Claims (15)

を備える投薬量設定装置(1)であって、
ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)がねじ山(411)を備え、
ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)とシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)が係合し、
シェル(4)とロッド要素(3)を互いに対して回転させることによってロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)とシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)を互いに沿って移動させることで、ロッド要素(3)がそのステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿って移動可能であり、
ロッド要素(3)をそのステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿って動かすことによって、投薬チャンバー(611)が形成され、
ロッド要素(3)をそのステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿って動かすことによって、液体が投薬チャンバー(611)内に引き込まれて投薬量設定され得るように投薬チャンバー(611)の容量が適合される
投薬量設定装置(1)であり、
ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)の傾斜角(α,β)がロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)に沿って変化することを特徴とする、
投薬量設定装置(1)。 - 内部と、近位開口部と、遠位開口部とを有するハウジング(2)をさらに備え、ロッド要素(3)がハウジング(2)の内部に延在し、シェル(4)もハウジング(2)の内部に延在し、投薬チャンバー(611)がハウジング(2)の内部に形成される、請求項1に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)及びシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)の一方が、少なくとも1つのオス型部材(35)を有するオス型ねじ山構造(35,36)であり、ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)及びシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)の他方がねじ山(411)を含み、ここでオス型ねじ山構造(35,36)の少なくとも1つのオス型部材(35)がねじ山(411)に向かって突き出ており、ねじ山(411)はオス型ねじ山構造(35,36)の少なくとも1つのオス型部材(35)を受け入れるように寸法決めされている、請求項1又は2に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)が始点(412)及び終点(413)を有し、ねじ山(411)の始点(412)付近のロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)の傾斜角(α,β)がねじ山(411)の終点(413)付近よりも大きい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)が、ねじ山(411)の始点(412)から始まるプライミング部(416)と、ねじ山(411)の終点(413)で終わる投薬量設定部(415)とを含み、プライミング部(416)のねじ山(411)の傾斜角(α,β)が投薬量設定部(415)のねじ山(411)の傾斜角(α,β)よりも大きい、請求項4に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)に複数の隆起部(414)が設けられている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)の隆起部(414)が互いに一定の距離に位置する、請求項6に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)のプライミング部(416)が、ねじ山(411)の始点(412)と始点(412)に隣接する第1の隆起部(414)との間に配置される、請求項5を引用する請求項7に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- シェル(4)とロッド要素(3)を互いに対して回転させると、ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)とシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)が、2つの隣接する隆起部(414)間の距離に対応する所定の回転角で複数の隆起部(414)と繰り返し相互作用する、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)の第1のねじ山構造(35,36)又はシェル(4)の第2のねじ山構造(411)のねじ山(411)の投薬量設定部(415)において、シェル(4)を所定の回転角の周りで回転させることにより投薬チャンバー(611)を所定の容量分だけ変化させるように隆起部(414)が配置される、請求項9に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)が、ステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿ってステム(31)を貫通して延在する移送チャネル(37)を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)のステム(31)の遠位端に接続された容器座部(8)を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- 移送チャネル(37)が先端(371)及び開口部(372)を備え、投薬量設定装置(1)の投薬量設定状態で先端(371)及び開口部(372)が、容器(9)が容器座部(8)に配置されているときに容器(9)内に延在するように容器座部(8)に突き出ている、請求項11を引用する請求項12に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- ロッド要素(3)に連結されたカウンター(213,53)であって、ロッド要素(3)のステム(31)の周りでシェル(4)を回転させることでそのステム(31)の縦軸線(38)に沿って動かされているときのロッド要素(3)によって形成される投薬チャンバー(611)の容量を示すようなカウンターを備える、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
- 投薬量設定装置(1)を投薬量設定状態から送達状態に変更すると、カウンター(213,53)がロッド要素(3)から切り離される、請求項14に記載の投薬量設定装置(1)。
