Claims (3)
- 表示装置に重畳配置されて使用され、少なくとも前記表示装置のアクティブエリア内におけるアクティブペンの位置をアクティブ静電結合方式により検出する集積回路に接続されるセンサパネルであって、
それぞれ第1の方向に延在し、かつ、前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向に並べて配設され、互いに異なる第1のルーティング線によって前記集積回路に接続された複数の第1の電極と、
それぞれ前記第2の方向に延在し、かつ、前記第1の方向に並べて配設され、互いに異なる第2のルーティング線によって前記集積回路に接続された複数の第2の電極と、
を含み、
前記複数の第1の電極は、最も端に位置する第1及び第2の外側電極、並びに、それぞれ前記第1及び第2の外側電極以外の前記第1の電極である複数の第1の内側電極を含み、
前記第1及び第2の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記アクティブエリアの外周辺を覆う位置に配置され、
前記第1及び第2の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記第2の方向の中心位置が前記外周辺と重なるか又は前記外周辺よりも外側に位置するように配置され、
前記第1及び第2の外側電極の少なくとも一方の前記第2の方向の幅は、前記複数の第1の内側電極それぞれの前記第2の方向の幅より小さい、
センサパネル。 - 前記複数の第2の電極は、最も端に位置する第3及び第4の外側電極、並びに、それぞれ前記第3及び第4の外側電極以外の前記第2の電極である複数の第2の内側電極を含み、
前記第3及び第4の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記外周辺を覆う位置に配置され、
前記第3及び第4の外側電極の前記少なくとも一方は、前記第1の方向の中心位置が前記外周辺と重なるか又は前記外周辺よりも外側に位置するように配置され、
前記第3及び第4の外側電極の少なくとも一方の前記第1の方向の幅は、前記複数の第2の内側電極それぞれの前記第1の方向の幅より小さい、
請求項1に記載のセンサパネル。 - 前記第1及び第2の外側電極それぞれの前記第2の方向の幅は、前記複数の第1の内側電極それぞれの前記第2の方向の幅より小さく、
前記第3及び第4の外側電極それぞれの前記第1の方向の幅は、前記複数の第2の内側電極それぞれの前記第1の方向の幅より小さく、
前記第1乃至第4の外側電極のそれぞれは、前記外周辺を覆う位置に配置され、
前記第1及び第2の外側電極のそれぞれは、前記第2の方向の中心位置が前記外周辺と重なるか又は前記外周辺よりも外側に位置するように配置され、
前記第3及び第4の外側電極のそれぞれは、前記第1の方向の中心位置が前記外周辺と重なるか又は前記外周辺よりも外側に位置するように配置される、
