Claims (2)
- 試験片の寸法を測定する測寸装置を備えた材料試験機において、
前記測寸装置は、
前記試験片に接触する一対の測寸圧子と、
前記一対の測寸圧子をそれぞれ支持する一対のアームと、
前記一対のアームを互いに近接・離隔させる駆動機構と、
前記一対のアームのいずれか一方に接続され、前記一対の測寸圧子により前記試験片を挟持したときの前記試験片の寸法を検出する検出器と、
前記試験片の寸法を測定する測寸動作、及び、前記検出器のゼロ点を更新するゼロ点校正動作を制御する制御部と、
前記ゼロ点校正動作において更新されたゼロ点を記憶する記憶部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記測寸動作前に前記一対の測寸圧子を互いに接触させたときの前記検出器の出力値と、前記記憶部に記憶されたゼロ点との間に、所定の閾値を超えるズレが有るか否かを判定し、
前記ズレが無いと判定したときに、前記検出器の前記出力値をゼロとして、前記検出器のゼロ点を更新する動作を前記ゼロ点校正動作として行ったうえで前記測寸動作を行い、
前記ズレが有ると判定したときに、前記ゼロ点校正動作を行うことなく前記測寸動作を終了することを特徴とする材料試験機。 - 前記試験片に試験力を与える負荷機構を有する試験機本体と、
前記測寸装置から前記試験機本体への前記試験片の搬送を行う搬送機構と、
前記試験機本体と前記搬送機構とを制御する制御装置とをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ズレが有ると判定したときに、前記制御装置に停止信号を送信し、前記制御装置が前記停止信号を受信して前記搬送を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料試験機。
