開口部を設ける必要があるため、環状の内側と外側とで治具が分離してしまう。
溶接部位が互いに近接している場合には、近接している溶接部位の間に取り付ける治具の寸法が小さくなることで治具の強度が低下し、その結果として、治具による溶接部位周辺の溶接部品の保持が不十分になってしまっていた。また、溶接部位が非常に近接している場合には、このような溶接部位の間に治具が配置できない場合もある。溶接部位に治具を配置できない場合には、溶接部位周辺の溶接部品の保持がさらに不十分になってしまっていた。
まず、本発明の溶接用治具装置の実施の形態について説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る溶接用治具装置1の概略構成を示すための、正面図である。図2は、溶接用治具装置1の一方側治具10及び他方側治具20の概略構成を示すための、平面図である。図3は、溶接用治具装置1の一方側治具10の部分平面図である。図4は、溶接用治具装置1の他方側治具20の部分底面図である。図5は、溶接用治具装置1の一方側治具10及び他方側治具20のA−A断面図である。図6は、溶接用治具装置1により製造される部品5の概略構成を示すための、平面図である。
治具支持部30は、一方側支持部31と、他方側支持部32と、回動軸33と、支柱34と、支持台35とを備える。
次に、以上構成を説明した溶接用治具装置1を使用して実行される、本発明の部品の製造方法の実施の形態について説明する。
Claims (9)
- 複数の部材を互いに溶接することにより形成される部品の溶接に用いられる治具装置であって、
重ねられた前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち一方の面に接する一方側接合面を有し、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち一部に対応する一方側開口部が設けられている一方側治具と、
前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち他方の面に接する他方側接合面を有し、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち前記一方側開口部に対応しない部分に対応する他方側開口部が設けられている他方側治具と、
を備える溶接用治具装置。 - 前記一方側開口部及び前記他方側開口部により形成される所望の溶接部位は、環状の閉じた経路を形成する、
請求項1に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記一方側開口部及び前記他方側開口部により形成される所望の溶接部位は、他の溶接部位と近接している、
請求項1または2に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具を回動させる治具回動部、
を備える、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記治具回動部は、
前記一方側治具の前記一方側接合面と前記他方側治具の前記他方側接合面とを接合させた状態で前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具を回動させる、
請求項4に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 前記治具回動部は、
前記一方側接合面と前記他方側接合面とに沿う回動軸を中心に前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具を回動させる、
請求項5に記載の溶接用治具装置。 - 複数の部材を重ねてこの複数の部材を互いに溶接することにより形成される部品の製造方法であって、
重ねられた前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち一方の面に接する一方側接合面を有し、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち一部に対応する一方側開口部が設けられている一方側治具と、前記複数の部材における表側に露出する面のうち他方の面に接する他方側接合面を有し、前記部品における所望の溶接部位のうち前記一方側開口部に対応しない部分に対応する他方側開口部が設けられている他方側治具とにより、複数の前記部材を重ねて保持する工程と、
前記一方側開口部から前記複数の部材を溶接する工程と、
前記他方側開口部から前記複数の部材を溶接する工程と、
を実行する、部品の製造方法。 - 前記一方側開口部から前記複数の部材を溶接する工程の後、前記複数の部材を保持したまま前記複数の部材の面に沿った回動軸を中心に前記一方側治具及び前記他方側治具を回動する工程、
を実行する、請求項7に記載の部品の製造方法。 - 前記一方側開口部及び前記他方側開口部により形成される所望の溶接部位は、環状の閉じた経路を形成する、
請求項7または8に記載の部品の製造方法。
