Description
容器は、複数のバイアルといった複数の副容器を含むこともできる。この文脈における用語「所定の位置」とは、容器の開口が送達オリフィスに向かって配向されるような位置である。このような容器座部は、容器を、予めよく定めた位置に及び配向で接続することを可能にする。これにより、容器をシステム又は医療用送達装置に効率よく連結することができる。
Claims (13)
- 医療用送達装置(1;10)であって、
長手軸(38;380)、第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)、遠位端及び近位端を有するステム部(31;310)を有するロッド要素(3;30)、並びに
送達オリフィス(62;620)と、第2のねじ山配列(65;650)と、遠位端、近位端及び中空内部空間を有するチャンバ本体(61;610)とを含む投薬部材(6;60)であって、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバ本体(61;610)の前記内部空間の中に延び、前記送達オリフィス(62;620)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の前記近位端に隣接して配置される、投薬部材(6;60)
を備え、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の投薬量設定状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)が互いに沿って移動することにより、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対し可動であり、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)と前記送達オリフィス(62;620)の間において前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバ本体(61;610)の内部空間に投薬チャンバ(611;6110)が形成され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記送達オリフィス(62;620)から遠ざかるとき前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)が増大し、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)に係合し、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)が互いに沿って移動し、前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記ステム部(31;310)の前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して移動するように、前記投薬部材(6;60)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)に対して回転可能である、
医療用送達装置(1;10)であり、
投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)を備え、前記投薬部材(6;60)が第1の連結構造(66;660)を有し、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に対応する第2の連結構造(52;5250)を有し、前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に装着されるとき前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が前記投薬部材(6;60)にトルク抵抗性に接続される、ことを特徴とする、医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記チャンバ本体(61;610)の外表面に配置されており、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が前記ステム部(31;310)の下に延びるアーム区画(34;3320)を含み、前記医療用送達装置の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)に前記アーム区画(34;3320)を介して係合する、請求項1に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が、少なくとも一つのピン(35;3330)を含むピン配列(34、35;3320、3330)であり、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)がねじ山を含み、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ピン配列(34、35;3320、3330)の前記少なくとも一つのピン(35;3330)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)の前記ねじ山内に位置することにより、前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)に係合する、請求項1又は2に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、容器(8;80)を所定の位置に保持するための容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)を含む、請求項1に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置されるときに前記容器(8;80)の内部空間と前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)との間に開いた管路が形成されるように、前記送達オリフィス(62;620)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)を前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)に接続する、請求項4に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)が、前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置されるときに前記容器(8;80)の開口のキャップを穿通するスパイク(532;5260)を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)が、前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記第2の連結構造(52;5250)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第1の連結構造(66;660)に装着されるときに前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を密封するオリフィス密封機構(54;540)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して第1の方向に回転するとき、流体が前記容器(8;80)から前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を通して前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)へ移送される、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記容器(8;80)が前記投薬量設定アクチベーター(5;50)の前記容器座部(53;5230、5250、5320)に配置され、前記ロッド要素(3;30)と前記投薬部材(6;60)が互いに対して第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に回転するとき、前記流体が前記投薬チャンバ(611;6110)から前記送達オリフィス(62;620)を通して前記容器(8;80)へと移送される、請求項8に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記医療用送達装置(1;10)を前記投薬量設定状態から送達状態へ変化させるための切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)を備え、
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記投薬量設定状態において,
前記ロッド要素(3;30)に軸方向の力を加えることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)を前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って移動させることが防止され、且つ
前記医療用送達装置(1;10)の前記送達状態において、
前記ロッド要素(3;30)に軸方向の力を加えることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して可動であり、
ダイヤルシェルを前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の周りで回転させることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)を前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って移動させることが防止される、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)が、前記医療用送達装置(1;10)が前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態へ切り替わるときに前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記ステム部(31;310)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)を前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)から係合解除する係合解除構造(34、411;3320、3340、4120)を含む、請求項10に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
- 前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)が、リセス(4110)を有する解放シェル(41;410)を含み、
前記医療用送達装置の前記投薬量設定状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)に前記アーム区画(34;3320)を介して係合するように、前記解放シェル(41;410)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記アーム区画(34;3320)を予め張力を掛けた位置に保持し、
前記医療用送達装置を前記投薬量設定状態から前記送達状態に切り替えると、前記切り替え機構(4、34、35;40、330、510)の前記解放シェル(41;410)が前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記アーム区画(34;3320)に対して移動し、
前記医療用送達装置の前記送達状態において、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記第1のねじ山配列(34、35;3320、3330)が前記投薬部材(6;60)の前記第2のねじ山配列(65;650)から係合解除されるように、前記ロッド要素(3;30)の前記アーム区画(34;3320)が前記解放シェル(41;410)の前記リセス(4110)内に位置決めされる、
請求項2に従属する場合の請求項10又は11に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。 - 前記投薬部材(6;60)と前記ロッド要素(3;30)を互いに対して回転させることにより前記ロッド要素(3;30)が前記長手軸(38;380)に沿って前記送達オリフィス(62;620)に対して移動されるときに前記ロッド要素によって形成される投薬容積を示すように、前記ロッド要素(3;30)に連結されるカウンタ(63、63;340、630)を備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の医療用送達装置(1;10)。
