Description

The present invention relates to a rescue tool suitable for rescuing a rescued person (injured person) in an underground space from a manhole (human hole) connected to the underground space.

Conventionally, a safety vest has been proposed in which a worker who works in a deep hole such as a manhole wears clothes to ensure the safety and rescue of the worker (see Patent Document 1).

Patent No. 5102472 Patent Gazette

The safety vest shown in Patent Document 1 includes a vest body formed in the shape of a vest made of fabric, a horizontal belt fixed horizontally around the waist of the vest body, and a lateral belt that wraps around the back from the front through the shoulder. Equipped with left and right vertical belts fixed to the belt and support belts extending from the shoulders of both vertical belts, it maintains a flexible and strong spreading surface inside the vest body and adjacent to the cuffs. It is formed by providing a cushioning band in the waist direction.

According to the safety vest in Patent Document 1, safe work can be performed in the manhole, there is little impact in the event of a fall accident, and the worker loses consciousness or is seriously injured in the manhole. If it disappears, it can be rescued from inside the manhole. However, this safety belt has at least the following problems (1) and (2).
(1) For example, when working in an underground closed space such as in a sewer pipe, the worker loses consciousness in the manhole due to an unexpected accident such as the generation of large water or the generation of harmful gas. If the rescuer is severely injured and unable to move on his own, the rescuer's body, such as the neck, usually bends forward and also in the manhole because the worker (rescuer) himself is in a state of being unable to control the body. Since the caliber is as narrow as about 70 cm, even if the rescued person wears a safety vest, it is quite difficult to quickly pull up the rescued person from a narrow and deep manhole.
(2) When pulling up a worker who has been injured in the underground space due to an unexpected accident, even if the worker's torso is protected by the safety vest, it is covered while protecting other body parts other than the body. The rescuer cannot be raised.

In providing rescue equipment to rescue the rescued person (injured person) from the manhole connected to the underground space, if the method of pulling up the rescued person is bad, the condition of the rescued person will deteriorate and it will have an adverse effect, so at least , The following conditions are required.
(1) The rescued person should be able to quickly lift and rescue the rescued person from a narrow and deep manhole by placing the rescued person in a substantially vertical position.
(2) When rescuing the rescued person from the manhole, the whole body of the rescued person can be wrapped and the rescued person's health condition can be raised in a stable state, and the rescued person can be safely rescued without causing any pain. ..
(3) Rescue Rescuer Lightweight enough to carry rescue equipment in a closed underground space, and compact enough to fit in a mobile bag (shoulder bag) when unused. To be.
(4) If the rescuer is injured in a deep underground space (for example, in the back of a horizontal pit), the rescuer can carry the rescuer on a stretcher from the deep underground space to the vicinity of the manhole. Have the means.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to place the rescued person's pulling posture in a substantially vertical state and quickly pull up and rescue the rescued person from a narrow and deep manhole. The purpose is to provide rescue equipment that can be rescued safely.

Another object of the present invention is that the rescuer who rescues the rescued person is lightweight enough to carry the rescue device in the closed space in the basement, and the size in the unused state is a portable bag (shoulder). The purpose is to provide a rescuer that is compact enough to fit in a bag).

Yet another object of the present invention is that if the rescuer is injured in a deep underground closed space, the rescuer will carry the rescued person from a deep underground closed space to the vicinity of the manhole.
