Description
下記一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層が、下記一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層の表面に形成されているものである伸縮性膜を提供する。
下記一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層が、下記一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層の表面に形成されているものである伸縮性膜である。
[シリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層]
本発明の伸縮性膜の表面上に形成されているシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層は、一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2で示される構造を有する。
本発明の伸縮性膜に含まれるシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層は、一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2で示される構造を有する。
また、本発明では、上述の伸縮性膜を形成する方法であって、一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2に示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層を、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化させることで形成し、前記シリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層の表面上に、一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2に示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層を、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化させることで形成する伸縮性膜の形成方法を提供する。
光ラジカル発生剤1:ジフェニル(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド
光ラジカル発生剤2:2,2-ジメトキシ-2-フェニルアセトフェノン
光ラジカル発生剤3:(±)-カンファーキノン
有機溶剤:プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート(PGMEA)
アルキル基やアリール基を有するモノマー:イソボロニルアクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、トリシクロデカンジメタノールジアクリレート
表1に記載の組成で、シリコーンペンダントジオール化合物、シリコーンジオール化合物、シリコーン化合物、イソシアネート化合物、ヒドロキシ化合物、有機溶剤を混合、脱泡し、伸縮性膜形成用組成物(伸縮性膜材料1-1~1-9)を調製した。伸縮性膜形成用組成物におけるヒドロキシ基とイソシアネート基のモル数の比を表1に併せて示す。
ポリエチレン基板上に、1層目伸縮性材料1-1~1-5をバーコート法で塗布し、窒素雰囲気下130℃で20分間ベークして基板上に伸縮性膜の1層目を作製した。1層目伸縮性材料2-1~2-8では、ポリエチレン基板上にバーコート法で塗布し、窒素雰囲気下1,000Wのキセノンランプで500mJ/cm2の光を照射して伸縮性膜の1層目を硬化させた。
硬化後の伸縮性膜(実施例1~20)、比較例の1層目伸縮性膜(比較例11~14)、2層目伸縮性膜(比較例1~10)における膜厚、及び表面の水の接触角を測定し、指で触ったときのタック感を求めた。また、伸縮性膜表面の水の接触角を測定した後に、伸縮性膜を基板から剥がし、JIS K 6251に準じた方法で伸縮率と強度を測定した。結果を表3、4に示す。

Claims (6)
- 伸縮性膜であって、
下記一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層が、下記一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2で示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層の表面に形成されているものであることを特徴とする伸縮性膜。
(式中、R1、R4は炭素数1~40の直鎖状、分岐状のアルキレン基であり、エーテル基、チオール基を有していても良い。R2、R3、R5は同一、非同一の炭素数1~6の直鎖状、分岐状、環状のアルキル基、フェニル基、3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピル基である。R6、R11、R12、R13は同一、非同一の炭素数1~6の直鎖状、分岐状、環状のアルキル基、フェニル基、又は3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピル基、-(OSiR2R3)s-OSiR2R3R5基である。R7、R9は単結合、メチレン基、又はエチレン基であり、R7及びR9の炭素数の合計が1又は2である。R8は水素原子又は炭素数1~4の直鎖状のアルキル基であり、R10は水素原子又はメチル基である。Aは炭素数3~7の直鎖状、分岐状のアルキレン基であり、Xは炭素数3~7の直鎖状、分岐状のアルキレン基で、エーテル基を含有しても良い。m、nは1~100の範囲の整数であり、pは2~10の範囲の整数であり、q、r、sは0~20の範囲の整数である。) - 前記伸縮性膜が、JIS K 6251に規定される引っ張り試験で伸縮率が20~800%の範囲のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜。
- 前記伸縮性膜が、伸縮性を有する導電性配線に接触する膜として用いられるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の伸縮性膜。
- 伸縮性膜を形成する方法であって、下記一般式(2)-1及び/又は(2)-2に示される構造を有するシリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層を、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化させることで形成し、前記シリコーンペンダント型ウレタン層の表面上に、下記一般式(1)-1及び/又は(1)-2に示される構造を有するシリコーン主鎖型ウレタン層を、加熱及び/又は光照射によって硬化させることで形成することを特徴とする伸縮性膜の形成方法。
